How cool, I seemed to remember Iron Maiden was going to be on the list.

Still great to see Roger Waters on there.

Gooooooooooooooooo Monero!
3782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: December 05, 2017, 12:52:12 PM
So I have a Korean friend at work, is language the only barrier to trading on Bithumb? or are there other concerns like bringing money back after ?

Thanks,
3783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: December 05, 2017, 11:53:33 AM
those who believe in monero, what do you think about the onion?  Huh ^^

It's garbage that has nothing more going for it other than shills pushing it, kind of like are doing here. Not to mention the paid sig campain that they are calling an airdrop. It is nothing but one big lie and as long as you scumsuckers get paid to shill it it will continue to drag idiot n00bs into it.

So if it is a big lie how it is possible that I am getting over 1000USD weekly just for the Signature?

Simple. That is obviously a lie also.

it is not a lie.
You get every week an airdrop, Arround 7% of your Holding. All the Holdings are getting for free during the airdrops between week 1 and 18 and now its arround 1000USD weekly before it was arround 600USD weekly.

Better read first before you tell Bullshit.

Edit:

Here you see the weekly Reports,

last time over 410 USers took part on the Airdrop.

https://deeponion.org/report.php?date=2017-11-17

And you see its real
Yes, onion is so much better than Monero. Why don't you fuck off to their thread and tell them that?
Give a man some coins he'll spam for a day, teach a man to fork coins he'll fork them all day long.

Wow it seems I was in right with ONIONS. It is raising fast as hell

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/deeponion/

Watch out, I saw some pretty compelling evidence of deep onion being scammy.

Oh yeah, hedge funds will like that ...  Roll Eyes

(remember the number that they have going to bankrupty for a less than 10% stock variation over the years ?)

It's amazing the things you can get used to.

Isn't the question more, crashes or retraces though? I bet they don't mind when its an up down.

When is the end of the bounty?

Around about another 10 or 12 days, I think.

3786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: December 03, 2017, 09:42:37 PM
Monero GUI has a box for the amount to be send. Right side of that box is a button "All". That button is better to be removed, so that no one will accidentally send all xmr.

Unless you want to burn a wallet.

As long as there is some serious messages. "Are you sure you want to send all coins from this wallet?"

Click OK

So has anyone here actually treated themselves to anything after passing an arbitrary milestone?

Just had a nice bottle of Borolo and am about to cork another beautiful little bottle I was given by someone incredibly generously last week.

I could get used to this.     Smiley

I always wondered if I went back in time and bought 1,000,000 coins, what would happen and how it would change. Maybe btc would just fail altogether.

Do not f*ck with the past, it's working out perfectly ... well for the majority of us at least. Just continue doing whatever it is that you do. Cheesy

What if someone is already living it over and over again perfecting the rise of bitcoin.

Hmmm this time lets try a fork called BCH, oo and make RV turn evil. Good *rubs hands*

I personally think John Macafee's dick is safe.

I'm not certain he will even make it to the deadline. He's 72 years old and all those drugs must have been taking a toll on his body. Perhaps he has an iron constitution.

Better living through chemistry?

Maybe, look at those Rolling Stones guys.

Yeah but they are only 35 years old     Grin
3789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: December 02, 2017, 03:51:51 PM
I do not think that in the near future, the team from England will be able to win the Champions League. Even Manchester City, which is in great shape, is not capable of doing this.

England teams are performing really good compared to other leagues, we have won good amount of league cups. I am not a Manchester City fan but they top contender to win it, they have the meanest team, doesn't stop only attacks scores goal in 90th minutes and they are exceptionally strong, I would not be surprised if they win at the end it will be either premier league or champion league or they'll end up winning both

They all started off strong, but most of the top clubs have had a bit of a wobble since then in the domestic league. City is holding on strong at top, but even they only just won the other night. Hardly decisive.

Shit that is clever, fooled a few pro's.

Meanwhile. I struggle to sell any  coins to cleverly grow a stash.

Good luck to you guys with more balls than I,

Phil

Damn, did the hackers get another one?

No, I just mean I can never quite bring myself to click sell on monero. Even when it looks like a good opportunity.

PS I was rather drunk at the time. Sorry if its not the most coherent post, also did little for my annonymity.  Grin

This is all temporary. Kovri is under heavy development and once released will make all of this obsolete.

Is the Kovri going to run under TOR? or does it have a different method?

Quote
Garlic routing:  is a variant of Onion routing that encrypts multiple messages together to make it more difficult for attackers to perform traffic analysis. To protect the identity of the sender, messages are encrypted multiple times with the public keys of selected nodes on the network. To be delivered the encrypted packets must be received by routers selected by the sender, in the order specified by the sender. Differently from Onion routing an encrypted packet ("onion") can contain multiple packets ("cloves") with different destinations, and the sender is not required to specify a return path for the message.

Garlic routing is a modest improvement over onion routing but it will probably always be difficult to achieve high levels of privacy in a network where messages must ultimately, at some point, be location addressed. To really truly get private networks we will probably need breakthroughs in physics not computer science. But hey you know, if privacy is really really important to you, you can always make sure your location doesn't identify you personally. The proverbial don't shit where you eat. Cheesy

Some interesting ideas and stuff like peer to peer networks that appear and disappear between close together devices, like mobile phones. Data that hop to and from the destination never seeing a "core" network could be interesting.

It is funny to see Bithumb price at $198 and the rest exchanges at $180-182.   does no one trust Bithumb anymore?

Before the BCASH debacle Bithumb has typically led rallies.  Not sure why.  Wash trades?  Sheer money?  I don't know about the exchange.

I think it just shows that some of these countries are on the rise.

Just think of the dead people.

I just did. Statistically there must be a few, but other than that it would mainly be youngsters who diverted themselves from furious masturbation for long enough to do a bit of mining so the majority are still alive.

I'd love to know what the peak year of coin losses would've been. It's easy to say 2009 but anyone mining back then would've been part of a tiny group and would hopefully have had the mindset to know it was going to go somewhere.

And the dead disks, greedily holding their stash. Appreciating like crazy but never again to be accessed.
3796  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 27, 2017, 10:58:39 AM

Even some of my friends who continued for years to say bitcoin was a joke cant take the pain anymore and are jumping in. Look at the numbers on coinbase.

Is that a bit worrying? once all the noobs give up and enter then the trap could be sprung.

Buy the rumour sell the news!

Probably ought to write out some instructions for a close family member to be able to carry on nicely after the lambo crash or whatever.  Grin

3798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: November 26, 2017, 09:25:34 AM
I just read one article that's about math can help you win at roulette game then i want ask with you all, did you believe math can affect to gambling games? i'm not expert in math so i don't know

this is the article that i readed.
http://theconversation.com/can-maths-help-you-win-at-roulette-69440

Yes, math can help you ---> without a doubt, one hundred percent positive!  But, you have to know how to apply the math.  So, when the math is against you, save your money and find an event where the math is for you.  That's the trick!  Do the math, calculate your expected value (EV), and determine your bet size based on those numbers.  Also, apply those same techniques to your bankroll taking variance into consideration.  Learn the math and you will fair much better in the long run.  Roulette has a house edge so your EV is negative ---> that means, save your money and find another proposition.  There are betting progressions that can be favorable with roulette, but casinos set measures in place to mitigate those advantages....so, learn the math and you will be able to distinguish the winning props from the losing props.

This /\

as I have stated before. But don't be fooled we  aren't talking quick easy money, its hard work.

Any other coins out there like monero, ie private transaction based? I hate the gui wallet, about 3 days to full sync which I understand but every time I restart it jumps back to re-resync last 22000 or so blocks. The $@$t is painfully slow and boggs down my computer. Im done with this monero crap from a user stand
point

I can help, click search at the top of the forum and type in what you want to search for.

If you want to send me your shitty monero please let me know.
