Strange, I mined on the multipool for 24 hours, and it's been two days already and I didn't receive any coins...

Did you look at your multipool balance on the web site? I'm not sure how often the pool makes it's buys. I guess once a week. The dev can clarify.

The good news is, you will get more share for your hash because the price has dropped about 50%. Wink

I am still a little bit confused about that staking...   Huh
How often should i open my wallet for best profit:

1. Once / week
2. Once / day
3. Keep it open 24 / 7
4. Other

Thanks in advance.

Your PoS won't change. But if it's been a week and you open it, your coin will go to Stake pretty quickly and you won't be able to spend it for an hour or so (52 confirms on the interest). Also, keeping it open helps the network. It doesn't take much CPU at all, so leave it open all the time if you can. Or open it once a week, won't matter wrt interest.

what i see is that the community doesn't understand the whole feeshare mechanics and is getting confused.
feeshare is understood, but the problem is the confusion about the relationship between feeshare and sharecoin, computation was explained in the previous page on how long will you get your ROI , and the dev made a clarification about the 2 different entity, and that this thing was exploited and drive the coin value down, and there are lots of concerns regarding the feeshare that was unasnwered, like the what if's of unsold share during the days they openned it

That question was answered several times. I'm not sure why it was asked. If a company holds stock it retains the dividends. Simple as that.
2004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SHARE]ShareCoin - Pure POS - MultiPool - Official exchange launched on: May 11, 2014, 04:58:46 PM
If you put your coin in the sharexcoin.com exchange website, it earns double PoS ... so instead of 30% .. you get 60%.  The extra 30% comes from FEE SHARE sale.
that is if you let your sharecoin sit in the exchange for the whole year else it will only the fraction of that 30% * 2

So it's a PoS Pool Grin Was trying to explain this to a NEM dude, imagine a world without PoW.. I think a someone mentioned it when NXT first launched..

I'd rather sit on my free coins, keep them under the bed in a box so to speak, not much to lose.

Maybe be more incentivised if I knew how many and the coin age over time that were in the "ShareX Bank"

Fee shares will work if ShareX works, I hope next up is an API  Undecided

Sitting on them is not a bad choice. But, move them to the exchange on Wed when you start earning double interest on them over what you get holding in your wallet.

guys ... now that we are on 150 satoshi, do you think this coin is just worth 75k $ USD

Hmm.. seems awfully low for a good distribution and an exchange to back it up.  I bet you ... sellers will regret it at this low price!

Still high imho

each feeshare sold makes more "recycled" sharecoins. high sharecoin price implies exchange not taking part in this coin. will drop but it will take some time. when one of the big bag holders with +5% of the coin (eh qawzsx ) will dump we will see how much we drop down. It's a matter of time!!!
yep still high, as people having bought for several BTC worth of sharecoins keep holding them rather than exchanging for the (worthless) IPO feeshares.
Anybody having received dividends from the feeshares (since it is supposed to pay every 6 hours) ?

No, it doesn't start paying out until the initial ShareCoin distribution is completed, so everyone has a chance to exchange their ShareCoin for FeeShares (which was the devs original expectation), the over blown price of ShareCoin initially was not his fault.
2006  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SHARE]ShareCoin - Pure POS - MultiPool - Official exchange launched on: May 11, 2014, 04:54:42 PM
how is the feeshare distributed to sharecoin holders?

The sharecoin holders at the exchange get double interest which essentially comes from FeeShare sales. So, when your interest reaches 20k you buy a FeeShare, you get more interest, you buy a FeeShare.

Also, FeeShare holders earn bit coin, which they can use to buy more ShareCoin to buy more FeeShares.

It's basically a closed economy. I'm pretty sure that's what the dev was getting at.

Yeah, one execute order at last 2 hour, yeah, sellers will regret it at this price  Cheesy

Forget speculation, sharecoin could be the first currency with guarantees; but for that we need to reach a consistent market value.

And remember that the sharecoins in circulation are 100 million + all feeshares sold.

^^, twisted idea to drop the coin value anyway, it's out of my concern, it's to obvious how it was manipulated, anyway dev seems doing nothing about this so who cares anyway sad for the holders who keep holding unless you wanna create a community takeover this coin XD  but the question is where is the community ^^, after the dump i think so weak hands dump it fast ^^,

What do you expect the dev to do? It's a market. The market sets the price.

The dev had a great plan and it is working well. The only 1 criticism I have is that he didn't publish the FeeShare price ahead of time when he claims it was the planed price from the start.

Buying FeeShare's doesn't increase the money supply.

Hi guys,
I see a lot of discussions above and I'm just a little bit confused. I was planning to increase my sharecoin's stake but I need to clearly understand wich could be the expected future value. I would like that anybody doen't reply to me  just sayng that the coin is a scam... I really want to understand and I start from this:

1) Total amount of the coins in the market:  will it be 100 millions or 1 billion ( for buy the shares it needs 1 billion)?  Or will it be infinite?

2) Gambling site: dev team said in the OP that they will work in a gambling site. Will it be like sharexcoin? With feeshares available? Because in this case it needs another billion

3) The only bagholders will be the dev team: how they will defend themselves against the accuses to manipulate the market? Because every time that will start a dump, someone surely will think: " maybe is the dev team dumping?"

I really want to follow and hold this coin, but I need to know if there is a sense in hold it when there are other two billions that go out from the door and turn back from the window

Please, can you help me without to fight?
There will never be more then 100.000.000 sharecoin.

That is wrong. The coin will grow 30% year one, 20% year two, 10% year 3, 5% year 4, 2% year 5, 1% after that.

Currently there are 100,188,320.04776300 on the block chain.

Hi all!

I WTB 2 or 3 million SHAREs at 99sat each. PM me if you sell amount.

Really? How nice. Right now there is a 2million buy order on the exchange at 125 and maybe another 4 million bid offers higher than that.
2011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NAUT] Nautiluscoin - First Coin w/Stabilization Fund - Digishield on: May 11, 2014, 03:58:55 PM
Anybody answer please, how long time need for confirmation mined coins? On http://phi.0feepool.com no confirmed coins more than 5 hours, all coins unconfirmed...

That pool switched to naut.0feepool.com. Your info should have moved over. Log in there and check.
2012  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NAUT] Nautiluscoin - First Coin w/Stabilization Fund - Digishield on: May 11, 2014, 05:30:39 AM
This is bad new for such a new exchange. I hope my NAUT isn't missing or it was all for naut. That said, I hope they limit their exposure by having a split wallet with hot and cold storage. I think I recall reading that they did do that.
2013  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SHARE]ShareCoin - Pure POS - MultiPool - FeeShare Pre-Sale opening TODAY on: May 11, 2014, 04:52:19 AM
When you're trouble with funds and you wallet don't sync, make this steps...
Works to me:

1- Delete all files except the file wallet.dat;
2- Open the wallet other time;
3- Wait for SYNC;
4- When your wallet sync make an dumpprivkey #YOURADDRESS# (change #YOURADDRESS# for your wallet address);
5- Copy the Private key, seem like this: VNPZVSCP7JcgPgK3Eb7RQPjuU7ebxVzXNsAjuhncC4G5324235325
6- Make an New address and put this on console:
importprivkey "VNPZVSCP7JcgPgK3Eb7RQPjuU7ebxVzXNsAjuhncC4G5324235325"
7- Now you have your coins on wallet! Cheesy

Thanks

I have tried following this advice. It goes well until step 6. Whenever I enter "importprivkey [PRIVKEYNUM123]" I get the message "Error adding key to wallet (code -4). Am I doing something wrong?

No idea. What problem are you having? Just with syncing, or with it not showing your correct balance when it is in sync?

Fairly certain that I'm on the wrong fork. Wallet shows no balance, stake or uncofirmed SHARE, yet it acknowledges that I had an incoming share transaction of 65k for the distribution. There's also one staking transaction that was never confirmed. The wallet is up to date on the network though.

bump

repairwallet didn't help?

current block has a 116 difficulty

Nethash with 1,720.29  MH/s how is this possible, someone can explain?

thanks

I expect it is as some have stated. Some multipool is trying to mine (not sure the nethash number is always accurate) due to the price of 8000 Sat is looks very profitable for them to mine. Seems like the digishield things is working. Although, it's not great for the current miners, especially if you're renting a rig.

Zip... questions about continuity.

Is this a 1 man show? What happens if you get hurt or sick? Do you have silent partners to step in and keep things running?
This question is a little personal but here are some of the informations I can give: We are working as a team, it's not me working alone. Obviously, I can not handle all of these workload by myself. And there are already a guy on bitcointalk asked to join the team. I also received a lot of helps from the community. So there is nothing happen to this idea if I got sick or hurt, there are a lot of people to replace me.

Sorry, didn't mean to get personal. I'm still getting used to this cryto coin world where owners of exchanges aren't very transparent.

I've been trying to answer questions in threads as best I can based on info you have posted there.

If the echange owner want to earn some bucks and get investments from people.. He should put those shares cheap so people could buy and that would motivate people to trade there. OR WAIT to have a good volume so the shares can have a better price. And not start with expesive shares when there is still low volume in a new exchange.. Logic man..
What a pity that our purpose is not to earn some quick buck, that's why I insisted many times that price won't change. From the very beginning, ShareCoin only purpose is to distribute FeeShare and let people earn 50% revenue from ShareXcoin, which is built by them. Too bad the coin became a pyramid scheme immediately. But sooner or later I believe it will get back to its real value and FeeShare will all be distributed free to people, and those people who own feeshare can enjoy their financial freedom .
P/S: I've just realized that i'm the only dev of a coin that doesn't want the price of that coin to rise Smiley)

Its inevitable....
You should open a freeshare / btc market in the exchange

He already said he was doing that. 3 Days after all Share have been distributed. And the IPO will be closed at that time until the exchange needs more Share to continue paying interest/multipool.

Yes, but I was talking about opening the market now Smiley

Yes, won't be long now. Last guy on the list has 27 more hours to wait. Then FeeShares will start paying dividends.

Then 3 days after that (I assume he won't wait for sig changers for some reason one guy has a wait time of 2068 days, weird) the interest will start flowing and the FeeShare IPO (not sure what else to call it) will close until more Share is needed to pay interest/multipool. So, say by Thursday.

An honest dev with a long term plan is such the opposite of what most people are used to in alt coins, everyone sees scam.

ziplibrary, I am saddened by your reply to my last post (which I didn't even expect but as long as you did , thank you).
You highlighted my post but gave no answers to questions that seem to me very relevant to the very existence to sharecoin.
Multipool organization - weak point (by that I mean execution) yes multipool is there but I hardly can say that it serves its purpose.
New investors - what will make them want to hold sharecoins?
Trading BTC received from multipool the way you did is just unprofessional (to say the least) and unethical to dump at prices that are higher then what is at the market at that moment, and telegraphing to everyone who is market participant what your intentions are is plain ridiculous (you said you would support price at 400, while spread right before that declaration was 387 - 350 (roughly)).
Now in your would be reply you said that price is unexpectedly high (?).
So I sold my last 10k "expecting" of what you are expecting - which is lower price.
TBH, i find that you are guys very good ppl, but as they say "good felow is not a profession".

P.S. Will monitor pricing and rebuy later (if I still like direction of sharex team) and BTW if you are so community oriented, why FEESHARES? Why not let everyone who holds
sharecoins to have 50% of what you get from sharex? I mean did you actually gave it a thought? Why support only those members of community who has problem with basic math (understanding ROI)? Why not just give 50% staked in wallets money?, that would in itself would shoot the price of sharecoin quite high (I would expect it to), instead you are just stomping your feet and saying 20k for FEESHARE IT IS and fighting bad publicity that surrounds this issue.

Alex, last time...

The dev didn't SELL shares... he BOUGHT shares with the multi-poll BTC at 400, which was the Bid price at the time of the multipool distributions.

If anyone dumped them, it is the people that got the SHARE from their multipool mining.
