All of you please suggest me ? I want to buy 1 million nxt but all exchanges have less volume with different prices.I want to spend 0.00007 btc per nxt.

Coles

Try to slowly buy at bter, the volume will come. They have enabled withdrawals now, although at a 3% fee.

I guess this is the NXT communities punishment for not doing a rollback, even though they are the ones that said it wasn't needed. The fee used to be .5% + 1.

There is a deal in the making, where pouncer will loan BTER NXT and withdrawal fee will be 0.5% and gradually lowered until 0% and loan in payed back.

They are trying to make up their loss of million NXT and 300ish BTC by gouging the NXT community with a 3% fee. I think I'm gonna stop trading at BTER after this just for that reason.

Here is a theory of mine,

If I'm a Validated Merchant and I also have another standard user account (that is running a node) and I use my user account to "buy" my own goods in a closed loop will that make me eligible to with earn 50% transaction fee on my merchant account but also give my user account a high enough rating in the Proof of Purchase(PoP)+ Proof of Time(PoT) to earn the other 50% of the block reward.

This could essentially let me shark all the transaction fees on the whole network.

I'm sure the dev's never would have thought of a scenario like that. Thanks for breaking XCR.

BK,

If you need more nodes running on testnet and sending coins back and forth, etc let us know.

What happened to timetobit. Did they turn out to be a ponzi?

Funny how no one is bitching about the current (1900 sat) price of XCR.

You are all sitting fat and happy with your pre-sale investment doubled.

In the Army they say "A complaining soldier is a happy soldier".  Applies here as well.

WHAT? I have only doubled my money so far. That is a disgrace... Via gave me x10 in a few days. I'll have to dump everything and find a better way to earn some happy meal money.

(this post was sarcasm)

First off, why would their lead developer be on a 12-hour trans-Atlantic flight in the first place.

Why do you go visit your grandma. I expect it was a pre-planned flight/vacation and just was coincidental to the NXT hack.
1049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] Nxt - Official Thread on: August 19, 2014, 04:01:09 PM
I'm selling all my aliases for 1M Nxt

I'm selling @thesirisawesome for 8mm NXT. Any takers?

So, when will XCH start trading on BTER?
1051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] Launch of Nxt Marketplace on: August 18, 2014, 06:51:20 PM
Go away with that 100% premined scam you call NXT, where 50% of all NXT are held by just 30 people.

Are you talking about BTC?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=316297.0

I don't know BTC don't get paid by the lower users that send the coins....
This mean the top 50 will always be there because of the POS system

The early users mined BTC very easily with GPUs. They hold thousands of coins that are only made worth while by later people coming in and getting much less for their mining time/power. Seems pretty much the same to me.

Guys, looks like something serious had happened (again) in Bter with NXT.

Better take a look.

Eth.

All I can see is that the RECENT TRADES shows the last activity on 16 AUG.  2 days old.

Likely undergoing some resetting or maintenance of the NXT wallets

NXT trading is still frozen at BTER afaik.

Crypti pre-sale funds Xapo Vault address

Following Friday events, and in order to increase the buyers confidence, we agreed with Bter to move the pre-sale BTC funds into the Xapo insured vault.

The vault is located under the following BTC address, and can be monitored at all times by the community:
https://blockchain.info/address/1KwpHHKKx1278LYDeqannK8mpngvSok59x

The vault is insured by Xapo, guarantying the funds safety:

Important note: Bter holds the key to this vault, and will release it to Crypti Foundation only after Crypti mainnet is launched, and the Crypti owners can withdraw their balances.
0.01 btc

Yea. Wink They probably should have waited until the funds where there prior to giving us the address.

Someone hacked Bter's NXT.please give them more time.cryptocurrency is weak this time .but we are not.

The good news is you can get more BTC for your $, which means more XCR for your $. Go buy some of that fire sale BTC!

Any big pool with NAUT?
Thanks

bitember

Anybody know of any pool bigger?  There are only 8 to 10 miners there at any given time.  This coins shows a lot of hash but I'll be damned if I can find it.

IPOMiner has a direct port for NAUT.

Only 1 miner there.  Huh  Where is all the hash?

I'm pretty sure NAUT is now 100% PoS.  PoW stage was cut short, but I could be wrong.

Yes, you are wrong. The conversion to PoS has not happened yet.
1056  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: August 17, 2014, 07:09:38 PM
I'm not here to defend PBMining from scam bashing, etc., I'm just to tell what I know.

The admin of PBMining before launching PBMining itself was selling bitcoin mining hardware on ebay. You can find his profile link and check it out yourself. So, we can assume that he (admin) has his hands on the mining hardware, and is able to get it.

So, next, do not say that the mining hashrate is added instantly after the purchase; you have to wait for it to be assigned. I personally have faced numerous times with a message saying there are non free for now. So that kind of points out that they buy hardware.

Lastly, the big question about fees. I do believe they take fee, and I know exactly how much. There was one time they accidentaly uploaded core php files (probably moving something) for few seconds, and I kind of got to see it. They do not post it anywhere, but I believe there is a 3% fee and if you do the math correct - its enough to cover utility bills and pre-order hardware.

So far, I've been receiving payments every week with no issues, and I'm there since the beginning.

lol your calculations are wrong, because there is no FEEs...

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

according to calculator, 1000 ghs mines 0.001062 btc every hour with no fees..

goto global stats, take one 1000 ghs valued account, note the btc mined, then after exactly an hour note the btc mined again, substact them , you will see the result 0.001062 btc ..

so you are not defending with that 3% fee statement, you are offending.. and i prefer this site, because of no fee policy..

Not true at all. If you compare our payouts from the last few weeks to calculator estimations, you will find that our pay every week is always less than estimations. A cut is taken there.

My payout for today was the same, actually a slight bit more, than the link above shows.

I want to buy some Crypti, but I don't want to use BTER. Waiting Crypti on another exchanges (Bittrex, Mintpal).

Why would you trust Mintpal over BTER? Remember Mintpal was hacked and 30% of all the Vericoin was stolen.

At this point almost 1/2 the stolen NXT has been returned to BTER. Let's hope it's all returned soon and they can put this behind them and focus on the XCR launch.

edit: 30 million of the 50 has been returned thus far.
1059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] Nxt - Official Thread on: August 17, 2014, 05:16:43 AM
btw everyone. Hacker has send back around 12M NXT just in the last hour. Don't know why though.

BTER's account

https://nxtblocks.info/#section/accountId/NXT-R3V3-2S79-F3ZM-BVXKZ

Simple. He wasn't able to launder it. Nxt doesn't have mixing. Also bter said they knew who he was, maybe that was true.

Almost 1/2 returned at this point. I'd be happy to wake up tommorow with this behind us so we can focus on the DGS and other new features that become active at block 213000.

I know as far as other QT wallets go, as long as you have the .dat file then all associated addresses will show up. No new backups are needed.

It depends on how it implements change addresses.
