Ok, thanks guys.
What is a qora going for in the AE?
There is a single offer from Dzarmush pending, 1 Qora = 0.01500000 (1.5 mln NxtQuants ). The last Qora/BTC trade at Poloniex was 42 satoshi, NXT is 9800 satoshi, Qora/NXT 42/9800 = 0.00428000 (428 000 NxtQuants) or about that sounds like a reasonable price to me, but he's the boss Yes, it's kinda a pain trading non-NXT crytpos on the NXT asset exchange. Since you have to trade against NXT, and the NXT/BTC pair is changing all the time. Also, to put a trade ORDER into the NXT AE you have to pay 1NXT, and to cancel the order you have to pay 1NXT. Perhaps once they get some new features of NXT going (BTC gateway for 1) it won't be such a hassle. It would be much better for Qora to add Peer-To-Peer (trustless) trading of Qora directly into the Qora wallet.

Just a reminder, after the ShareXcoin exchange scam incident. Coinnext is supporting Sharecoin as well, we have a SHARE/BTC market running, we are 100% transparent in who we are and what we do. And atm there are no fees at all, so give us a try. https://coinnext.com/trade/SHARE/BTCI don't think this coin should be traded/listed. This will only help the scammer ZIP, who holds a large portion of these coins. Probably even enough to fork the block chain to his advantage and double spend.

may i get qoras coin back
Scammers usually wont do that. oh,no. is it useful to ask fbi catching zip? I expect due the small amount of cash involved and the high probability this was not a US citizen they wouldn't bother pursuing it. But, someone is welcome to file a complain with them.

sharecoin not so bad, we can trade it on other exchange
Please don't. Zip probably holds at least 50% of it. You will only be helping him. Also, please take your SELL orders down. Anyone selling SHARE right now would be no better than ZIP!!!

Hmm, that would be nice to have someone taking over the previous developer and maintain this coin.
I wouldn't mind doing that. But, someone made a good point... zip has access to a large percentage of the coin due to the FeeShare purchases and the SHARE locked for interest. So, keeping the coin going is only going to help zip. I could start a new coin with the same code and specs if it is still available. But, since the original web site is gone, I can't even grab the information of all the original people that the "SHARE" was delivered to. However, maybe I could do it based on the block chain and have people sign a message with their SHARE wallet to prove their address and distribute the new coin to them. Not sure if there is any interest in this. However, I wouldn't create an exchange. There are plenty of those out there.

Anyone have some news about what happened to https://sharexcoin.com ? I've seen it down for more than a week now. Its been about 2.5 days. But in that time zero communication from the dev, so chances it will be back at this point are pretty slim.

In the qora thread there seems to been some members that has his mobile number...
He told me (posted in the exchange thread I think) there was a BTT member that was joining his team to help with support, monitoring and communication after his first outtage. So, someone here knows something.

dzarmush comments?
ShareXCoin devs have written their on wrapper for Qora instead of official client. It had flaws and someone stole about 1.5M coins. 107'960 coins were sent several times in one second http://coinia.net/qora/blockexplorer.php?q=QcypT9kp1LEL5L56bqUrnpfJLKmJpDEnqNThey fixed it pretty quickly but I guess the hacker found another flaw and this time has stolen all coins. Although I don't understand why Zip is hiding. He has no obligations, so he could just say: "sorry guys, our wrapper for Qora sucked and someone stole all your coins". P.S. I've lost ~8M, hope Zip will burn in hell If this is what happened, then Zip should live up to it. Not keep everyone's balance of all the other coins the exchange held.

Please send me the data files of the fork if anyone has them.
that is actually pretty clever. Can you rebroadcast those transactions? I sure as heck hope not. This would likely kill the transactions after that? MAybe he hardcodes some trasactions in there, that are proven not refunded? I hope not. This is crypto. You shouldn't be able to replay transactions from a fork to the real block chain and have them verified. You also shouldn't be able to just add transactions to the block chain without having the valid private key for the from address. If that is all possible then things are very badly broken. ?? The transactions were sent! He doesn't need the private key because he has the signed transactions. The same thing can be done with bitcoin if you have a valid raw transaction on a fork. I fully assume there is some time aspect tied into the transaction hashes in order from them to be injected on the block chain. Heck, I could be wrong. But if this is possible and someone sent me coins on the fork. Then I said, hey, that was a fork, please resend, and he did, not I can replay the original transaction from the fork onto the real chain? I really hope this isn't possible. It's not exactly a double spend, but it is a similar issue. Also, it's probably that those original inputs are no longer owned by that Address, so they transaction wouldn't be valid for that reason as well.

Or I have zero understanding of how blockchain based crypto currencies work. (which is possible, I've only been a dev for 22 years or so).

But for real, why just shitty coins? hahah
because comunity doesn't give a sh_t about stolen shitcoins? Yes, but all those coins was traded with/for BTC. But, volume was pretty low. If this was a scam it was much to early to close it out. Wait it out, grow the exchange to 500 BTC a day or so.

Who is ziplibrary? Is sharexcoin.com a drupal website? A while back I seen someone at poloniex chat say he was a core dev for a major CMS and I wonder if he was the dev of sharexcoin.com since it looks like a drupal CMS site.
It didn't look like a drupal site to me at all. Unless drupal has change a lot of it's architecture since I've used it.

What was the estimated market cap of sharecoin? Think we could count that to the damages.
There were a bit over 100m coins, last price I recall was 160 sat. So, .00000160 x 100,000,000 = 160 BTC = $105k US at current bit coin price.

Many of you may know I'm shutting down CryptoALTeX due to lack of volume.
That said, I still have no idea why the crypto community prefers to trade on exchanges that promise stupid things and have not announced who they are. If you trust your money with some anonymous neck beard how can you complain when they steal your coins?
Please trade somewhere that the owners make themselves known. I have been clear and open with my customers the entire time.
Since I'm shutting down I'll go ahead and say that Bittrex is the place to be. They have their profiles online along with their back ground histories. They also now have more features than any other exchange when it comes to REAL trading.
For the love of god please stop supporting exchanges that refuse to release their information, no legit business is going to hide their identity.
CryptoALTeX was the exchange to go to, sad to see it go. Thanks, it was very stressful to run an exchange though. If we were able to maintain 50btc volume I think the rewards would have been good enough to keep the doors open. Anyways, whether or not ZIP comes back and says they were hacked etc, he doesn't belong running an exchange. Exchange operators should be in constant communication with their customers when there are issues, without you get FUD and all kinds of things that affect markets and peoples funds. I would hope nobody would continue to put trust in an exchange or person who doesn't maintain communication with their customers, breached or not. Agreed, it is the main reason AGX.io lost so much volume after they were breached. And while they gave a single small announcement there were no updates, we just had to wait for the exchange to come back. I wasn't the only one the withdrew everything after that and don't plan to every hold any funds there. I thought zip learned his lesson after his first bit of down time. Early and often communication. But, who knows the true story here. I'm holding out hope until next monday. But, if it's not back or some type of communication by then I'm sure my coins are gone for ever.
