Any persons get their coincard yet? July is past already

not sure if serious question or just pathetic troll attempt. they never delivered anything. and they won't deliver anything in the future.

I'm pretty sure it's just dry wit.

I laughed.

Coinstand 2.0 is coming, millions of products. Paytards in ecstasy.

https://i.imgur.com/cMyVF91.jpg

Can the handpicked minions get $20 per coin? I didn't receive my invite last time, I'm sure they'll fix that this time around.

That was one of the funniest, when he started coinstand, making it look like it was some kind of amazon gateway, when really Garza just ordered everything by hand.

Then he blatantly lied about how many invitations went out in a desperate attempt to keep XPY's value up until he could finish dumping his/GAW's/Paybase's assets for BTC. It kinda worked, too.

Good times.

You could be. We don't know that you're not part of the scam.

In fact, your vehement insistence that it wasn't a scam implies that you were a part of it, thus part of the subject of this thread.

I hope the eventual American Greed episode that comes of this will cover what got him kicked out of Dubai. I'm curious as to what he could have done.

yeah, he and uncle stu registered some worthless patents. no one knows how and why they went through

Worthless? Elon Musk certainly didn't think so when he gave Garza a car in exchange for use of his patents.

This thread feels like we're at the zoo watching the monkeys throw feces at each other while we wait for the lion feeding to start.

@ladrx Evidently he was part of the original group. I honestly don't know how or what he did. But I am told he knew all the inner workings of the Paycoin scam as it was unfolding and failed to report his story to the authorities. Just as guilty in my book.

Oh, right, it's this guy, I remember him:

Michael J. Koerner (middle name Jonas apparently)

I think it's this one:

BoXHocK aka Jonas Hals

Ok, well that other guy is a dbag also  Grin

I'm pretty sure both are involved in that project (PO Box address in WI). And Mr. Koerner appears to have filed for bankruptcy in 2011 although someone with PACER access might want to verify that.

Dismissed for abuse?

Quote
1. A review of the Debtor’s amended income and his expenses demonstrates there is sufficient monthly income available to repay creditors.
2. The Debtor earns a net monthly income of $7,124.70 or $85,496.40 annually. (Docket No. 14, amended Schedule I).
3. The Debtor lists expenses of $5,795, which leaves $1,329.70 of excess income. (See Schedule J expenses and amended Schedule I, Docket Nos. 1, 14).
4. However, included in the Debtor’s expenses are costs of $1,650 for the support of his mother. The Debtor does not claim his mother as a dependent on his tax returns and there is no documentation of his support to her.
5. Even factoring in the support to his mother, the Debtor has ample funds available to repay creditors.

Then, three months later, he was able to get one through. In the later one, he started with a 13 and converted it to a 7.

He was able to do this because he was laid off. He had worked for three universities at the same time for 12 years, then laid off by all three at the same time. I wonder what he did to lose three jobs at once. He also claimed to "not anticipate employment in his future."

I wasn't paying attention in this case in the last 1 month and half - 2 months (I don't remember exactly). Any relevant news aside from the crashes in the price?

He's evidently sold off anything of value, had a default judgement against him in Mississippi Power Company v. GAW Miners, LLC, and it's speculated that he has gone-to-ground somewhere near Houston, TX, waiting for the alphabet agencies to catch up with him.

A suburb/town south of Houston to be exact, the simp probably should be more careful with what he accepts in email.  Roll Eyes

That's not that exact.

No, wait, the 136 Hillcrest in the real estate ad is a single family home.

The 136 Hillcrest (units 1 and 3) that shows up in the property records is a set of condos.

This is very confusing.

Another company to add to the list. http://www.entitysource.com/details/entity/vt_22950/auk-redoubt-llc

The land records are sketchy as all heck.

First, the property used to be 142 Hillcrest. They changed the number.

It was part of a tax sale in 2007. http://www.ibrattleboro.com/article.php/20070402135351739

Then, eh a lot of paperwork happened. It looks in one place like a transfer to Garza from Auk Doubt of a unit for $0, but another place it looks like 142 Hillcrest Terrace Realty Group sold it to Garza for $10.

Anyway, go https://i2d.uslandrecords.com/VT/Brattleboro/D/Default.aspx

Good searches are "Garza" and "142 Hillcrest".

If you remember, there's $200,000 (IIRC) note that Garza owes Fraser for the Hillcrest property.

So here's what I think happened. I think one of Garza's LLCs took the loan from Fraser and bought the property. There's money left over, so Garza probably uses it to buy an exotic vehicle.

Then, I think Garza transfered the property to him personally under a different address so Fraser wouldn't catch on, then mortgaged the property and pocketed the cash.

Not only that, I think he lucked out, and the property raised in value, so he refinanced the mortgage and took even more money out.

Basically, he used the same collateral on two loans, just under different street addresses.

Just a guess. Read the docs yourself.

I guess he hasn't been paying his tax bill, either.

Has anyone Doxed the Garzas lately?  I was was curious if the opulence continues or if they are living in a shack.  Can't register a knowx account for some reason.  Only $3 to find out lol.

If someone has a judgement against him, AFAIK it's totally legal for that person to do a hard inquiry on his credit, and that would give a lot of information (current address, list of current debts, etc.)

Also, there's enough information in the leaked emails to pull his credit report acting as him, but that would be illegal.

I'd bet money he's in Bumblefuck, TX trying to sell bitcoins or start another business and does not care at all about some local news outlet on the other side of the country.

You'd think that the internet business should be a reasonably good source of income, at least in the short term. 1000+ customers, $50 or so each, surely there is a way to keep at least $10k per month after paying upstream providers, leases, etc? Why kill it?

How would he extract money from it without being found? He's gone for a clean break. He just wants to disappear.

He decided the best thing to do is stop interacting with any of his old companies. He just wants to move on to the next chapter of his life, whatever that may be, and leave everything GAW in the past.

Carillo said she thinks she knows who the owner is through doing Internet searches. "As far as I know, it's that guy who runs Bitcoin," she said.

That's like a closing line from an Onion article.

How can any potential employer/partner/angel take seriously someone who can't spell "straight" when describing his current business on LinkedIn?

Has anybody pulled Garza's credit report recently? I mean, one of the people who got a judgement against him? (I'm pretty sure you can legally pull someone's credit report if you're trying to collect a debt.)

Is there a place anywhere on the internet for scrypt.cc that acts like this thread does for GAW? The scrypt.cc thread on BCT has like 14 posts.

It seems like that's where the scammer drama is these days, but I can't find anything like this thread that addresses it.

A bit awkward that the clerk got the month wrong.
It's Mississippi.

I did read SOME of it.

However, its just giving attention to those who scammed so many people.

IMO its stupid to popcorn time on this thread.

- Mayer Amschel

You know what scammers hate? Attention. Especially the kind of attention that has people looking into their actions.

This thread does God's work.
