Guys, he's scrubbing all the posts we have archived. We've basically already won. Paycoin is a failure, as expected. Paybase has NOTHING. We really didn't even have to do that much other than archive all the fraud that has been ongoing for months. Now all that's left is an investigation that will inevitably bring down Homero, GAW, and all of its employees. Anybody who received any gifts that perpetrated this fraud etc.
I doubt anyone but the CEO will face criminal charges. He's probably the only one who intended to defraud from the beginning. Maybe "Joe Mordica" since they were in it together before the hashlets started, but they'd have to establish his knowledge of the plan.

People who lost money in this should be pissed.
Sometimes things don't go as planned. Sometimes there's miscommunication between the developers and management, especially if they use overseas contractors. Sometimes issue arise, and you don't have what you thought you did.
I really thought that was what happened here until you supersluthes found the post(s) where he outlines his business plan. It was always supposed to be like this.
I was lucky enough to get my money back when XPY was inflated. People with losses should absolutely sue.

I'm pretty sure that post explaining how he's planning to sell vaporware and only use a portion of revenue to develop the non-existent product people are buying is enough to show intent, at least to the degree that would get him past a grand jury. Then you get the ability to subpoena, which should show a lot more about what they had vs what he claimed they had to sell at any given time.
That post shows intent. That's huge. Fraud requires an intent to defraud. Before now, there had been no evidence of anything criminal because there was no intent. It could just be incompetence. Now we know it was planned from the start, from the sale of the first hashlet.
Supporters can try to couch it in the excuse that he's describing a different operation, but, considering that what he describes is EXACTLY what GAW did, I doubt many would fall for that outside the clique of true believers.
Who has jurisdiction? I'm thinking wire fraud comes into play, so it could be a federal case.

The point I can't forget is that a Joe Mordica died about two months before GAW's Joe Mordica started his github account. They're both from the same city and went to the same college. Only one Joe Mordica on the entire planet uses Facebook.
I guess it's possible that there were two Joe Mordica's in the same city who went to the same college. Especially with a name so common that there exists only one Facebook page for someone with that name. lol
Joe Mordica's dead, y'all. Who knows who the CTO is?

I hope people realize there are laws to protect them from this sort of thing, seize all Homero's assets, and also get retribution. Where Homero fucked up is he has mutiple picture evidence of him commiting fraud and lying to people for commercial gain of selling his products.
If I lost a lot of money on this, I'd definitely consult with an attorney. I have no idea if they've broken any laws or have any civil liability, but it's definitely worth investigating.

This is just rich... they just now realized that price manipulation could be illegal, and they have no plans of ever restablishing a floor: https://hashtalk.org/topic/27529/30-days-of-transparent-questions-and-answersOutside of the significant drain supporting the marketplace had on our reserves, we have since learned that the CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission) has specifically stated that they can hold a company liable for manipulating pricing. For these reasons (and the ones above), the “hard floor” strategy cannot succeed and we have no plans to re-implement it. So... it's official. There is no floor... there will never be a floor, and we were all lied to. Scam or no scam, the very basis of what everyone had used to make the mine hashpoints and convert to stakers decision... was a lie. Nice. Scammers claim to be unable to keep promises because doing so would break the law. Should bolster confidence. Not to mention it's total bullshit. Paycoin isn't a futures contract. It isn't a derivative. It isn't a security. It's a virtual good, so the CFTC has no ability to regulate it. CFTC is the Commodity FUTURES Trading Commission. It's like those lying assholes think people can't even read. Sorry for the language, but a lie this brazen gets me a bit pissed off.

I like all of you have an issue with GAW, however I have a bigger issue with the threats of violence not on only Josh but his family, if this community want to be like this than you can go fuck yourself, I have PM'd Josh, Provide the relevant post so his team can track you down, only low life cunt's would threaten his family.
WAKE UP TO YOUR SELVES, ATTACK JOSH AND GAW BUT LEAVE THE THREATS ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Eh, it's the internet. Anonymous people are going to make anonymous threats that don't mean anything in real life. They obstruct discourse a little, but with strategic use of Ignore, they really aren't an issue.

A guy can't enjoy his whiskey without just, enjoying his whiskey?
No, people do that in the comoany of others, not online I strongly disagree with that. I drink a cocktail or two after work by myself. Three or four on Mondays. It's over the course of the evening, so I'm not getting plastered by myself, but drinks can be enjoyed alone. To me, that's like saying you can't enjoy a latte by yourself. Or a cherry limeade.

Guys, a quick google search shows at least two different people with the name Joseph Mordica in Hattiesburg. Don't get too carried away How do you mean? I did a quick google search, and I don't see any overlap (like JM#2 existing while JM#1 was alive). The closest thing to that is the facebook page. I'm just assuming as part of this that new JM got access to dead JM's accounts and kept them going after he passed. If you look, there's an activity gap. Its still a fair warning - may be nothing but a very unusual coincidence. How many John Smiths are there? Here's a clue: Do a facebook search on Joe Mordica. There's only one. So is the theory that there were two Joe Mordicas in the same small city, but now only one exists in the universe with a facebook page? It could be that Joe Mordica is traveling around the world eliminating other Joe Mordicas. A more reasonable explanation is that he stole a dead man's identity.
