Anyone who has raised children knows about the "why?" stage right after they start to talk and get in a mode of saying "Why?" to everything you say, not understanding what you said in the first place and not being able to comprehend in the slightest your answers. No matter what you say they respond with "Why?". All they want to do is engage your attention. ikeboy's trolling/thread derailment/ fact obfuscation technique is real similar to this and every bit as intelligent.
The difference being that I love playing that game with my three year old.

If my interpretations of other posts are wrong (which is possible), I'd like for them to clarify. I often include a question about what was meant, but rarely get a response other than a personal attack. The problem is that people have clarified. Over and over again. Eventually, they just get tired of saying the same thing in different ways. I think every question you pose has already been answered. Just reread the replies to your prior posts.

If it is all rolled into one CAL GAW can hire a crack legal team to fight it and most likely win
With what money? GAW is broke. Garza pulled his hefty salary for as long as he could, and now there's nothing left. They have to sell all of their XPY just to make payroll and pay for basic internet services. Suing GAWminers won't do much. You have to sue the people who have profited from the scam. For that, you have to know who has Prime Controllers, or at least the ones that stake at that insane rate.

We are in the process of hiring a litigation firm to bring legal action against you for attempting to blackmail our company out of money and violating your NDA.
Are you serious? Is there anyone Homero hasn't threatened with a lawyer?! How much has he wasted in legal fees one has to wonder.
Probably very little. "process of hiring" means "I was, you know, thinkin' about it." He threatens to hire lawyers. Scary stuff.

You're about 800 pages late on that one.
Even so, that is such a damning statement of intent from Garza. I hope the SEC has a copy of that quote. I agree. That's not a slam dunk, because he's kind of speculating about KnCMiner's operation, but he follows that same model with GAW. I'm not a lawyer, but that could be much larger than just the fraud of the $20 floor or the phantom business partnerships. It's basically saying the entire hashlet business was a giant bait-and-switch.
