321  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 26, 2015, 09:50:08 PM
Oh boy I can't believe he has 15 upvotes, who actually reads this and thinks yeah this is a logical person in this time of all of our money being stolen.

"being stolen" implies it's in process. Some of those people probably realize that their money is already gone, so why not upvote?
322  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 26, 2015, 02:51:17 PM
Its not an implicit approval.  There is a mechanism for an implicit approval called a no action letter... basically, that would mean that the SEC investigated and decided to take no action as matter of policy (as opposed to lacking sufficient direct evidence to convince a jury or a decision based on prosecutor priorities).  That will NOT happen here.  No way on earth with the SEC give a stamp of approval to cloud mining, fractional reserve mining, ICO sales, etc.   A no action letter won't happen because that would be a green light to the world to engage in fractional reserve mining, cloud shares selling, ICO sales, etc. all the types of conduct GAW has engaged in.  Even if the SEC fails to take action, it will NEVER give any stamp of approval for these activities either expressly (never happens anyway) or implicitly through a no-action letter.

I stand corrected. Upon research, this is 100% accurate. Thanks for the post.

Not even sure why I get into these little twitter debates with him.  He's just as fake as Homero, and seriously the SEC doesn't investigate to APPROVE.

That's not really what he's saying. He's saying if the SEC does a thorough job, and they don't find anything, then that's implicitly an approval. And he's right. It's just really presumptuous to think they won't find anything.

Moral of the story: don't tell lies.

" we have direct relationships with Amazon, Walmart and Target "

Dude, he has set up an account with each of them, ergo, "Direct Relationship".

That's how this works. That's how this has always worked for him.

Yeah, he actually got me once pretty late in the game with that Mastercard approval he tried to imply to be part of some future debit/credit card offering. I still can't believe I fell for that one. At least I didn't put any money towards it.
325  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 26, 2015, 01:19:32 PM
Oh the things you'll do when you got in too deep and realize that you hold 15% of the total coins.

15% today is like 10% in a couple of weeks.

If he holds it long enough, he'll be down to like 1% of all coins, which isn't so bad.
326  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 26, 2015, 02:42:03 AM
I think with the hacker thing, he moved into the "just fucking with people" stage of his master plan.

Of course, keeping the classic "ssshhhh" image in mind, he might have had that attitude all along.
327  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2015, 10:49:34 PM
"Darn those hackers, selling XPY from the Paycoin Foundation's wallet and depositing the BTC into addresses for which Matlack and I in absolutely no way have the private keys. Darn them to heck!"

(Hear that, SEC and FBI? We don't have the money. Totally stolen. Darn hackers.)
328  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2015, 10:31:26 PM
Oh, the imaginary hack stage. They must really be feeling the pressure. IIRC, fictional hacks come just before disappearance.

What day will Garza go poof? I'm guessing April 1st will be his last day. I don't think he'll stop once hashtalk is shut down, though he's certainly set it up so he can.
329  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2015, 09:38:03 PM
I like the penalty theory. If he sold some of these to particularly nasty international criminals, a year in prison beats having your kids abducted or your wife murdered.
330  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2015, 09:09:38 PM
Garza corrected everyone. Apparently Coinfire, et al assumed that GAW would actually comply with a federal subpoena. Garza says that they've had internal discussions (I'm assuming the leaked emails), but that they haven't released any information to the SEC.
331  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2015, 09:05:37 PM

WOW... pathalogical liar much?  The emails are between the two Garzas and the attorney.

I don't know if he's a pathalogical liar as much as a professional one. #NoDaysOff
332  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2015, 08:15:46 PM
Wow, coinfire stepped up its game.
333  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 25, 2015, 02:44:40 PM
THis is supposedly what, the third law firm they've "engaged"?  And by "engaged" does he mean, called on the phone?  Walked by their building?  Looked them up in Google?  Not "hired", or "retained", but "engaged".

That was exactly my thought. He emailed them asking for their rates for a specific kind of representation or analysis. They replied.

Engaged.

Quote
There were never price promises, beyond individual expectation of market value, and the anticipated $20 floor, a concept since reformed into the honours program, which whilst indefinitely delayed, pending the resolving of legal issues, is still very much active.

I know this evidence has been posted over and over again, but it seems like some people still can't see it.

That's a specific price promise beyond an expectation of market value.
335  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 24, 2015, 03:59:46 PM
What do they imagine would have happened without everything they're calling "fud"? Paycoin would still have been a hyperinflating peercoin clone. Paybase would have still have a buggy half-assed joke of a web site. There still wouldn't have been a hundred million bucks in the CAF. There still wouldn't have been the kind of partnership with Amazon that Josh was claiming even on the day of the paybase launch. Do they think that if nobody had pointed these things out, the market would have happily given XPY a quarter billion dollar market cap even though there was nothing in XPY or in paybase that would have justified even a market cap of a million?

I wonder about that myself. Now that Coinfire has been vindicated, why is the site still a boogieman for HTers? Whenever I skim that forum, there's some quip about Coinfire using as a premise their nefariousness. Coinfire didn't change anything. They only sped things up a bit. Why are they still treated like some evil force?
336  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 23, 2015, 09:35:58 PM
theres bunch of people trying to sell their constand invites

Where? I'm curious to see what they're charging.
337  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 23, 2015, 07:13:20 PM
Assuming, of course, that is a genuine email.

That's the thing. You get a boy who cried wolf effect. Even if this is a genuine blackmail attempt, even if withdrawals are paused due to an actual technical problem, you can't believe any of it because he has a record of lies and maniupulation.
338  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 23, 2015, 06:28:20 PM
Just a poorly researched piece. HT will have a field day with this. I think most posters in this thread put more effort into their posts than that "reporter" and that's saying something.

But then a poorly reported piece can be used by the HT faithful as "yet more proof" the outside world is on a hate mission with incorrect information and half baked journalism, one could argue this is exactly whats needed to keep the troops rallied.

Viewed with the right kolored glasses... this is a good play to keep them drinking the kool-aid

Exactly correct.

I think the new MrCEO has gone delusional in his latest post a hour ago.
Stating that the GAW signup of new users is over 100k per week, so then
saying they have since Christmas over 1.2 million new signups!!
I think the pressure is getting to him and he has finally cracked.

https://hashtalk.org/topic/34659/size-of-ther-paycoin-user-base-how-do-we-increase-it

I took that to mean more than 100k a week at their peak. That "was" what they were doing. Now, it's probably in the double digits.
340  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 22, 2015, 02:45:46 AM
I think the people here couldnīt care less if you got a MacBook "gift" from Homero paid with 40$ worth of a premined scam coin.

I feel much better if i would buy it myself with my hard earned money for 1000$.

No, I'd feel fine buying a MacBook with a premined scam coin.

It's just that the hours the chosen ones put into brownnosing and pimping are worth more to me, or to anyone in the US, than $1,000. It's nice of Garza to give a little back to his most loyal, but the time sacrifice you have to make to get that gift isn't really worth bragging about unless you live in a developing nation.
