Why would the guy who's been scammed the most want to protect him? If Fraser even glances at those emails, he'll realize what a liar Garza was about everything. He's lost hundreds of thousands of dollars to this guy; what possible motive does he have to protect him?
well the answer is of course, to protect him self. if he can protect Garza its less likely more shit will drop on him But is there any evidence he's done anything wrong? I guess he would know more than us, but nothing so far has pointed to him being anything but the protomark. The only thing he's guilty of is trying to hide financial difficulties from his wife.

Interesting thing is Josh clearly saying that he mixed personal fund and corporate funds. He says he gave a personal loan to Mineral and GAW "loaned" 15PCs to be managed, he admits that he got the scrape of a number of them sent to his Cryptsy account for him to recover some money on the loan. Am I the only one who reads this as Josh giving a personal loan to a third party and GAW "paying it back" to him even though they aren't privy to the "transaction" in question?
No lawyer or banker but this sounds like a big no no to me!
Oh, it's worse than that in the emails. He gets Juliette to cut checks for all kinds of things. He basically extracts money from the business at will, to hell with the other equity holder(s).

PonziCoin - Because everybody knows.
Well, to be fair, everyone knew GAW/Hashlets/XPY was a Ponzi right from the start. Other than the poor unfortunates who refused to even consider the plethora of warning signs that were literally everywhere. I consider myself a reasonable person, and there was reason to think that Hashlets of the non-Zen variety were real up until the inbox was leaked. GAW was not a Ponzi until they stopped buying enough hash from China to cover their fraudulent "hosted" miner sales. There were stages to this: 1) dropship miners 2) sell actual hosted miners 3) sell hosted miners and cover their hashrate through bulk buys (beginning of fraud, no ponzi, possibly sustainable) 4) sell more hosted miners than they could cover through bulk buys (beginning of ponzi) 5) sell hashlets, which is what they were actually selling and lying about in (3), only now there's no backing 6) move everyone to hashpoints, lie about their value (end of ponzi, beginning of new fraud) 7) make up a coin that seems innovative, but release a completely different coin (more fraud) make up a bunch of other fraudulent companies like Coinstand where what is happening/being constructed differs radically from what is actually planned or executed (more fraud) In real time, I didn't catch on to the fraud until (7), and, until the leaked emails, I didn't think it happened before (6). There was still a good chunk of time where hosted mining was real. It wasn't until the emails that we knew exactly when things happened.

A lot of Garza's statements are contradicted by his own emails. Take, for example, Lie- The sec as already goon through all my accounts, I still show a multi-mullion dollar loss. That's impossible. We know the status of his accounts prior to everything imploding. He couldn't be an accredited investor because he didn't have a million. IIRC, he had less than $20,000 liquid, and his "accounts" showed a negative net worth. Now, he could be in the black because of real estate equity (although he owes Fraser for that still) or hidden bit coins, but it's hard to go from partial equity in a couple of properties to a multi-million dollar loss. That loss could only come from two places. He either claimed a great deal of equity in his business and overvalued it, or he took Paycoin's valuation at its peak and valued his holdings off of that. This guy has never been worth close to a million dollars in any real way. As soon as he started selling his XPY holdings, the price plummeted, which is why you can't value large holdings off a spot price.

We don't know how much BTC Garza extracted from GAW. He potentially could live off of that for years.
He may have given away his XPY authority in order to bitch about it later and get his investors' enforcers off his back, but if you remember the emails, he was constantly looking for places to flip BTC into USD after Buttercoin rejected him and Coinbase cancelled his account. For all we know, he could be pulling $1000 a day from Kraken, Cryptsy, etc. by flipping his BTC reserve.
Or he could be penniless and living off of whatever credit he has left. It's hard to tell. I guess we just shouldn't assume Garza is powerless. Heck, he could still have access to Fraser's funds, although Fraser would have to be an idiot to have not cut Garza off after the email leak.

Yeah.... I wish I can give you respect, but I have a feeling that you only get respect from those who fear you. Hey but thanks for always thinking of us and giving us FREE marketing.
His theories on how coins were being dumped ended up being right. Because he went out on a limb and spent hours tracing transactions based on a crazy-sounding coin mixing theory that ended up being right, he gets respect. Also, he called me out once when I was inadvertently promoting the scam which gets him more respect. What have you done to earn respect? To wit, Paul Revere and suchmoon are the only guys who have entered into this quagmire and emerged with more integrity. Everyone else has collapsed under the weight of the muck that surrounds anything involving GAW or XPY.

I dont think 10 Primes are worth the risk of damaging our business. Good thing you caught this. It would have been great if you had reach out to me directly so that it could have been taken care off sooner. However, I dont expect for you to do the right thing. That would have been done if you had good intentions, on the other hand you are just looking to cause damage.
Again, just cause you curse and lack of respect for anyone does not mean you are right. You my friend are nothing but a bully. I wish I had you in front of me. OH wait, just occurred to me you hide in anonymity. No wonder.
So what are you going to do with the 4K XPY if not use them as a bounty? Donate them to charity?

I see the source in github has the same version as mine, 70122.
I assume there's something like addnode for PayCon. Does anyone have a 70122 node I can connect to? I'm hitting 100% 70121, and I still have no connections.
listen=1 daemon=1 rpcuser=*yourusername* rpcpassword=*yourpassword* rpcport=9456 port=9455 rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 addnode=107.170.179.27 addnode=162.243.155.75 addnode=128.199.231.68 addnode=178.62.151.188 Thanks. The first one (107...) still failed, but the second one (162...) hit the spot. Everything's working. Thanks!

I downloaded the Mac wallet from the link in the OP. I keep getting this error:
"partner XX.XX.XX.XXXX:9455 using obsolete version 70121; disconnecting"
The version in the info is v1.5.0.0PayCon-1.0.5
I have had no luck compiling from scratch. Is there a newer Mac download, or do I need to just keep working on compiling?
Edit: It looks like the problem is that everyone else is running an older version to which I can't connect. Should I downgrade? Is there a place to download an older Mac version? I am getting zero connections right now, and I've had this open for over an hour.
