In my mind, Stuart Fraser and Josh Garza are lower scum than telemarketers, lower than email scammers (hey, they even use the email scammer's drop mail address!)... Josh Garza and Stuart Fraser should both spend YEARS in jail for what they've done. I'd love to see Stuart Fraser highlighted in the USA Money Section as they guy who backed the biggest idiot in crypto... a bigger idiot than the guy who setup SilkRoad2...
Have you read those leaked emails? Fraser is a mark. He's a super mark. He should have his own Funky Bunch he's such a mark. Yes, he's financially unsophisticated and way too trusting, but he was stonewalled every time he tried to get any information about the business in which he invested. About the only time he stood his ground was when he wouldn't forgive the $200K real estate note in exchange for equity in a company that ended up being worthless by the time Garza was through embezzling funds. Everything else he did was basically hands-off silent investor stuff. There were a couple of times he used Garza/GAW to funnel funds to hide from his wife, but he didn't really do anything wrong except not be persistent enough about financial statements. He gave up too easily and trusted too much. He's one of the many characters fleshed out in that email dump. He doesn't have the depth and narrative that Garza has, but even the bit players are pretty complete. That's what makes this such a good story. Josh Garza, Carlos Garza, Capuano, Mordica, Pease, Rami, Fraser, that Cryptsy CTO, Juliette, Jessica Garza, and so on. They're all fleshed out and have some depth. The bad actors were the inner circle (Garza, Capuano, Mordica, etc.). Capuano came clean, but none of the others have. Other than Capuano, these stories are still going on. This is seriously like a really good novel that's really, really long.

Here is a copy of the Pre-Pre-announcement of the Dishonor Program™ •30-second Signup: Bag-Holders will have 30 seconds to enroll in The PayConTN Dishonor Program. This period started at the beginning of this article and finished 30 seconds later, you’ve already missed out.
Oh, the two hour floor. Garza may lament the passing of people discussing hashlets and boosts. We lament the passing of the two hour price floor. To this day, Garza claims that $200,000 of price support fulfilled every promise he made on the subject. Oh, the days of people realizing that they missed the only opportunity to sell their XPY for $20 because they left their computers to get a sandwich. Good times.

Sad story? I said they all of them bagholders deserve it. Yes no sympathy whatsoever for these scumbags It takes both stupidity and greed to be paycoin bagholders. Consider themselves lucky to have a roof over their head. By their traits they will be homeless sooner or later
Yea, Screw everyone, who cares about reality, we have our interwebs to deny it! R u fucking dense? I dont give a shit about greedy pigs. I never consider digital currency or online scam ...virtual. Only dumbasses do. Then why are you interested in this thread? The point of this thread is to minimize the damage done by a particular sociopath who's adept at lying. The reason people put time towards this is to help these people and those who might fall into the same trap.

Let's play spot the pattern.
GAW has success renting bulk hashing from China, then reselling as "hosted miners." GAW runs out of rented hashing. GAW continues to sell hosted miners/hashlets.
Garza is able to attract talent at below market prices by offering equity. Garza runs out of equity. Garza continues to offer equity to potential/current employees.
GAW has success selling 9/11 Hashlets. They have allocated $10,000 dollars which caps them at 500 hashlets. They run out of 9/11 Hashlets to sell. They continue to sell 9/11 Hashlets, but still only donate $10,000.

You trolls called up Brad and told him to leave? And here all this time Brad was saying he didn't get paid and Homero told him to suck it. Strange....... Who to believe.... A coin dev or Homero? You can't "make" something someone else does a scam. Either you're lying or you're not. He's pissed because the predictions he pawned as fact didn't come true, and he's blind to the fact that it's because of his own failings.

Possibly the most hilarious argument last night was when he had that two-fold response to coin mixing and dumping. First, he argues that he's too unsophisticated to do such a thing. He doesn't even know how the blockchain works! Second, he says that he has no reason to do so because he's majority owner in the company, so he can withdraw money any time he chooses. He doesn't have to hide.
He thinks it's okay to embezzle funds if he's majority owner. Like, literally. He thinks it's fine. He thinks committing a fairly fundamental crime and stealing from your business partners by embezzling funds is acceptable.
That's one thing I think he wasn't lying about.

https://hashtalk.ch/topic/37470/life-raftThis is a thing of beauty. The scammer who's bilked people out of millions of dollars gets scammed for $50k and goes completely apeshit. He just can't stand that someone would lie to him! I mean, that Vadala guy seems like a scumbag. It really does look like he has no right to take those primes in lieu of unpaid bills. However, I'm glad he did, because watching Garza flip out over being cheated is a whole new kind of entertainment. Then he starts going off on people who haven't cheated him, but he perceives to have in some messed-up way. Basically any deal where he didn't end up scamming the people on the other end is now a theft. This is just amazing. One guy steals from him (to compensate for money he's owed, no less), and he can't handle it. "No, wait, I'm supposed to be bilking you, not the other way around. What is this? How could you do this to me?????"
