Diplomats sent to Sweden

Three Specialist (Lv. 3, 4 and 5) are dispatched to Sweden to meet with HH The Duke of New Liberty and ascertain whether a joint venture in Seafaring and RoadMaking can be reached. Each Specialist (from hence forth named Diplomat 3, 4, or 5) is given 500 SCI to perform their duties.

Diplomat 5 is given 500 SCI to oversea the operation and lend cause to whichever venture needed a helpful hand. The Diplomat is asked to watch over events and act as needed to make sure both measures are prosecuted with the utmost decorum and advantage.

Diplomat 4 is given 500 SCI to engage the Swedish Court in a discussion on procuring a mutually beneficial alliance towards the end of procuring the technology of Seafaring--the Diplomat is given instructions to offer a mutual trade alliance as a common point of interest. This Alliance would include Naval protections in waters controlled by either party, but would abstain from regional conflicts arising from war actions.

Diplomat 3 is given instructions to procure a joint venture towards the technology of RoadMaking. The alliance will also carry with it protections for Swedish goods traveling along Kingdom roads--this would include acts of war--as any road within the Kingdom should be under the control of the Lords, Ladies and King's of Our Land. This agreement would assume Swedish roads would be equally balanced in their protections--King's approval would be required for any addendums or peculiarities in this agreement.

The King wishes all Diplomats to conduct themselves with Princely decorum and with the utmost sensibility and sensitivities to the regional standards of etiquette and presentation--though are ordered to enjoy the local delicacies in all forms.

Any Nobles wishing to attach themselves to this mission of the highest level, should make their intentions known,

The Army has been evacuated and has joined the Royal CryptoArmy (King's troops) in OldDuchy/CryptoTown.

ATTN HM The King:

HRH The Prince Zechariah, AOD-Gen, kindly requests HM The King, AOD-Gen to:

1) Make a roll call to all the military troops currently on his direct command and possession (all troops belonging to characters he directly controls; it must be noted that all the forces in Crypto Kingdom are ultimately subordinated to the HM The King, according to the decree given by HM The King rpietila I in 1466, although dissident factions such as the Church in 1623ish, have bent the subordination);
2) Inventory all the weapons likewise;
3) Separate the forces rightfully belonging to HRH The Prince (who previously did not have separation between "his" forces and those of the RCA, because he was then HM The King rpietila II). In the evaluation of HRH, this should consist:
* 30% of the Military NPC, of all ranks equally.
* 25% of MKT and PIS
* 20% of CANN
* 0% of CANN24
* Enough horses to retain the mobility of the Tavastian shock troops, who historically have been fully mobile;
4) Give the troops and weapons to #36 (conduct the changelog actions);
5) Publish the results in a detailed thread post.

At His Majesty's earliest convenience.

Dated 1663-12-16 in the Royal Palace of Malla, Old Town, CryptoTown

Troops are moving to Zechariah's position as we speak. As far as the disposition of Aquila, given the personal nature of Standards, what they mean to the Company and Commanders, and those who hold Arms as a sacred duty, and the protection they offer to those who serve with honor and grace, we ask that you choose which COA you wish to emblazon your men, my fellow King.

With Majesty renewed and vigorous aims,

Naah, just kidding...

Dash team answered about instamine:

https://dashpay.atlassian.net/wiki/display/OC/Dash+Instamine+Issue+Clarification

The Instamine means Dash is a scam, no matter what Duffsplanation your PR team trots out as an excuse.

Calling this attempt at spin a "clarification" is typically asinine, intelligence-insulting, PR happy talk.

Also relevant: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Office_of_Special_Affairs

It's a shame they can't get over the hurdle they constructed Roll Eyes

Again, for those noobs who haven't been here long, Evan could have relaunched after the instamine--as they had relaunched less than 24 hours earlier, and the precedent was there--but he chose not to.

1385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Unveiling the truth over the major Monero scam on: March 08, 2017, 06:35:14 PM
You are kind of right only in the sense that XMR is thanks to RingCT the best crypto in the world, and the industry-leading 100% fungibility thereby created makes Monero the "altcoin for people who hate altcoins."

However, I do not see that market reflects the situation described. Actually, it reflects the opposite. You should understand that only a small percentage of people need anonymous coins. For most they don't need any anonymous or even decentralized coins. It is reality and you should accept it. We can speak about how XMR is cool but most of the people do not need any features of it. They need fast and secure transactions. Businesses that are responsible for mass adoption of crypto will NEVER accept XMR except deep web.

That's not true. I can't think of a company that wants its payroll or r&d budget public knowledge.

By order of the King, agnus is to be arrested on charges of Treason and taken to CryptoTown.

He may turn himself in, but it is just a matter of severity of the punishment at this time.

Update: agnus has been apprehended and is being returned to Town as we speak.

The CK asset will likely need to be funded as far getting it ready for exchange. I can't stress how big a win this will be for the community--a publicly traded asset means more public exposure, more money staked in the Monero community, and more hands on deck who have a monetary interest into the success of the CK platform. I will hold the funds in the UFO account until the asset manager gives an assessment of what's needed, then the funds will be released to the asset manager.

Give donations to UFO or char#727. This is also the Corp that holds my RWWC shares and the Black Dragon, so it will be well guarded. Wink

Could one of the Admin fund this with the current char#36 initiative? Can't access the kingdom ATM and don't want to miss the opportunity--please consult with Luigi, Sphericon or use your best judgement as to the necessary amount. If it's just your guess, please overestimate and we'll return the excess.

ATTN GM:

Some military and political events may soon take place. And since they will likely involve characters controlled by the GM, we seek another admin to act as GM in these events. Preferably Syksy--as we both can rightly assume he is fair and just in all matters. Also, Mooo's advent of the provably fair D20 should be incorporated into all rolls as this puts a public face to events and also confirms fairness.

1390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Kingdom - 1991 Retro Virtual World(City) on: March 07, 2017, 01:41:19 PM
Putting this plan into place will render the CK market inside the game moot (for now).  It will likely need to be delisted from the game.  There is still the issue of dividends, but this can be solved if we implement the previous steps. If you are a ck player who has registered an address, The dividend script could query the address in question to get the amount of CKGAME the user holds, then pay the normal dividend in M inside the game. Assets that are held by people who are not players will not get a dividend. This both rewards existing players, and serves as an incentive mechanism to get players to join the game and "deposit" their CKGAME by registering an address.

Or appoint a treasurer who receives the dividends on behalf of all token holders and uses them to buy-and-burn tokens (adding positive price support by both buying and reducing the outstanding supply). No need to distribute at all.

This would render CK/CKGAME equivalent to HODL which could then be dissolved.

This sounds easiest and effective.

To his most gracious PJ, Wizard Developer, The Duke of Serbia,

We are grateful for your recent gift, as we are for the years of dedication, diligence, and expertise that you have given to The Kingdom. We drink to your health, and while we may wield a cursed sword in battle, we bring the blessings of kindness and fondness to those closest and dearest to our hearts. It is in this spirit, the spirit of giving, the spirit of love, we bestow upon you the honor of the Wizard's Castle.

Rightfully, and well deserved,

Here or on youtube?

Please have a gift of love of 180,000,000 you deserve it (for your dickheadedness Wink )

Thanks, I learned from a pro Smiley

Is he criticizing King Risto's 2nd forum game ?

The idiot douche mental case told me on Polo he made thousands on the last one.
This time he used MEW donated money and hired "staff" to make this one then called it a "powerful adoption asset".
Then when he got called out for it he called his donators FUD'ers then later gave refunds out.

When are you all going to clue in ?

Anything linked to Monero is a massive red-flag.

I heard that there was over 50k XMR (donated by the community for GUI , ring etc) in MEW and then the core (inc. generalizethis) transferred that to the forum 'game' crypto kingdom with out telling anyone.

Now the XMR has gone......no one knows where.....sure ok.

I don't even think those who donated that XMR back in the day for MEW know that this happened.

Ironically when people have asked on progress of ring signatures and GUI they get asked to donate funds or do it themselves. No mention of MEW funds or what David Latapie, Smooth, Risto, Generlizethis, Sadambitcoin, Amercicanpeagusus or any of the other inner circle have done with development funds.

I'm sure Spoetnik will investigate this further.  Wink

Wow.

I was never a member of MEW, dumbass. Can't prove the negative, but sputz is more than welcome to find any evidence other than you just making shit up.

Yeah as you guys have scrubbed the member list........

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=776479.0

A little birdie has now told me MEW may have had over 100k XMR so well over a million development funds you and your friends have stolen from the monero community. No wonder the GUI took so long.

I'm also a super secret member of the order of Dashtardism. Shhh! Don't tell anyone.

ATTN NOBLES:

Our roads are in a terrible state and must be upgraded, so we propose that SCI, BLD and STO1 be used to see to the matter. This is a matter for the whole Town and all Counties, so the military and/or King will not foot the bill alone, so Nobles should come to agreement on the matter as soon as estimated costs are issued and construction begin.

The Margrave of Stonehaven will contribute 200 SCI to the roadmaking engineering effort. 100 SCI was already contributed in a previous call, many years ago. That's some slow and careful research Smiley

Thank you for the donation.

1397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DASH Masternodes - the perfect motive for the instamine on: March 05, 2017, 02:33:32 PM
So everybody say dash was instamined because of broken code, which was broken because (and everybody also admits that) the devs started the project as a joke.  SO I am asking. Please tell me: IS DASH A JOKE AND A SCAM by chance, or it is BY DESIGN A JOKE AND A SCAM.  I am very curious. Please tell me.

Likely planned as they had the option of relaunching and didn't--and to put this in perspective, they had relaunched less than 24 hours before the infamous instamine, so the precedent was there, but not the will.
1398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / AmericanPegasus and iamnotback, you were right. on: March 05, 2017, 02:23:54 PM
In the past AmericanPegasus and iamnotback have expressed distrust to the centralized nature of the cryptokingdom game, and while I may still disagree as to how to make the game decentralized enough, I do agree that at the very least the D20 has to be provably fair.

The reason by illustration is as follows: the GM's D20 is binding (and this sometimes effects results in the 1000s of XMR), and therefore the GM must be trusted to comply with a fair roll in order for players to feel they've gotten a fair outcome. As can be seen from this exchange https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=819073.msg18073149#msg18073149, assuming that the GM can't be manipulated by his or another's will is a foolish bet.

Some have invested 1000s of Monero into this game, not pocket change and surely not the type of investment you want to put on the whims of any GM--no matter how trusted. My hope is that we learn from this mistake, take a huge leap towards a provably fair outcome system and manage to win over AP and iamnotback and others who've rightfully expressed concerns.

The best outcome for the GM, myself and all the players in the game is to have the most players engaged and confident in the game's mechanisms of chance.
1399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dash Price Rises Exponentially, But Is it a Bubble? on: March 05, 2017, 01:11:11 PM
(Evan may design cryptosystems that can't scale to their technological promises, but his aptitude  for designing economic systems that reward early investment is well off the charts).

This.  He even leaves Vitalik in the rear mirror on that aspect.  Simply a genius.
That said, I think the biggest genuine advantage of DASH is exactly the fact that it is a centralized token system, with all the efficiency advantages that come with it.  There won't be year-long debates about block size, on Segwit or whatever.  Next week, the Emperor decides (eh, I mean, the community votes), and that's it.  Vitalik must be green with envy !  But this results in extremely efficient payment systems.  DASH is Evan's Mastercard company, mimicking as a crypto.
And this might exactly be something the adoption market is waiting for, not caring about seigniorage, true privacy, distributed consensus and all that, but just a fast, efficient payment system of which there's a guy that solves problems as they come, and get insanely rich in doing so (a bit like Bill Gates back in the old days, with computers).

My guess is Fincen and the SEC (and by proxy, the banks that lobby for laws that constitute their behavior) will have a little sit-down in Arizona and that will be the end of the Bill Gates comparison and begin the more appropriate Madoff years.
1400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dash Price Rises Exponentially, But Is it a Bubble? on: March 05, 2017, 12:59:06 PM
No one knowledgeable about cryptosystems  who's analyzed dash's claims and compared it to its design has come away with "Oh yeah, that'll work great!"

It's multiple algorithms set it up for cross-chain reactions--there's a reason cryptosystem try to use one algorithm, and this is a classic example of ignorance leading to the false idealization, "Isn't more better!" It's not and this has been known for decades by cryptographers.

The instamine and coin reduction (no matter of your ethical or moral stance) added to a staking system exasperates the centralization mechanisms--this should be obvious to anyone no matter what their level of understanding--the obvious analogy would be the a poker player who has a stack that is bigger than the combined stack of his opponents--he'd have to play extremely foolish to lose this advantage (Evan may design cryptosystems that can't scale to their technological promises, but his aptitude  for designing economic systems that reward early investment is well off the charts).
