The Stonehaven Gaming Company

The SGC bet is now over: Bitcoin did not fall below 50% marketcap.

There was relatively even betting on both sides this time, so the winners got 1.799280mil a share, a 80% return.

SGC007 is still running till tomorrow.

I'll be paying SGC dividends soon, and come up with more bets.

Edit: 20k/share dividends paid.

Another day and....

PLEASE! Unswer to me someone!
I have 800 000 000 Markka for now
Can I withdraw something now? And how?
PLEASE HELP!

You need to depository shares to withdraw--I suggest m3 as saddam has always been trustworthy and all my withdrawals have gone through in a timely manner. I'd avoid b1 and e1 as risto created shares and most have yet to be paid after weeks of waiting and excuses on his part. Have not used BO, so can't say either good or bad about it.

Reposting from main thread:

Howling eerie greetings from beyond the grave of oblivion,
an insomniac night that might as well be used for something useful:

I have fully disclosed here the code for two Crypto Kingdom tools written in the R language (R Shiny is an R extension for app building that uses JavaScript as an interim layer, R is available for free at www.R-project.org):
- CKJester, a market analysis tool that comes in two parts; a) An R Shiny web GUI for using the market analysis tool, b) An API-pipeline that fetches and parses all the data into suitable .RData database for the GUI to use
- CKGamble, aka. Jovial Jester, the gaming platform for which

CKJester R Shiny interface:
https://bitbucket.org/tlaajala/ckjester-shiny

CKJester API pipeline:
https://bitbucket.org/tlaajala/ckjester-pipeline

CKGamble:
https://bitbucket.org/tlaajala/ckgamble

All above are BitBucket Git repos. Feel free to migrate to Github or such, I just always found Atlassian's Sourcetree a rather neat piece of software and since they merge together seamlessly, I happened to use BitBucket instead of Github.

Partially working examples of the R Shiny apps:
CKJester in shinyapps.io; will not plot images as the database grew too large and the free license runs out of memory; the interface can still be run locally without problems - see example deployment):
https://jester.shinyapps.io/Shiny/

CKGamble in shinyapps.io; will not function except in "test" Guest-mode, due to the fact that it would need to be connected to an Admin-level character and a Casino that handles the M-transactions; Syksy account is no longer admin and Jester account has no M to handle transactions, thus I have indicated multiple fields with '<INSERT HERE>' which would require attention if actual bets ought to be transacted:
https://jester.shinyapps.io/jovial/

Please note that both above implementations are currently running on my own free test license of www.shinyapps.io, which is a service offered for efficient deployment & upkeep of web apps built with R Shiny. However, the free license has severe limitations, and one mght want to consider putting up their own R Shiny dedicated server (we e.g. have one at my university where I've made analysis tools), to make efficient use of the code (memory limitations and multiple concurrent processes have shown to be an issue in shinyapps.io free service).

Please also note that some older commits may contain expired tokens or obsolete account passwords and such. It's not worth your time trying to exploit those, as all of them were for this purpose only and are not in use anymore here or anywhere elsewhere.

All my above code is shared with the MIT license (i.e. you're free to do whatever you wish with it, but I am not liable for any misuse or upkeep of it etc; given "as-is"): https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT

My code is fully available to any Crypto Kingdom fork that wishes to use it from my behalf, all are equally welcome to make use of the above code that I've made for free over the years/months. I hope these might one day be useful to the old main or any of the forks without reservations.

I can also send loads of CK data for the interested: 2 years worth of parsed (.RData) bids of buy/sell, 1 year full of item ownership matrix (rows=items, columns=characters) and 1 year full of lot bids fetched the www.cryptokingdom.me CK branch API. Should anybody be interested in these, please contact me through email or a private BCT message.

Best wishes,
Syksy aka. Daniel

Jovial Jester was an attempt at a No Limit Texas Hold 'em site that you could gamble with any item in Cryptokingdom and had live chat--Syksy kept running into a bug, so it might be good project for someone who is good at code and wishes to get rich. I'll throw in 10,000 ckg for the person who gets it working--3 month limit on offer from time stamp.

Upon the King's suggestion, this new bet is now about the market cap dominance of Bitcoin. Since a lot of altcoins have increase in value recently, we wonder whether Bitcoin will still be above 50% market cap in a week's time.

This is an uncensored topic for CryptoKingdom. Risto's control of the main thread and deleting of posts--posts pertinent to both communicating the current state of the game and implementing new features--necessitates the need of a new thread to keep players and admin in the loop.

Hopefully this is only a temporary measure and the main thread can restored to its former (mostly uncensored) glory.

I expect you think something like this will help the dwindling PIVX price. Actually to me it highlights the problem with PIVX that is it just a copy paste coin that has been pumped and has not real innovation of justification for its existence so it's looking for something to keep the bullshit party going.

PIVX is a dash cut and paste worthless coin and will in time return to the dust it came from.

No instamine and better privacy option planned--dash was damned (by people who care about such things--IE non-sociopaths) the moment Evan instamined ~2million coins.
Damned to have such a demand that it's over $100?

Just think how successful pets.com was Smiley

Greetings good citizens of Crypto Kingdom!

Announcement 1:
I have decided it's time to consolidate all my in-game assets from both my characters, OZ & Hokusai, into 'M'.

Unfortunately, poor health from virtually the start of the game back in October 2014 has prevented me from participating fully in managing my characters as I had hoped when I first saw Risto's announcement.

I have been very fortunate though, and Roopatra has done a great job keeping OZ & Hokusai 'alive' in the health challenges, but it's time to face reality; I am not likely to ever manage my own CK characters again.

I still intend to be involved with CK, but it's time to concentrate on one thing, and hopefully do it well.

I will be selling almost everything I own within CK (I may keep a few things like my 4 silver Unicorns), but this is an 'everything must go' sale, so I expect there will be some good bargains!

Exact details of the sale process and time will be announced later, but I wanted to give potential buyers plenty of warning now so people can see if there's anything they like, and prepare.

The sale/auction might achieve the best result if the items are broken down into 2-3 separate categories, and sold in stages.

For the sake of CK it would be great to see as many new players as possible bidding/buying, and I'm open to ideas on how best to achieve that.

OZ - https://cryptokingdom.me/player/playerItems/26

Hokusai - https://cryptokingdom.me/player/playerItems/64

Announcement 2:
I also want to announce my intention to setup an independent depository, "Gringotts".

Full details to follow as things come together, but my hope is to devise a setup that achieves 100% community trust asap.

I currently own ~6% of 'M', and after the sale of my in-game assets it should hopefully be quite a bit more.

My intention is to fund the depository with sufficient 'M', but I don't want to manage it myself, and I don't want to  have access to any deposited funds either. I will be a 'silent' partner.

If all goes well Gringotts depository should open before the sale/auction of OZ & Hokusai's possessions, so players have time to deposit and purchase 'M' if required in preparation for the sale!

I don't have a time frame in mind yet, and I would prefer to move slowly if it helped get community support, (plus I'll need help), but I would expect a few weeks or possibly a month before everything I hope to do is completed.

"Gringotts" will NOT be the official depository of Crypto Kingdom as far as I am concerned (it'll be independent), and I can see no reason why it would be the only independent depository active in the future - competition is good - but at the moment CK does not have a working depository, and if this continues the Game will probably end, so it is time to act.

In-game CK assets need to be convertible into other crypto assets for the continued success of what Risto has created!

To be fair, Kurtz's methods would have won the war. Nick Land refers to them as ktactics--when you imbed yourself so far into the system/battleground that your methods mirror the enemy and it is hard differentiate who's fighting whom.
