Since hurriedly leaving Tavastian lands to meet a feminine female in Pärnu (later: Revalia, again later: postponed), Zechariah has stayed in B.9, just close enough to the town to see the spires of B.1 and the newly-found wealth manifested as the skyscrapers in B.22 (to the south from the previous) but having a healthy distance to whatever witchcraft the dark side may employ in their effort to prolong their rule.

In retaliation to his efforts and threats to undermine CryptoKingdom, Zechariah must submit to the unconditional surrender of all his troops and possesions or meet the Kingdom's Forces on the field of Battle.
All nobles are urged to assemble forces, move them into position around Zech's Estate and prepare to attack on command--payment for armed services will be compensated from Zechariah's holdings once surrender or victory are achieved.
As per rules: M, Deposhares and land will not be touched as part as the spoils of war--though any stone recovered from Zechariah's land will be used to help build a highway system to improve commerce.
We prefer that Zechariah act in accordance with his own wishes and leave The Kingdom under the peaceful flag of surerender, but will use all available force to secure a long overdue emancipation.
His crimes against the community in the form scams, bludgeoning citizens over the head with demands of serville feality, and overall obnoxiousness in the form of unceasing posts of taunting to pure giberish, have stalled us at the proverbial fork in the road. And as a wise man once said, "When you come to a fork in the road--take it!"
Non-response (or intentional ambiguity) by Zechariah will be deemed as abandonment and treated as a surrender in effect.

Time's UpSince the only force to show themselves on the Battle Field is Vigens (BV 4: H4+, 2 PIS on person--we were told he wanted to bring a Cann, but was frustrated by the inability of one horse to pull a Cannon), it is believed that Zech and his forces are pent up within the building hoping to ambush us, or that Zech has abandoned his men and they are held up inside without any orders. Orders: --Moneromooo and Tombot's force are ordered to cover the East side of the building with orders to shoot anyone leaving. --Dragon is ordered to cover North side of the building with orders to incinerate anyone leaving the building. --1st and 2nd Royal Regiments are ordered to remain at south of building, move Cannon units into range and open fire if anyone attempts to leave the building or Vigens moves. --Royal Calvary is ordered to the West side of the building with orders for 2 PTE to enter building and make contact with enemy. If these men do not come out by 11am UTC with unconditional surrender, the building and all those inside will be obliterated--gold and jewels can be recovered from the wreckage. --Vigens is asked to lay down his weapons and leave the Battle Field with his life. --Zechariah is ordered to submit to unconditional surrender/ |

Top of the World Challenge Bounty As things have started moving in a positive direction, other elements of the game must follow. Among those is the current health challenge, or the Top of the World challenge that is used to promote characters and stimulate the consumable market. We are in the process of expanding the game's rules so that it is more engaging and worth the time of more people. Some of the points of attention are: - making use of all 3 sections (Health, Happiness, Wisdom); - increasing the leveling up to LV15; - re-introducing a set of rewards for achieving different milestones; - advancing the entertainment value, challenge and competition among those who participate. This will be an iterative process with various attempts and changes within the game, based on player feedback, with the goal of increasing the number of willing participants and the consumption rate, and ultimately making the consumable market active and interesting. A key requirement for the success of such a process, is accurate data collection regarding how many people consume items, how much they consume, and what kind. The former two being essential. This is the Top of the World API: https://cryptokingdom.me/api/world-topWithin this API, one can see all the people who have ever consumed an item and their current points in each section. More data would be nice, such as where those points came from (their level modifier, what they consumed, etc.), but this is what we have to work with now. What we need is a neat way to automatically parse this data and come up with the number of people who are actively consuming (points > 0), the total amount of points, and some basic calculations (averages per active/total/top, accounting for the level modifiers, etc.). A bounty will be issued for the completion of such a program by Town and your king, equal to however much he deems this to be worth. An extension to this program would be selecting the TopX in each category and cross-checking them with the rules of the game in order to generate the promotion command. As mentioned, the rules are subject to change, but to give you an idea, the system would currently work as follows: parse the world-top API, select the ids for the top 5 in the wisdom section in order, if already promoted discard, open each of them in the character api (example: https://cryptokingdom.me/api/characterInfoByID/1234 ) and select their current level, if level <6 promote, if <8 and top3 promote, if <9 and top1 promote. The new rules would probably be similar but include the health and happiness section and potentially other things to check. More information will be available soon™. For this extension, I will personally provide 100 million M of my own stash on top of the core program, or 50 million M if it is stand-alone, lacking the completion of the core program. Everyone is welcome to participate and contribute to the progress with their own bounties, or funds for existing bounties. Better options or suggestions are always appreciated. Etc. etc. The advent of war means an incoming storm of opportunity. Taking action now may prove to be very valuable once the dust settles. TOWN will offer an additional 500mil for core and 100 for stand-alone. |

The Royal Weapons Corporation, its subsidiaries of Royal Carriage Corporation and Royal Window Works Corporation, would like to extend a warm welcome to all players. After a successful entrance into the new era of production, we have been fortunate as a family of companies to fufill a few of CK's needs--we would like to share our success with others, and extend the production and resource base of the Game, by offering a Billion M bounty for a new Corporation and/or Expedition.
RULES:
Corporation: Winner will be determined on the basis of the ability to create a realistic and/or novel means of production, ability to manage resources effectively, and market their product or product line. The winner will be given 1 Billion M and a corporate account, RWC will distribute the shares of the new company per agreement between RWC and CEO (mainly to determine how many shares the CEO wishes to purchase pre-IPO--standard policy is 10/40/50 split with 10% going to CEO, 40% to the IPO and 50% going to the parent company RWC--due to the large nature of the bounty, the CEO may wish to increase their initial share beyond the typical agreement).
Expedition: Winner will be based on storytelling and planning. The winner will be given ship(s)and supplies based on their expressed needs, along with any extra funding left over from their Billion M budget--these expenses will be pre-figured based on the plan that the Explorer(s) presents to RWC. RWC will receive rights to any ITEMS from this exploration with both parties having the ability to renegotiate their positions if further exploration is desired beyond the scope of the first expedition.

Option 1: A Tax levied on ITEMS from the 20th Century (HINT: there is only one and it can be found on the book shelves of the most hated man in the Kingdom).
Option 2: A CAN Tax (This will certainly be more distributed and help unhorde the current crop).

How does one maculate a claim? As soon as the 'Crypto Kingdom - Universe - Game DB' is online for public, the claims (as well as any assets & Items in general) may be transferred to it by sending them to '5' in Ultima (cryptokingdom.me) and then creating the equivalence in the 'Crypto Kingdom - Universe - Game DB', which will cause me to evaluate it and pay. I'd rather not follow cku (too weird) to know when you feel like paying (if ever). As far the tax goes, it is a likely one an done tax to provide OldDuchy assets (in the absence of a battle system to seize assets by force). So do you want a one time tax on Zech or CAN--didn't think there would be a need for discussion, but apparently the request is being read as long time tax solution--which in no way is it, or is even needed (I raised over 20Billion for TOWN in a week just by opening up the NPC game).
