Rudi Garcia is criticized harshly by some people and I'm trying to understand their situation as well. Because their team won the league title by an enormous gap in the previous season. After more than 30 years winning the title like this must have made them very happy. Their squad and playing style were both promising for being a title contender for multiple years as well.

But after the manager change it is normal to see this kind of adaptation processes. Napoli are experiencing this phase now and hopefully it wouldn't last very long. If they finish the season badly it would be harder for them to convince Osimhen for contract extension too.

It is still good for Liverpool to keep Salah for one last season because the offer he got from that Saudi Arabia team must have been mouth-watering.    Liverpool were also offered a really huge amount of transfer fee but they couldn't let him go in that time. Because the transfer window was already closed for the Premier League.

However I have no doubt as well about him to join that or some different team in Saudi Arabia next summer. Liverpool had better start thinking of an alternative already. Maybe they can even try their luck with Mbappe.

I have been thinking about the drop in Haaland's form recently. First of all it is totally normal for any player of course. I have been just thinking about whether there could be a special reason affecting it as well. De Bruyne's absence came to my mind after that. The reason why is that there was a great relationship between these two players. 

De Bruyne was sending a lot of balls to Haaland to make him more active and effective in the attacking line. You know how great De Bruyne can pass the balls to his teammates. He is like a magician. I hope that Haaland can reach his usual level sooner or later. I'm still contented with his goal effort so far of course. But I would like to see him doing good during the full season as well.

Not exactly the same number of goals scored by Monaco compared to PSG but I get your point. They have both scored many goals so far. Monaco have even conceded more than PSG but they are still ahead of them. Monaco have just used these statistics a little more positive than PSG in their league games so far.

Especially that loss against Nice in Parc des Princes was really unexpected to me which made the difference between Monaco and PSG now. In the season you mentioned Mbappe was playing for Monaco indeed. They won the title with him and now who knows maybe they would win the title against him. 

Girona are doing an amazing work after leaving nine weeks behind in the season. I checked that if there is any player who has scored the most of their goals so far. But I didn't see any. There is a really good team effort by them so far. But this is working against the teams at their level or mid-level teams of course.

When it comes to their games against top teams of the league they are failing about it. We have seen an example of it against Real Madrid recently as they lost by 3-0 home you know. But as long as they are able to maintain this team effort they can really finish this season at a decent position.

Inter are going to play against Torino at the weekend. There has been some drop in Inter's form recently which caused them to lose 5 points. Sassuolo and Bologna caught them by surprise really. I think it is time for Inter to start a winning streak again. The first game of this streak should be this one against Torino.

Torino have been longing for a win for four weeks in the league. I think this series will continue for them. I expect Inter to return strongly from this national break. I expect a goal contribution from Martinez as usual.  

Jadon Sancho wasn't impressive to you when he was playing for Dortmund? You can just check his statistics back then and rethink about what you said mate. 

Sancho was doing an amazing work at Dortmund. He was productive in every way like goals and assists both. Dortmund had a chance to make a huge profit in his sale and they just continued to apply their usual policy. They have sold so many players like this. Yeah maybe Sancho couldn't adapt to Manchester United but he isn't actually a bad player at the end of the day.

I'm thinking the same about that game. Arsenal are already the favourite side obviously and they can win this game one way or another. It just might not be very comfortable for them. Because Chelsea have been making some progress on the recent game weeks. They got 2 wins by really solid scores.

However they haven't still reached the level that I can trust them for real. There is a need for consistency to convince people about them. Their job is going to be really difficult against an Arsenal which is doing just great. I think Arsenal will win this game.

By the way Atletico Madrid are going on determinedly on their way this season. It is a winning streak of four games now. One of these wins was even against Real Madrid which must have made huge impact on their future performances as well. Next time they have a Celta Vigo game away.

Celta Vigo are currently one of the teams with the worst start. They haven't been winning a single game for weeks. Atletico Madrid have a golden opportunity to maintain this winning streak in my opinion.    Simeone is doing his best to keep his job for a longer time.

According to news PSG are still trying to convince Mbappe for another contract extension these days. They are trying everything they can to prevent him from leaving without any transfer fee. PSG are of course one of the richest European teams right now but it isn't like they are in need of a lot of money.

It wouldn't seem nice if they lose their most valuable player on free transfer. They would be criticized by everyone for letting him go like that. But it won't be easy to convince Mbappe for sure.

Kevin De Bruyne is one of the most valuable players for Manchester City without doubt. His absence due to injury is really unlucky for them as well. However I don't think this would affect them deeply anyway. Because they are still one of the strongest teams in Europe now. They are full of world stars playing in coherence together.

There has been some drop in their form recently but it is no problem at all. I remember Manchester City having way worse times in one season and they were way behind the leader. But they still made an unforgettable comeback and won the title by a serious point gap.

Big congratulations to Turkey on their significant win. Thanks to this win they have indeed guaranteed qualifying for Euro 2024. Croatia's loss against Wales was really unexpected to me. I mean yeah they were bad against Turkey in the previous game. But I wouldn't have expected them to have the same difficulties in this game as well.

After this result Croatia endangered their chance to make it to Euro 2024 a lot. Because they are sharing the points with Wales in the group now. Croatia will hope for Turkey to get a good result against Wales for them seemingly.

We are about to enter another race week in Formula 1. We are going to have three race weeks in a row without a break as well. Our first station is going to be the United States. You know Verstappen has declared his title officially already. However I don't have any doubt that he will still continue to race with the same ambition in the remaining races.

I'm curious about which team will finish the season at the second position. Will it be Ferrari or Mercedes? The points are really close to each other now. If Hamilton didn't make that mistake in Qatar Mercedes might have been ahead by more points.

Roma are on the rise by the recent a couple of games in the league. They beat Frosinone and Cagliari with really satisfying level of scores you know. These victories must have helped them improve their morale quite much. Because they started the season horrible and I don't even want to talk about that Genoa game.  

Next time they have another comfortable game on paper. While they are on a good winning streak I hope to see them maintaining it. But I must add an important piece of info like Monza haven't lost a game for many weeks. Roma had better give their best into this game.

I can agree with that. Their mentality isn't as strong as Bayern Munich which is the point they are losing the title to them regularly. That game you mentioned was really unbelievable and I don't want to remember it often honestly.    Dortmund just handed over a huge chance to break this title streak of Bayern Munich.

Anyway I mean at least Dortmund are able to stay as one of top teams in the league. Their placement in the standings has always been at a satisfying level. Maybe they can't become the champions but they can at least keep the same level every season.

Luka Modric is 38 years old and I think his time is about run out at Real Madrid by this season. I don't think there will be another extension of contract with him. Don't get me wrong. He is still playing really decently despite his age. However as long as he continues to be a part of the starting eleven it becomes a hindrance for younger talents to find more chances.

I think we would be likely to watch Modric at a Saudi Arabia team as of next summer. I guess he wouldn't play for many more years before his retirement. Therefore it would be the best for him to make some more money by going there in his last times.

Manchester City are on a losing streak of two games you know. I can understand the one against Arsenal first of all. Because Arsenal are really doing great and the game was in Emirates. However the one against Wolves was hard to explain. They were actually in control of the game but still couldn't prevent the loss.

Now it is time for them to get the win to improve their morale. Their next opponent is going to be Brighton in a home game. Technically Brighton are having a solid season. But I expect them to come across a very dominant Manchester City. Because they are really hungry for a win now. And that win should come finally.

Juventus are said to be considering a move for Jadon Sancho. Honestly I think Sancho would also be likely to leave the team at the earliest opportunity. He has a really bad relationship with Erik ten Hag now you know. It doesn't look like there will be a middle way found soon either. The best for Sancho is to leave the team as it seems.

I would actually like to see him going back to Dortmund. Because he had a really good chemistry back then and his performance was really great. But if that doesn't happen then he can just look for his other options such as Juventus.

Italy have taken the second position in the group already after this nice win over Malta. I didn't like their football very much as well but they managed to win by this score anyway. If they faced a much more difficult opponent then things would have been way more interesting though.

Therefore they had better prepare themselves better for more important matches remaining. They still have equal points with Ukraine so they need to secure their ticket for the main tournament.

Barcelona got 2 draws recently which were both 2-2 against Granada and Mallorca. This loss of four points caused Real Madrid and Girona both get past them in the standings. However I think Barcelona will make up for these point losses by a decent win next week. They are going to have a home game against Athletic Bilbao.

Honestly Athletic Bilbao have made a good start to the season as well. But I still think they will have serious difficulties in Camp Nou. Barcelona have been really dominant against them in the recent times. I expect this domination to be maintained and they should add another win to their collection.
