If Harry Kane does not leave this summer, the bigger losers will be Tottenham. I don't think they will be able to convince him to sign a contract extension so that means he will definitely be leaving for free next summer.
As for Bayern, they still believe they can sign Kane and they're going all out for him. There is still time in the transfer window, if they see that it won't be able for them to sign Kane this season they'll look else where for a striker. With the kind of money they offered for Kane they will get a pretty good striker.
I would really like Harry Kane to leave for Bayern but staying one more season at Tottenham won't kill him. So if the deal doesn't work he can remain at Tottenham.
There is a possibility that Kane will stay with Tottenham until next season although so far 2 clubs have made offers but it seems that Tottenham are reluctant to let him go , on the other hand if Spurs keep holding Kane then next season they will lose Kane for free unless Harry Kane extends his contract then the scenario will be different. Marcus Rashford was Ten Hag's mainstay player last season and his contribution was extraordinary in helping Manchester United attack. Based on the news circulating right now it looks like Al Nassr is getting punished by FIFA, the punishment obtained is not being able to register their new players such as Brozovic and maybe some other new players too. Signed for 75m Euro by Napoli and now with price tag of more than 150m Euro, it's okay to see from Napoli's perspective. Yes they want to scare away few clubs for proceeding for Osimhen but I would say they also want to make a huge profit out of this. Napoli knows what kind of gem he is and it is a great opportunity for them to make around 100m Euro profit out of his transfer (if happens). It might kinda bite off them in the ass in the end if Osimhen comes with a feeling that by staying at Napoli, he is losing opportunities for even more bigger clubs. In that scenarios, Osimhen might reject contract extensions and might go for free.
