801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: July 17, 2020, 11:33:58 PM
There has been no activity in this oldest cricket thread also but now i think we can talk n discuss more about cricket.  Smiley
There was nothing much to talk about cricket and fortunately we have one series resumed and hopefully we will see more countries resuming the matches.
England is experimenting with the team and it would be fun if West Indies could white wash the series, i did not expect the first match to go with West Indies but they played the best cricket and hopefully they could retain that kind of performance.

Well right now its looking good for England after a good batting performance by the team. Now we'll see how good the WI are chasing over 450 runs in the first innings. England will need some quick wickets on day 3 if they are any chance of winning and to restrict the WI to under 350 runs.
802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Triangles [TRI] - low supply X13 PoS over TOR with secure messaging on: July 17, 2020, 11:26:22 PM
TRI developer Wurstgelee is still active on forum and im sure would take care if any problems arose. Tri network functions well after 6 years in the year 2020!

Wurstgelee can I get a Heart beat?

Hi guys!

Is there any plans to list it on any other exchanges than cryptopia?
I like this project a lot but i have a feeling that it is slowly dying and there is no sense to buy any...

Not going to die. Smiley

I must admit that this is a big achievement for a coin that hasn't had any active development for a while but as you said the network and the wallets continue to function perfectly so there is no need for development on that side but a use case for TRI would be something to think about for the future. I'm still holding and staking.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 17, 2020, 11:23:33 PM
^^ Cool, and those players who fought in the finals are rank, so it's good to see that they participated in this match. And Petra Kvitova has a point, they are not used to this kind of settings, but I guess this will show how tennis players will adjust on the current setup as it will be totally unpredictable now.

It will show how versatile a tennis player is, and how they can rise to the occasion and fought even if they are out of their comfort zone.

Yeah I think players will need to adjust to situations like this as we could see this happen a lot more with what's going on in the world. The organisers of the tournaments need to protect the players and everyone else from this virus so even though it makes it uneasy for players it must be done. I got my eye on the US sports right now to see how they go which will give us an indication to see how it all goes for the up coming US Open.
804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Know Your Developer (KYD) Bridging trust between community and developer! on: July 17, 2020, 11:18:36 PM
Its good to see all these updates for the month of July and I knew that if holding KYDC for the long term will eventually start to pay off. Even when things were tough the team stuck with it and now we are seeing the hard work that they have put into this project. I think KYDC still has a long way to go but as we know things take time and if people have more patience then it will pay off for us all.

when I was deceived months ago, this fucking garbage vella85 and a few other paid scum spammed after each of my posts.

No I'm not paid anything to post in here as I was calling you out on what you knew what you were doing was wrong. You knew the odds for that bet you placed with wrong but you bet anyway to try and take advantage of AceDBets mistake on their site. Because you bet several times on it knowing that the odds were wrong and then you expect to be paid, well if you did this on other sportsbooks it would end the same as sometimes there are issues with the odds from providers.

The price has been stable for the past couple of months which shows that there is a lot of support for this project and also that the proof of burn does work as it keeps inflation under control which in turn helps keep the price stable for a long time. I'll be interested to see what happens once the cloud storage feature is launched as that in my opinion is a game changer for Sinovate.
807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 15, 2020, 11:18:08 PM

-snip

Yes, if he plays definitely he will be the betting favorites and I will love to see him sweating to get that US Open trophy again, LOL. I'm also thinking that same, without fans that are going to boo at him, he can really focus on his opponent, unless his opponent is really distracting like Nick "the bad boy" Kyrgios.

But as I have said, I doubt that he can be affected by fans going hostile and booing him, he has been used to that environment before.

He is the favorite to win the US open trophy especially without fans.
But from the moment, crowd is back allowed, it will be different times. Because then, the amount of booing against him will be x10, can he cope with that? I have my doubts.

That is exactly what I am thinking and have been saying on here. Yes we know that the crowds have been hostile towards Djokovic in the past however it was mainly in grand slam finals and against either Nadal and Federer but now we could see the hostile crowds in all of his games from the start of tournaments to the finish and then the question is can he handle the constant booing from the crowds. We all know he is mentally tough but it can take a toll on a person if it is constant, time will tell.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: July 15, 2020, 11:12:53 PM
And now the price is going down which was to be expected. The one reason why I use Doge is for cheaper fees and from what I have seen from a lot of people that seems to be the main use case for Doge when transferring from exchange to exchange. I hope everyone enjoyed the pump while it lasted and it will be interesting to see where the price settles.
If one investor has been in crypto for long enough, the one should know that good news are not actually only reasons to help price rising. There are more important contributors to price rises, the right period of the market. When the general trend of market is upwards, good news do so their biggest impacts on price. That is exactly what TikTok brought to Dogecoin.
Same with you, with or without the tiktok's commotion, I am using doge for transfer purposes between exchanges. I think that is one major use of doge among crypto users. With its availability across many exchanges, it is quite easy to trade them back to the coin you want. But if nothing else, this tiktok brouhaha will drive users to be crypto users. Because I believe most of them doesn't even know how how to transact with crypto.
Without TikTok, Dogecoin will do rise sometime because its price does not increase latest months. The rise only occurs sooner or later depends on momentum of Dogecoin. Last week, Tiktok triggered the huge momentum and the coin skyrocketed.

The price of Doge might of went up without TikTok however this was a massive pump for Doge which we have never seen before. We could see that Doge was in accumulation phase from the start of the year and I do think it was due for a price rise but what we saw was a massive pump due to a group on TikTok pumping the price and now we are back to around where it was before the pump. It was good for the ones holding Doge for a long time but for me like I said I mainly use it for cheaper fees.
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could Ripple’s XRP could reach $1 in 2020 ? on: July 15, 2020, 11:00:15 PM
I'm thinking the same thing now as XRP is the only one that hasn't really done well this year so far compared to all the other top 100 cryptocurrencies and it may even start to drop down the list as other big movers like LINK are making their way up the list. I hold some XRP as a speculative position as we just never know what might happen once crypto takes off.
810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: July 15, 2020, 10:55:49 PM
The problem is that the virus situation in Australia is getting worse with now two states having daily numbers growing and its the two biggest states in Australia, N.S.W and Victoria. Even the boxing day test match isn't certain to be played at the M.C.G at this stage so we could see a number of test matches played in other parts of Australia which has been done in the past.

Hard to get it sync.  If anyone's holding any coins, it would be good to start taking care of this project.

I hope for the same mate as I have been having trouble syncing my wallet for a while now like I mentioned a couple of months ago. I do eventually get it to sync but then it stops as I lose connections so I'm guessing that there ain't many staking CAPS anymore and it seems that the team ain't active here.

Can anyone here tell me how much beans we need now to sprout several times a day? I have over 500k but I am not sprouting daily like I used and I know that the network weight has a lot to do with it so I am thinking that it would be closer to 1 million beans needed to sprout at least a few times daily.
813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: July 12, 2020, 11:45:53 PM
I'm very happy right now as I won my bet on the WI winning the first test match which I posted last week before the match started. I really thought that the match was even due to the fact that either team hasn't played in a while so I thought it was even as there was no recent form to go off. Also the players need to get used to playing again and find form which is why I also thought that either team could win and so I went with the value bet. Lets also not forget that the WI have played well against England recently. Anyway this now sets up the series to see if England can fight back and win the second test.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/daniellerossingh/2020/07/10/wimbledon-to-pay-out-13-million-in-prize-money-despite-cancellation/#3b56a1ae3675

wimbledon will pay prizes to all players that were foreseen in the draw, although cancelled, they agreed this with insurance company, fair move by the greatest tennis tournament

Wow, great move of Wimbledon, other organisations can take an example to them!
For the top players, the cancellation isn't really a big issue, but for the low ranked players, it will make a huge difference.

Regarding the Djokovic case, I am not a fan of him and will never become one, but although he is mentally strong, this whole Corona affair will play in his head. We will need to wait and see how he will react on the tennis court.

LOL, its seems that the whole Djokovic drama is not yet over. I'm a fan of him and we really appreciate what he had done so far, although again there are fans who doesn't like his attitude because its short of being arrogant. But he needs to accept that, whether he like it or not. The best thing to do of him is to go and get that US Open title if he can.

He is mentally strong no doubt about that, maybe he can have some lapses resulting in a loss. But with so many trophies already I think he is that that mentally weak in spite of current drama he is in.

Well if Djokovic does play at the US Open I think he has a big chance at winning and what will make it a little easier is that there won't be any crowds as like I said once crowds are allowed back I do think that they will be very hostile towards Djokovic which even though he has a strong mentality he might fight it hard. We have seen in the past he can block out the crowds and win but it has mostly been against other top players and in finals, this time around we may see him being booed in all his matches which could take a toll on him, I hope it doesn't happen but there are a lot of fans that don't like him so we shall see what happens once crowds are back.

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/gp/ Block Explorer is now up to date and we will also be listed on Altmarkets.io very soon! More updates to come Smiley

Its been a while since I last checked in to see what's going on here and now I see that there will be another exchange listing for GP soon. That's great as it can attract more people into GP by having the coin listed on a number of exchanges. I'm happy to see the explorer up to date, keep up the good work inkha!

Yeah! We're listed on AltMarkets.io now as well. Lots more work going on for us! Buyer/Vender market place, MMORPG, Minecraft with integrated currency, stay tuned!

Awesome!

I am now in the Discord, I thought I had already joined but when I checked I wasn't so now I'm there. I really like the idea of the market place and from what I understand from your comment in the Discord it will have retro games which is something that I'm a huge fan of and this could really bring in a lot of retro gamers into GP.

Yes the marketplace is going to be setup so users can have their own shops, there will be escrow and feedback function to help keep scammers in check. This way if someone was into retro gaming they could host a store and offer retro systems, games, etc for people to buy. Another shop may offer gaming related gift cards etc. It will make a great ecosystem addition! Smiley Our discord has become a bit more active lately too and i'm looking to do some promotions to grow our community.

Sounds good inkha.

Yes we need to keep scammers and I think having escrow and a feedback system is the best way to help prevent scammers from scamming people.Do you plan to just have GP as a way of payment or do will there be other cryptocurrencies as well like Bitcoin?

I'm glad that cricket is back for betting on here as its one of my favourite sports to bet on and that it gives me a chance to build up some golden tickets. Like I mentioned last week I bet on the WI to win as I thought they had a real chance at beating England as I thought both teams were even as there hasn't been any cricket played due to the virus and they just won. I'll use some of the winnings to buy a couple golden tickets and keep the rest for the next match.

This is what we like to see in sports as this will go a long way to helping the lower ranked players earn something in a very tough year. We are still unsure how many tournaments will be played this year so it will help. The US Open will be interesting to see which top ranked players will come to play and also that we may see a lower ranked player win this year. I just hope that the US Open goes well without any issues when it comes to the virus as in the US its getting out of control.
818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: July 11, 2020, 11:52:44 PM
There is really a good chance of WI in this match. Now they should make the most out of it and should turn the tables in their favor. They won't get a better situation of winning this match. If they can't win from here, I am afraid they won't be able to win more matches.
West Indies in a better position to win the match, England is just leading by 170 runs and most probably they will add 30 to 40 runs as they just have 2 wickets left and even if they add those runs it is not a huge total for the last day and hopefully West Indies will go for the win, if they start defending then it is going to be a tricky situation. West Indies needs to play aggressive cricket and win the match from this situation.

It will be an interesting end to this test match as it could go either way but right now England have the upper hand even though the lead is less then 200 runs. I think 180+ will be tough for the WI to chase down but as I have a bet on the WI to win this match I am hoping that they come out and take the last two wickets and then bat aggressive and go for the win but if they lose quick wickets then I think England can win as the WI in the past have shown that they crack under pressure.

Its nice to see all these updates coming from the team, at least we can see that they have been busy the last few months while it was silent in here which is good to see. I'm just patiently waiting to see what this second use case will be as I'm sure it will be something great.

Well the team are busy working on the update which will hopefully solve all these problems users are facing at the moment. This is not an easy task as the team need to verify and check everything before paying out as they have had some problems with their provider which is why they are switching to another provider which will hopefully fix all the issues. I suggest that people just wait a little longer and hopefully it will all be fixed very soon.

Who the fck are you?
If that (scam) team was honest the site had to be under maintenance mode or something for more than 2 months. But for sure they must stop accepting bets from people.
Everybody is right to "yell" about his money.

You are the spammer here not brandonlang

Yes I know that everyone has a right to their money however as the problem with their provider was noticed the team will need to go through all the bets that everyone has placed in that time and then see which are correct and which are not. That is most likely why we are seeing a delay in withdrawals and settlements. Yes I do think that the team should put the site into maintenance while they fix the issues, by the way no need to swear at me as I'm just trying to help people understand what is going on here.
