I don't want to get over confident however its looking like the corona virus cases world wide are starting to slow down which is good to see however I still think it will take another month before we get a clear idea on how well its looking. Then we could see some sporting events start back up so the French Open is looking likely at the moment but again I don't want to get ahead because it could all change very quickly.

I hope so mate, however, there are still new cases popping out everyday here, although there are also people recovering, but more cases have been reported and we still have a lock down up to the end of this month. Just last night, our President is seriously considering Martial Law just to impose those lock downs because there are still a lot of undisciplined people who doesn't follow the protocols so that everyone should be safe and the infections can be controlled. Of course, I'm still hoping that we can see sporting events this year not just tennis, but it seems the chance are slim at this point.

Yeah just when it is looking good, things can change very quickly. Here in Australia we have been able to control the out break however winter is coming so we could see more cases pop up. I think we could see some tennis played but of course with no crowds, the US is now hopefully over the peak and that we could see the US open later this year. Stay safe my friend and lets hope that it doesn't come to martial law for your country.

An EFBet Sportsbook (SBR rating C) player has claimed that the sports betting site has changed the odds on his winning bets when the market moves against the house. One winning bet was also allegedly voided by the sportsbook despite the odds being in line with the rest of the betting market.

efbet have corrected themselves and ceased this fraudulent activity

Not sure what you are trying to point out with this but you know that the odds of 2.30 were wrong as on other sportsbooks the odds were 1.35 so in fact AceDBets were in line with other books but had the wrong odds up which you took advantage of for your own personal gain. I can tell you now that if one of the major books had this wrong they would also change it like which has happened in the past. I have had a similar thing happen with me on Bet365, if the odds move 0.10 or around that price then that is fine but as you can see the odds on AceDBets were almost 1.00 more then other books and you know very well that it was the wrong odds but you tried to gain from it.

I'm sad to say this but I have given up on this project and just left my wallet closed for the past month. This was a great coin to stake and still is but with no active dev team and no exchanges to trade on, there is no point in having my wallet open to stake unless things change.

Still traded, just no buyers at the moment.

https://freiexchange.com/market/CAP/BTC

I've never heard of this exchange before, thanks for letting me know. There won't be any buyers as not a lot of people know about this coin as its been out of the spotlight for years now. Cryptopia going down didn't help this coin as that's where all the trading volume was and many people knew about CAPS but it seems that most of the community has left.

I've used the exchange for about two years.  There are 1 sat buy orders, so the price now is 2 Sat.  I mentioned Bottlecaps in a book on staking that I wrote.  The problem is I haven't made any money in crypto in the last two years and had lost interest in the book.  We need a crypto 2.0, one based more on building from the ground up (mining/staking) not expecting to get gilded by Wall Street.

Thanks mate, Its good to know that the exchange has been around for a while and that people here are using it. I started up my CAPS wallet just now and I'm getting a message something about a blockchain checkpoint, can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

That's a common error you can just plow through and the wallet will work fine.

Thanks mate, I just synced and now its not showing up so I guess this pops up every now and then with the wallet.

I haven't staked in a while so I should earn the max amount of stakes for each input I have as I have set several in puts so that I could earn more stakes.

For the first time since using the new wallet, my wallet is stuck on the loading screen and won't allow me to log in. Its the first time it has happened to me so I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem with the wallet just stuck on the loading screen? I have closed it and tried again but the same thing, I even let it sit for 20 minutes or so and then it goes to the city screen and doesn't allow me to log in.

Yes, a couple of people have had the same problem. My only solution was reinstalling the wallet. But you have to delete the folders AmsterdamCoin and AmsterdamCoinNode otherwise the problem persist. I have tried several things but i didn't find another solution.
Is someone does find another method let me know...

The only problem is will I lose all the coins that I have staked in the past couple of weeks because I haven't backed up the file that is used for staking. I know this because Solaris is the same wallet and the team said to back up the file for staking in case something happens. I forgot to do it with AMS so I'm guessing that I have lost all them coins I have staked.

Well, for me, 3 days the towing wasn't processed. It was obviously deliberate because of the revelations

Maybe if you use the correct channels for support you'll get your issues resolved in a timely manner then just posting on here. The team don't spend their time on here waiting for support questions so use the support on the site or join their Discord server and get a quick reply instead of posting in here over and over again. By the way, I have been betting for over 15 years now and I have had several books cancel my bets or readjust odds after a bet has been placed so its not just AceDBets so before accusing AceDBets of fraud maybe you should understand how this works as all books do this if the odds were wrong and people like you try to take advantage of the situation even when you know the odds were wrong.
1088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 15, 2020, 11:20:36 PM
Australia has done a great job at keeping the corona virus under control so far however winter is coming soon which could cause the virus to spike but as the country is in lock down it should help steam the cases in winter. Why I say this is because it could be a good sign that the T20 world cup will go ahead as planned if Australia can keep the virus under control.
1089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could Ripple’s XRP could reach $1 in 2020 ? on: April 15, 2020, 11:17:16 PM
Like most here, I don't see XRP reaching $1 this year however I do believe we will see $1 maybe next year which is why I have started to stack as much XRP as I can ready for when XRP takes off. Some people are saying that XRP could reach crazy prices however I think realistically we could see $5 XRP in the near future and maybe $10 but that is just speculation and my opinion.

What do others here think about XRP reaching $5 - $10 in the near future?
Currently the downtrend is still overwhelming the coin and a lot of bad news makes ripple not receive the trust of investors. I think it is difficult for this coin to reach $5 because this is a price far from reality and will only make you more frustrated if you choose to invest.

Now there are so many new options for you and it is best to find a better coin than ripple for a better profit.

I do agree with you on better coins to buy for better profit however I do think that XRP will be a good long term hold so I have been buying a little each week but not going crazy on buying it as I do like other coins/tokens better but I think we should all have a little XRP in our crypto portfolio.

I also think that this is done for safety

Yes it sure is as they have been hacked twice now so they really want to help protect their members with this automatic log out after 30 minutes. As I said once the exchange grows then we could see the option for members to have the time longer but at the members risk. I think its something the team can think about in the near future.

i hope because now is impossible to use, today i have login 9 time, add 9 time a captcha and 2fa, because market are very low volume and i don't see if my order is close or not. all exchange have login time 24 hour and don't have problem

It is a damned if you do, damned if you don't type of situation. The problem with relaxing some of the safety features is that it has a more of a damaging impact over all than you having to log in 9 times a day. Also, if they take it away, the second anyone is hacked or scammed, the site will be blamed for not having security features.

keep calm man, relax.
can you explain me why if extend a login time cause hacked? because all exchange have a 24 or more hour of login/logout and nobody hack for this.
is very easy, can add option of how many hour you can stay login, i have more coin in stakecube and i need stay logged more time
i think this is only a bug of stakecube, because another day i stay logged for 18 hour, today logout every 30 minutes

Like I said the team will most likely add that option in the near future as the exchange grows but right now StakeCube is mainly used for staking coins and shared masternode service. They are protecting their users by having this feature, remember this isn't just an exchange like other exchanges as the main service is the ones I mentioned and the exchange comes second for now.

Today the ROI of MID masternode is 99% , i received 1 stake every 18 hours, in this mode i lose my money, because if i  received under of 100% , the coin i have burn is 500.000 and i received less.
when i have start masternode you guardanted a roi of 112% ( if i remember good) , after you open unlimited node and now the old masternode  receved less coin. Why? you don't have think  this?

When did you start your MID node?

I asked this because in June almost all masternodes running on the network will mature and drop off so the ROI percentage will increase and will make up for the days like today. So in fact you shouldn't lose anything over the long term running your node.
1093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What matters to grow the price of an Altcoin on: April 11, 2020, 11:59:12 PM
We all know cryptocurrency. We Buying and selling different types of altcoins in different exchanges. Many of altcoins have the same features, total supply, blockchain, even number of decimals, But in their prices, there is a huge difference. So, there is one question that appears at this point that "What matters to grow the price of an Altcoin ?". Is it makes a high price by listing on many different exchanges or the team works behind that altcoin/project? Or something else. This is a big question which all of us want to know.

Use case. Only coins that will be used will have some value. All 1000000 the rest will be worth close to nothing. You have to monitor number of transactions and know what are those transactions for. With transparent ledger crypto currencies you should also look at the value that was transacted.

I agree, I think having a use case will help the price to grow and be stable over a long period of time. The community of a coin also helps grow the price over the long term and that the team running the coin are active and transparent and are active working on developments.

I think we are heading towards another great depression but this time around its going to be a lot worse as there is a lot of currency being printed around the world and there is no doubt that we will see inflation and even hyper inflation. The scary thing is that the world could go into the dark ages but I'm hoping that it doesn't go that far but it is a possibility. I'm thinking that it could happen in 2022 so I think we still have time to prepare for when this comes, gold and silver seems to be the best way to go and also stock pile food and also have some Bitcoin stored on a hardware wallet just in case.

Guys, tell me who plays multiply btc, how many times in a row can a number fall, for example, more than 50 based on your experience?
By "a number fall", do you mean lose or stays at a low range?
For example, I bet 1 satoshi on <50, then how many times can there be winning numbers >50? I bet <50 and after each loss, I doubled the bet, a total of 11 times the winning numbers were >50 and I lost most of my funds
Few days back I have one of my few unluckiest day in life as I lost 23 rolls in a row and all my balance on freebitco without any serious recovery option so my worst number is 23 which start from 1000 satoshies and then end 0.0012 my last bet and win never arrive on this balance.
23 throws in a row is a lot, I did not expect that there could be so many. Probability theory does not seem to work in this case. I think there is no scheme thanks to which one could constantly win. You just need to play and have fun, and earn elsewhere
This give me good lesson so now I am going to leave this dice and trying to solve my gambling addiction during this locked down because its hurting very badly on many different sites better try to spend time on some other good things instead of this shit dice because its really frustrating and worst for me.

Well I just had a loss of 21 times in a row as I was trying to earn more golden tickets. This can happen and that's why its called gambling, I knew the risk when playing so I'm okay with losing but it can hurt even though its only around $150 dollars worth lost. Now its time to use the reward points bonus to build up my sats again.

Roland Garros will take place from 20th september to 4th october 2020, it's official now and confirmed by the ATP.

That is interesting as France has some of the highest cases in the world right now, I know it will most likely slow down by then but with Wimbledon being cancelled I am surprised to see that the ATP have said that the French Open will be played this year. Don't get me wrong, I hope it does go ahead but I do have doubts as Europe has the highest cases in the world and it doesn't look like slowing down right now.
Yes you're right but french open could be held without public or with only a quarter or a fifth of the audience. I don't think it would be a big deal to have less public in the stands.

Well football was being played with no crowds before it was called off so it can be done but I just can't see it happening. I was thinking that in-door tennis courts could work with no crowds but again I'm just not sure if that will happen. Time will tell if we see the French Open go ahead but I have my doubts right now.

Quote
Yes, this is very interesting indeed, I just mentioned that Switzerland could be a good candidate to continue, pushing Roland Garros in France which is one of the highest case of the Covid-19 sounds very scary specially for fans. I don't know why they decided to continue despite the risk of the pandemic. Still five months from know and maybe they are thinking way ahead here. That in five months time this whole health crisis will be over by I doubt it.

All we see is governments talking but I can't see it happening as the cases continue to grow in Europe and now in Sweden the cases have exploded and still there isn't control over this virus so it can still spread so I think its going to take at least another 6-12 months before we go back to semi normal. It could take years before we return to normal living. I know we all want to see sports being played again but I do think that maybe we just have to accept the fact that we might not see any tennis or sports again this year unless something drastic changes the current situation.
1098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] STREAMIT COIN - TWITCH & YOUTUBE STREAMERS PLATFORM on: April 10, 2020, 11:30:34 PM
Yeah the only reason why the price has increased is because you are buying coins lol What a joke!

Why don't the team just concentrate on working on products instead of worrying about the price and getting the coin listed on exchanges???

Why was there a massive dump? Where are all the fan boys now talking about earning thousands of dollars each month?
I have not been monitoring this project for a long time and am very surprised to see that the price is now only 0.01 $, really a strange time when this project focuses on exchanges compared to their products. And I don't see the progress of their development to what extent.

This is what I have been saying for months now, where is their developments and products? They only worry about getting the coin listed on exchanges and now I have another question for the thread starter and that is what are the team going to do with all the coins they are buying to make out that the coin is going up when in fact its just the team buying their own coin. Where will these coins end up?
1099  Economy / Gambling / Re: AceDBets.io Multi Crypto SportsBook[Fast][Interactive][QuickDeposit/Withdrawls] on: April 10, 2020, 11:27:05 PM
Yes, ACED is a cryptocurtency with its own blockchain. It is very, very fast to transact with. I've found the easiest way to get someone to understand how amazing crypto works is when I send them some ACED and they see it arrive within seconds.
Wait, has the own blockchain meant that it's mineable? If true, this is a great gambling service that has coins that cover all the crypto-space functions.

Yes its a great way to earn some AceD by staking or by running a masternode and then using the rewards we earn from staking or MN's for placing bets. That is what I was doing before the corona virus put a halt on sports around the world. While we wait I am stacking as much AceD as I can by running my nodes and staking ready for when sports return and then I'll be using my rewards for betting.
