241  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market to ath again on: February 18, 2018, 10:28:15 PM
It is stagnant for about a day now. This just means it is accumulating strength to push the price further up. We may not reach a new ATH anytime soon. But I guess anywhere between 13 and 15 K is reachable short term.
242  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Yobit - Crypto-exchange | Experience and imho on: February 18, 2018, 04:14:47 PM
I'll stay away from yobit as much as possible. It is good until you experience some problems. If your coin got stuck or something, there is no one to help you. Support take ages before it gets resolve.

And the UI is so crowded that it slows down the site. It is hard to use if you are using mobile.
243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Wallet Suggestions? on: February 18, 2018, 03:19:12 PM
I use online wallet for the coins I trade because I need it to be always available when I need to move or trade them. It depends on the alt, some mobile app wallets, others just web wallet.

But for some coins that I hold, I have a dedicated laptop for it. I install the wallet, put the coins, then take the laptop offline. Can't afford hardware wallet yet like trezor.

But I think the safest wallet right now are hardware wallets.
244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Reignite your passion on Trading? on: February 18, 2018, 01:10:36 PM
I move on from my mistakes and learn from it. There is no such thing as perfect,so you will always miss some opportunity or lose some money in trading. But that does not stop me from making trades, because if I stop, then the money will be stagnant. I hate that most. That keeps me moving, improving my game and keep on trading.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing In Top Coins or The Others on: February 18, 2018, 06:41:57 AM
This depends on the risk tolerance of the person investing. Top cryptocurrency have lower risks than those who are just starting up. So if you want to have lower risk but sure profit, then go for the top coins. If you want for bigger rewards, go to those ICO tokens who have low initial price. Those have chance for x10 or x100 but can also go the other way.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC of bounty hunters on: February 17, 2018, 05:06:22 PM
Bounty programs are asking bounty hunters to do KYC before they are paid for work done . What do you think of this development.

Whether we like it or not, we are still holders of coins. So, if the jurisdiction of the company where it operates require that all holder, investors and bounty hunters alike, to make KYC, we have no choice. Otherwise, we will not be paid. I do not think all campaigns require KYC, mostly those who are based in the USA requires them.
247  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is technical analysis useful? on: February 17, 2018, 03:44:02 PM
Technical analysis helps but should not be the only basis of your decision in trading. Signals helps a lot in identifying the current trend or the direction the price is going to.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: February 17, 2018, 02:14:54 PM
Both coins are good for me, investment and trade wise. Both of them have good reputation and have a good price appreciation recently. Bitcoin is slowly recovering and  might be on its way to a new ATH, it is a good sign to invest on it. ETH is way cheaper now so you can buy more ETH and it is also in an uptrend, so it is a good choice as well. You can never go wrong both of these coins.
249  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Hit $20K in few weeks time? on: February 17, 2018, 01:12:13 PM
Do we expect Bitcoin to have a big comeback after its downfall on January and early Feb?
Coz many expected it Will hit $20K when New Year was coming last year, but as we witnessed, it disappointed many hodlers and unestors with its unfaithful fall, but now we see this bouncing back, and hopefully it Will continue to do so.

I like it to reach that price but I am leaning on a slow and steady increase in price. It is better for bitcoin to have a stable price. If it goes haywire again and soar to that price, it is inevitable that the price will suddenly fall again. And that will drive people away rather than making the community bigger.
250  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC Exchange on: February 17, 2018, 01:24:07 AM
Has anyone else sent ever Ethereum to wrong coin wallet by mistake?
I did that and since December i have opened tones of tickets which do unanswered.
About 3 weeks ago they asked me for txn which i sent and i told they would urgently help me recover my 300$ Ethereum sent to EBTC wallet instead of the Ether wallet address in the exchange

Isn't there a warning that you should check that you are sending the right token to the right address. Luckily eBTC is an ERC20 token which means it have ETH address and recoverable.

You should be careful next time, if it happens to another blockchain, it might not be recoverable.

But honestly, HitBTC have one of the worse customer service there is. I'll avoid that exchange if I have a choice.
251  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: buy fast and sell fast on: February 17, 2018, 01:17:16 AM
If in trading apply fast trading strategy,
What obstacles are constraints
and weaknesses?

Do you mean scalping the market for quick profit?

You need to have large amount of principal in order to take advantage of this strategy. So that even a hundred sats change in price of a coin will generate you great profit and to cover for the fees. This is mostly done in a very short interval so full attention is required also. I think this is profitable on your lucky day but can also be depressing if the trend goes against your position.
252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learnings from crash on: February 16, 2018, 04:02:51 PM
Always verify the cause of the crash, weather it is manipulation or correction. Through this, you can come up with the plan when to put more into your investment or pull your money out. I gain some profits even when the market was falling because of this.
253  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice for those who are in a minus and a loss. DON'T SELL! on: February 16, 2018, 03:46:29 PM
This is true unless you are investing in a shitcoin. So it is still profitable long term to put your money on trusted brands, those that have weathered the storm. Those cryptos will overcome the bear trends and will come on top after the storm.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a fake coin? on: February 11, 2018, 03:19:13 PM
YOu cannot fake a cryptocurrency because everything is hashed. You cannot make up jumbled numbers and letters and expect it to be accepted in blockchain. SO, no fake coins. But there are lots of scam projects/ponzi/ico that only want to collect money and no real crypto project.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Back at RED :( on: February 11, 2018, 02:16:25 PM
Nothing we can do about it. If it dumps, it dumps. Take a break from trading and relax. You can still scalp the market if you want because there are still small pumps here and there. Or just hold, that can be a good thing to do as well.
256  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: More traders.... Good or not? on: February 11, 2018, 01:00:32 PM
If there are influx of newbie traders, the old traders will be very happy because there are lots of dumb money coming in. Seasoned traders will eat them alive. In a sense, it is good because there will be lots of movement, but it is just a pity if seasoned traders will feed on them.

So do not get in if you are not sure that you are prepared. And no matter what you do, you will lose some money, so be prepared for that as well.
257  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I handle crypto regret on: February 10, 2018, 11:54:56 PM
I just accept that I made a mistake, and move on. There is no point in dwelling on something that you cannot change. I accept the truth, learn from it, do better the next time. That is how you improve. If you keep regretting, you just lost time and focus, not very good in trading.
258  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC right now on: February 10, 2018, 10:48:27 PM
What is your take on BTC as of right now? Are you buying, selling or waiting?
If you are waiting, which price are you waiting for?

I am waiting for BTC to break 9,5k or to go through 7,5k. If it goes through 7,5k I'll wait to see where it ends. Above 9,5k I am in.

Actually, at 9.5K I am already selling. I buy bitcoin when it is falling like when it went down 7K then sell when there is a temporary price increase. I have bitcoin that is hold for long term, and bitcoin that I buy and sell to take advantage of price fluctuation. And right now, 9.5 is already a resistance. So if the price reach 9k, I am ready to sell.
259  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: ETH or LTC ? on: February 10, 2018, 10:24:28 PM
Hello dear investors,

There is a small amount of money on my bank account. Would it make more sense to add LTC to your portfolio with this money if it makes more sense to add ETH? I am open to opinions, comments and recommendations. If you make your recommendations along with the reasons, rejoice.

Lots of earnings.

ETH all the way. Technology aside, ETH has been continuously increasing since we entered this year due to the rise of the ICOs using ETH platform. This could continue and you could get a handsome profit because of that.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best 2-month investment on: February 09, 2018, 04:51:24 PM
Two months is a short term investment. Best look for good ICO that is about to finish. If you get lucky you will have a coin that will give you a few folds profit when it is released. But that can also go the otherway. Short term investment is very risky.

It is better if you go long term and choose the altcoins that is already on the top of the list. The prices today are relatively low so you have great opportunity.
