261  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: why btc cost more on korean exchanges? on: February 08, 2018, 07:33:05 PM
so why nobody cant sell btc there from our exchanges?

You can if you want to do arbitrage trading, as long as you have an account in an exchange there. Your only problem will be the transaction time. If  you get delayed too much, your target price might have changed before it can get there.

262  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't look at btc every five minutes on: February 04, 2018, 04:49:02 AM
This is a mistake a lot of us make. If you track btc every minute you are more prone to panic selling. Btc has a lot of ups and downs, if you are in it long term the short price has little meaning

It cannot be helped if you are active here in the forum. Every now and then, a post about the price of bitcoin will pop up and you will tempted to check the price of bitcoin. Discipline, self-control and focus on the goal is a better solution.
263  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to reach $13,000 in couple of days on: February 03, 2018, 10:27:05 PM
With Russia welcoming crypto miners, Montana opening bitcoin mining facility, Chinese firm launching crypto wallet, Many countries continuing
to invest after hacks and launching more exchanges, Korea allowing trading again and Venezuela investing $5billion on Petro, We are about to reach
higher and higher once again. Right now its expected we will go to $13000 in a couple of days.

That is a bold prediction especially now that bitcoin is having a hard time reaching back to 10K. There are many good news but there are also lots of FUD spreading around cancelling the effects of the good news. Actually I will be happy if we reach back to 10K level at the end of next week.
264  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading btc up or down? on: February 03, 2018, 09:51:15 PM
btc starts up again. does btc have stopped coming down? and will up will not stop or vice versa going down, what do you think?

We will see by next week if the bear trend has already end. It is still weekend and mostly the price of bitcoin gets bump up a bit during weekends and start to fall during weekdays. If it starts to fall on Monday, prepare for another bear week.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LHCoin on: February 03, 2018, 06:30:37 AM
Can you give us the website of LHCoin
I dont see more about this coin Smiley
https://lh-crypto.io/ - here is the website of the cryptocurrency.
I sold it after Bounty campaign immediately, but after a couple of days, the price increased by 4 times. Sad Sad

Where did you sold your LHC? Is it listed already in any exchange?

Bounty hunters of LHCrypto received LHBC tokens, so I doubt they will be dumping immediately, you sold too early.

I have a good feeling about this coin because it involves forex, hope it skyrockets in the future.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin going to hit 5000 USD ? on: February 02, 2018, 09:39:24 PM
Honestly no one can tell how low this bear trend can get. All we can do is hope it won't go lower than it already is. We can support the price by buying some bitcoin, this is a good price already anyway.

267  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did we just bottom out? on: February 02, 2018, 01:41:33 PM
It  is slowly recovering but I do not say we are out of the woods already. It has been this way the whole january, it will recover by weekend and fall on weekdays. It may recover a bit this weekend.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best competitors to Ethereum? on: February 01, 2018, 06:14:25 PM
As a blockchain, there are lots of altcoins that can compete with ethereum. As a platform for ICO, there are very few that I can think of. I think NEM will have a great year this year. It can surpass ETH in market cap this year if the ICOs on its platform succeed.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FB prohibits ICO advertisements !!! on: February 01, 2018, 05:42:17 PM
I hope this does not affect the bounty campaign, where you want to participate in Facebook. Managers of such companies should make changes to the conditions as soon as possible

Do not worry, this only affects paid ads by ICO companies but personal posts that promotes ICO is not affected. So I think, fb bounty campaigns will still continue.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bloody Markets on: January 31, 2018, 08:13:25 AM
most of cryptocurrency are red for now and down in USD terms,, especially bitcoin
at this moment bitcoin price down below 10K USD depends on coinmarketcap data

is this the best time to buy more bitcoin ?

When we entered 2018, almost every week the market goes down on the middle of the week. I am not surprised at all when the price of bitcoin and alts dropped again. I am sure this will recover during the weekend if the trend holds. This is a good time to buy for both short and long term investment.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much do you tend to invest in an ICO on: January 28, 2018, 11:58:35 PM
Most of the ICOs is very cheap especially on the early stages. I never invest more than 0.2 BTC in any ICO. Since they are cheap on early stages plus some bonus, my 0.2BTC can get me a lot of tokens already. It is important to get in early to get the cheapest price of the token. And of course, make sure that the project is worthy of investing otherwise you are just wasting your money.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MEW warns that this is a scam on: January 28, 2018, 11:37:11 PM
Every newbie should take note of this, you do not give your private keys to anyone, not to a program, not to a website, not even to a friend. You protect your private key, you protect your money.

If something needs your private key to get started on their program, it is quite sure that program will scam you.
273  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: January 28, 2018, 11:28:20 PM
Leaning by doing!!!

As you know that has risk. You have to find the solution to limit the risk.

And lose a lot of money. He should cover the basics at least before dipping his feet into the pool of trading. Even experience traders losses money sometimes, what more for a newbie. He should learn first, if he can get a couch, the better. Then slowly try trading with small amount. Increase the amount as he gets experience. That is the safest way I could think of.

But if he have a lot of money to burn, then go ahead.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH will take over before end of 2018 on: January 28, 2018, 11:18:55 PM
ETH have great potential but I do not think what OP said will happen this year. There is still lots of things that needed to be fixed in ETH. Currently, it have the same scaling problem bitcoin has as shown to us by cryptokitties. ICO is a good point but there is also emerging platform that caters ICO like waves and NEM, so ETH will have a good competition on that part. Maybe someday this will happen but saying it will happen this year is a stretch.
275  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to create and sell your own crypto on: January 28, 2018, 11:03:14 PM
There are good ICO out there that gather millions of dollars. Look at them and see how they conduct their business. It is not just selling their tokens, it is more on improving the product that the token supports. Sales will follow if you have a good project or product. What kind of product are your tokens gonna support anyway?
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: January 28, 2018, 10:53:03 PM
This is my greatest fear, getting my system compromised to hackers that is why i use different unit for all my financial transactions that includes banking and cryptocurrencies. That unit is strictly for crypto and banking, nothing else.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: click click thoughts on: January 28, 2018, 10:41:39 PM
It is only wrong if you are not gaining anything from it. But from what I see from your story, you made profit from what little money that you have by clicking. That is very productive in my point of view. It will only be waste if you lost your money clicking like when you click things on social medias, it is a total waste of time.
278  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this the Stable Btcoin Price? on: January 28, 2018, 10:28:13 PM
It is stable for now but we cannot tell when will it start to move again. And it has been a trend in bitcoin to be downtrend and then stable on beginning of the year. It will start to move up again before the end of the first quarter. Maybe it will follow this trend again this year.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: have airdrops been beneficial? on: January 28, 2018, 03:58:34 PM
Most airdrops recently is like doing bounty, like you have to like their page, follow their twitter then make post about them in social medias. For devs, I think doing an airdrop is a good exposure because of all the social media requirements. But then again, if the coin gets traction, those who got it for free are the ones who will be the first to dump their coins.

For those who receive airdrops, they lose nothing and everything to gain. If the coin won't get any value, then it is fine, they got it for free anyway. But if it  becomes valuable, then everything is gain or profit.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: does/will WAVES pose a threat to ETH? on: January 28, 2018, 02:58:10 PM
recently a lot of people have started investing in waves and have converted their coins into waves.
i havent done much research about waves, but i have recently seen some sites accepting waves as their payment.
so do you think it is going to compete with ETH for the no.2 spot soon?
or will ETH always be in a league of its own.

I am yet to see a successful ICO under waves but ETH have lots of them. And then NEM is also slowly coming into the picture. I think it will be a tough competition and waves will still take years before it can compete with ETH.
