1501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO forbidden in China? Will same thing eventually happen in all countries? on: September 06, 2017, 03:05:23 PM
kroken, japan had followed chinese goverment.

If anything, the process will be on and off like how the Chinese government was banning Btc then unbanning Btc.

Thats a possibility but before they  unbanned it, they should formulate a framework or regulations or something like a guideline before an ICO is out to the public. Tis is to minimize scams ICO and to protect the investors also.
1502  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When sell ETH for BTC? on: September 06, 2017, 02:56:19 PM
This is always the question we hear about in trading. When to sell, in this case an Eth. First be sure  you have a target price to sell the said token. If you do not have a target price, then it seems you do not know when. Of course your target Selling price is above the price when you bought it or sell it for a profit.
1503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Accepting cash during ICO? on: September 06, 2017, 02:48:42 PM
Not possible, no card/payment processing offer this service yet.

Cash yes, I found some ICO's accepting it but for card processing , you are correct, I did not not found any ICO accepting it. But mostly, all ICO's accepts cryptocurrency too.
1504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: September 06, 2017, 02:31:26 PM
Guys, is it possible to earn with ICO for project from "real life"? Most of ICO, which I see are launched for platform and services created to support cryptopeople while cryptocurrency exchange, or mining, or ICO to help others to launch ICOs. But me personally would rather invest into ICO with the product from "real life", like solar batteries, educational portals, etc. What should I pay attention to, while involving into such ICO? How to messaure its success for cryptocurrency investors, wiill I  earn from it?

You are correct here. Also, this is what I want because most project has no tangible project or existing business that is profitable. It must be put in their white paper how the group will profit with the existing project so that it will drive investors  to invest. Also, this is also become an assurance for investors too if they see that the project is viable.
1505  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which strategy is the safest investment? lending or holding btc. on: September 06, 2017, 02:21:33 PM

I simply like holding my coins for longer time. Lending somehow becomes immoral when you charge too high interest, like you are exploiting the borrower who is already not in good financial condition. The best method so far observed of making huge returns is holding bitcoins for long period.

I would hold also than lent it to someone whom I did not know. There are always risk involved in lending and sometimes  others do not want to pay. But if you hold it, no one knows you have bitcoin and when it appreciates in value, then you can sell it secretly also.
1506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Begginer here. Need a bit of help on: September 06, 2017, 02:11:25 PM
Ok that is some solid advice, I have changed my mind about going full in. I will search for some ICOs I'd like and put little amount into it, and keep the BTCs and ETHs. Thanks, it goes well, it's just a bit slow.

Thats good. Before you enter in another endeavor or investment, study first the system.Do your own research as most suggested here. Do not enter in something that you did not know, you might end losing more money.
1507  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and security on: September 06, 2017, 02:00:49 PM
Activate your 2FA and use a strong password. Try different kind of exchange and put the rest of your bitcoin in a hard wallet if you will not use it to trade. Though its kinda hard doing things back and forth but if this is the safest way then do it because as what they say "prevention is better than cure".
Keeping bitcoins in hard wallet is always choice of success. Whatever you want to secure, either you must remove it from internet or limit the access to it by keeping it offline. And better said here, activation of 2FA and using strong passwords are few preventions you must keep for better safety.

That's right.  Cryptocurrency on exchanges has risk also. They are prone to attacks and your account is at risk, in this way you can lose your crypto's. Activating 2fa or another layer of security is the right thing to do making it more secured.
1508  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need Advise on buying bitcoins on: September 06, 2017, 01:47:21 PM

I won't push anyone to buy bitcoins if he is not willing to do so but if he wants to increase his money then first I demand him to trust in bitcoins. Otherwise, all investments will be useless and there will be difficult times also.

I am still investing in bitcoins because I know if not tomorrow, maybe next week, next month or year, it is gonna return me huge profits and I can wait for that long happily... Smiley

I agree with you, now that bitcoin price is not stable. If you push him to buy and price went down, there a big possibility that he will blame you. Its better to establish first his trust on bitcoin so that whatever happens, he will not affected emotionally.
1509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: August 29, 2017, 12:40:13 PM
Bitcoin is more than money. It is virtual gold. It is a valuable commodity. It should be on the new channels when they run financial markets.

Yes it is a virtual currency and technically it is a cryptocurrency. It behaves like currency but most people consider it as an investment because it rises its value through time.
1510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we have a universal wallet? on: August 29, 2017, 11:46:39 AM
Do we have a universal wallet that we can use to any bitcoin and alcoins?
there is no one wallet which support bitcoin and all other altcoins.there are some wallets which you can use for bitcoin and some popular altcoin.if you use smartphone then download coinomi from play store or apple store which is safe and tested wallet.if you use windows then go for Exodus wallet.if supports some popular coins like dash, ethereum, litecoin and more.

Yes, There is none as of the moment. If ever there are hardware wallet that support only few coins. But, if there is a universal wallet, then its a good idea of having an all-in-one wallet.
1511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning enough with Bitcoin without Job ? on: August 29, 2017, 11:24:53 AM
I am earning around BTC0.04 from my signature campaign every month, and that works to around $170 at current price levels. And it is not possible to lead a comfortable life with this amount, even in the remote villages where the expenses are low. So I am fully dependent on my regular job to survive.

Thats good enough as an extra earning. You can use that extra income for any goods you want to buy beyond your budget. That right that you did not resigned from your regular job, its enough that you have an extra income, we know that this campaign is not forever, it has duration and once it stop, you have to apply for another one.
1512  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where will be the next bitcoin-like bubble? on: August 26, 2017, 12:53:26 PM
Bitcoin is not yet in the bubble! Though we have seeing significant growth based on your analysis. We expect in years to come to see bitcoin above $500,000. Some one has said on this forum that " when bitcoin is in the bubble we may see one satoshi to be equal one dollar" Remember op bitcoin has not gone mainstream yet, if we go mainstream we may see bitcoin been accepted in all the social media and online or offline stores.

That's a possibility. There are conflicting news about the bitcoin bubble but I do believe its not. If its a bubble, then it drop already but its not. It continues to grow which in my opinion it has a demand. These demand creates the price appreciation of this bitcoin as more people consider bitcoin as an asset rather than as a currency.
1513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The SegWit activation was a joke? on: August 26, 2017, 12:45:38 PM
Just be patient, we are in a transition state.  The activation is just a first step of numerous steps.  An initial process where the actual solution to the scaling will be implemented.  We can think of Segwit Activation being the foundation to enable other development to happen in Bitcoin System.  So we just need to bear with it for a meantime together with those people who are spamming the network.  They will get tired of it, I am sure.

Well we have to just wait and see, since it is still fresh and maybe most miners are still adjusting to it. Actually there are still reports of delayed transactions and slow confirmations. Let us just be patient, and possibly we see changes these days.
1514  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is another storm coming? on: August 26, 2017, 12:36:56 PM
We should not refer to price correction as storm as this will create panic in the  mind of amateur trader and most times the lose heavily because they don't know how this market work. I am certain there is going to be a little correction week to come and you should be sure that bitcoin is in bullish momentum right now.

Well its another FUDers news. There are news about this lighting activation this November and I think the say there will be another fork that will happen. I am a strong believer of bitcoin and this will not unfazed me.

Thats true bitcoin is still bullish right now.
1515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Estonia to Launch the World's First Government ICO on: August 24, 2017, 10:52:33 AM
Is there an official announcement from Estonian government about this? This is very good for them about tapping the cryptocurrency ICO's by utilizing this technology. A good way of getting  funds through ICO.
1516  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do we actually cash out of BTC? on: August 24, 2017, 10:44:27 AM

Bitcoins fame has getting more fame on philippines and we've got so many choices on how to cashout our money here and I've already see some store In davao city accepting btc as there payment option. And the best thing he can do is to open an Dollar account in his local banks so that he can easily transfer his btc balance on his own account without getting hassle on processing it.

Correct, and its very easy in Philippines to cash out bitcoins. There is even a free service (no charge) like the egivecash  where you can withdraw your money in ATM without an atm card or cardless. Also, free if you direct deposit your money to your bank account using coins.ph
1517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Red flags for me not to invest into ICO on: August 24, 2017, 10:26:43 AM
1) Does it solve a REAL problem/need
2) Is a token/blockchain, as applied, the best or at least novel solution to #1
3) Is this a new approach not already being serviced by another (well developed) coin or token
4) Is the team communicative and do they appear/have credentials that they can deliver #1
4a) IF the team is anonymous there MUST be a clear reason to do so (anonymity driven coins, etc...)
4b) Do team members have other project commitments past/current/future in crypto (use as a measuring stick)
5) Is the sale being conducted transparently, ideally with escrow if applicable (not through a smart contract)

If it passes 1-5 THEN it's worth EVALUATING deeply as a posdible investment.  Many, if not most, ICOs I fear will become vaporware and crash, likely devaluating the crypto-sphere as a whole over time due to so many people wanting to get rich quick.

Caveat Emptor

Agree. I value the active developer updating always the community or investor. Also I do check the people behind the project and the industry they belong. Also the projects application in real life solution is a must, I mean its uses to community.
1518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Digital Assets Management Platform on: August 24, 2017, 09:10:56 AM
Hold Icn or cry later when 1 Icn = 100$  2018
You can believe me or not but Icn has a lot of potencial grow !!!

I believe in you, actually this ICN is one of my favorite coin. They are quite stable now, but I can remember after the bounty release, several months later they pump ICN to its highest price. They have also good projects, thats why I am holding on this coin.
1519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First buy on: August 24, 2017, 08:59:12 AM
I think your investment portfolio is seem in safe range with the cryptocurrencies which has high capital of fund. Why not try to get rid of safe range by investing in new potential cryptos such as PPT, IXT, TRST... It can grow exponentially your invesment Smiley

I agree with TRST and youy may add MGO its a good project also and they are the first to have a highest ICO funding received during their offering.. ICN is quite stable also how about Humaniq or HMQ they have a good updates also.

Also to OP. Ants shares is now renamed as NEO.
1520  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: August 24, 2017, 08:51:30 AM

I would say that its a good sign for the development of bitcoin because they are reducing the payouts because they know that the price of bitcoin is going to increase and their clients will be benefited more than them ,so they reduced the price. So as far as bitcoin's future is of concern, then one thing you need to know is that it is going to survive in this world for at least a decade and you can surely believe that!
Right. Decreasing payments is actually normal and necessary for these campaigns to remain. And i don't have anything against it. Some campaigs adjust their rates with the movement of bitcoin price. I myself have seen my payout decreased in this campain though i undestand that it is needed and irs better than having a good paying campaign closed

I experienced that too that my payout was reduced but its okay. nI understand it, i do even joined a campaign that totally failed or halted that i did not get my pay. We can understand this as long as the team explain honestly about the project. We are great full of this campaign that we have an online earnings.
