XAU just reached 3 BTC, any insights on that?
I also like to understand this increase absurdity of XAU being that the majority was replaced by XAUR during the RICO It makes it rare  . 3 BTC for 1 XAU means 3/8000 = 0.000375 BTC per XAUR. Unless all XAUR's holders refuse to sell their XAURs because they think it will be at more than 0.000375 BTC when XAUR hits exchanges, this really doesn't make any sens to me ... |

Regarding the signature campaign, is there a minimum post demand? meaning does the bounty depends on the number of post one issues since registration?
Here are the rules: http://decent.ch/decent-ico-bounties-update-rules/Basically you get a stake (proportionally to your membership level) for just putting a signature in your profile. Another stake for having it there each week during the Bounty campaign. You can earn more stakes for posting: 20 mandatory posts, then a stake for each 30 posts with the signature. I was wondering if it was possible to add the DECENT signature to one's existing signature and participate in the signature campaign. For News Letter/Facebook/Twitter campaigns, I understand that subscribing/liking/following is enough and that the user will be contacted by the team once the campaign is over. Is that right? Thank you. |

I can do Hindi translation for Indian altcoin board if the translation bounty is still their , as soon as i get the confirmation i will start the work.
A Hindi translation has already been done by someone, here it is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1579009. I think it was mistakenly removed from the ANN or maybe there was a reason .... Just wanted to point out that Indian Hindi is the translation of the ANN, whereas Indian is the translation of the PRE-ANN and that both are in the same language which is Hindi. Maybe there should be a separate section for the PRE-ANN translations? I'll fix that now Thanks antshares, you seem to have removed both ... Yep... I remember previously someone told me that it is terribly translated by Google translation. So I just remove it for now. Thanks! Good to know, I'll be removing the link from my translation as well. |

Personnellement j'ai téléchargé le portefeuille ethereum et toute la blockchain. je vais arriver à 24 h de téléchargement là... sur mac. Un peu lourd, et je suis à 1.4 millions/2 millions de block hmmm... Oui ça prend du temps et ça occupe pas mal d'espace disque, plus d'une trentaine de Gigas il me semble, et ça va continuer à augmenter. ça vaut peut-être pas la peine au final pour toi de télécharger tout ça ... |

Sorry for asking to many questions but this is my first time investing in any ico
Normally, when you click on Antshares ICO, let's do it, you get a private key, then an Antshares address, and finally upon accepting terms and conditions you get a BTC address, this is your address for investement i.e. the address to which you should send BTC you want to invest. Keeping the private key is enough to retreive the ANS and the BTC addresses. Anyway, I think it's better to save the private key and both addresses ... Don't be sorry for asking  . Are there any exchanges trading Xaur? C-CEX has XAR before the split. And is there a timeline for restarting minting and mining now that the RICO is over? Sorry if these questions have been answered elsewhere.
No exchanges yet for XAUR, they contacted some and are waiting for them to reply. They said mining (the Goldmine) will be opened once XAUR is listed on exchanges: We'd like to thank Xaurum community, we really appreciate your support and thank you for all your help.

Antshares uses Joint mode for bookkeeping. Joint mode is advantageous over consistency and finality, it requires nodes to authenticate themselves to achieve a weak trust from other nodes.
I am having a bit of trouble understanding this section. I know what bookkeeping is, but what is "Certainty Bookkeeping without Forks" ? What is "joint mode" ? What does "Joint mode is advantageous over consistency and finality" mean? Does it mean joint mode enables consistency and finality? Or does it mean joint mode is better than consistency and finality? Also "it requires nodes to authenticate themselves to achieve a weak trust from other nodes", why would nodes athenticating themselves achieve WEAK trust? Wouldn't it on the contrary provide trust? I would really appreciate some explanation about that. Thank you. “Certainty Bookkeeping w/o forks” means you know a transaction is valid as soon as there is one confirmation, as opposite to bitcoin's 6 confirmation. "Confirmed" is a probability expression under bitcoin, any transaction can be removed from the blockchain as long as there is a alternative history with more hashing power. Joint mode means every block is validated by multiple parties, unlike a single node as in PoW/PoS/DPoS. You are right, joint mode enables finality with one confirmation. "it requires nodes to authenticate themselves to achieve a weak trust from other nodes", authenticate here means approving it's own identity. Revealing one's real identity is a more economical way to get "trust" comparing to demonstrate(waste) hashing power. Although PoW is more suitable if anti-censorship is the prioritized design goal. GREAT, I DID IT!
Am I the only one, who succesfully withdraw XAUR balance to Ether account?
Well, I can confirm, that transaction was OK, I can see Xaurum tokens in my wallet. But I can report a delay, at least 20 minuts passed between administrator confirmation on Dashboard and actual balance change on the account.
You surely are not the only one  , I think users from the signature thread and the RICO thread reported they got their XAURs either on the Ethereum Mist wallet or on myetherwallet.com . |
