And I guess its pretty ironical that I myself wearing a sig am complaining about signature spam, I will be dropping this as this week ends, feel free to quote/archive this post.
It's not ironic, unless you were spamming with the signature. Even hilariousandco is wearing the PrimeDice signature and he's one of the most active spam-hunters on the forum. mexxer was pumping out something around 40-50 posts a day when bit-x had no limits on posts, so i guess you could say its ironic / hypocritical. But high post counts per day != spam. Take a look at Quickseller for example, he posts a huge amount of posts per day and seems to be one of the most knowledgeable people on the forums. His posts definitely aren't considered spam.

I believe I have a list of some bad spammers as well. I'll try and post it later today for others to add to their ignore list / staff to ban.

So if I have a s7 running off a bedroom power outlet am I capping the circuit? I don't think the bedroom has its own circuit on the breaker box
Usually a bedroom has it's own circuit. As long as you are not drawing more than 1500watts total in the room, you should be fine. Yeah all my lights are LED, only other thing is power ine Ethernet adapter PoE can use only ~ 40W max IIRC, so you should still be well below the max of a 15A 120V circuit ( 1800W ).

It does.
The S7s make some real noise when the internet goes down, not sure where it comes from but it definitely does it..
I have two now .. both of them beeps like a hell ..so it does Sorry about that guys, my bad. I didn't realize it had a speaker on it (but then again, I've never had the internet go down with mine so I've never heard the buzzer).

Hi, does anybody knows how to stop beep sound when connection to net is down? I cannot find any controler of "beep sound" like S4 had. Thanks for any advice.
I don't think the S7's have a speaker to notify you when the internet connection goes down. I may be wrong but I though that's how they designed them.

Hi all, I'm looking to purchase a copy of Mario Party 8 for ~ $25 USD shipped to Canada.
Let me know if you have a copy you're willing to part with and your price shipped to me in Saskatchewan, Canada. I'm open to escrow, but if you feel that escrow is necessary I request that you pay all escrow fees. If you'd rather not use an escrow, I request that you send the game to me, and then I pay you on arrival and confirmation that the game is in good shape and works.
If you have any questions or have a copy to sell, either shoot me a PM or post below and I'll get back to you.
Copy found!

...Most probably because of the fact that cooldgamer is on DT level 2...
cooldgamer isn't on DT and hasn't been on DT for the better part of a year now..

Tagged, thanks for the heads up!

Left him a negative trust, thanks for reporting the impostor!

I was only a hero and got one The guy with the highest trust rating around and who is highly active in the goods section gets a custom signature deal? What a surprise! No, I believe he got a free SP20 as well being only a Hero member.

I am patiently waiting also Monbux got it right at the minimum. I was pretty lucky as well, I turned Legendary one activity period or so after the minimum.

If anyone was following the problems I was having with my S7 a few pages back, I fixed the problem with a new PSU. The LEPA unit was indeed faulty (11.5V on the 12V) and instead I purchased an EVGA G2 1300W unit. So far so good, the unit is hashing at about 4.55 TH/s, but I'll try rebooting it in a moment to see if that ups the hashrate to the 4.8 TH/s range.

While you are shopping, you might try down-clocking to see if that allows it better tolerate the PSU voltage issue.
Good call, thanks for the advice! I'll try that a little later to see how it goes. Bitmain psu is good and $155 one year warranty. I use corsair rm1000 1000 watt gold psu's in pairs they are 5 year warranty.
I would definitely get the Bitmain PSU, but I don't have any 240V circuits where I have the miner located which is a real bummer.

Well I figured out why my S7 is hashing so sporadically, looks like the PSU is indeed the issue. It's reading at about 11.5 - 11.6 V on the 12V, which is too low for the S7 as mentioned before. Time to go PSU shopping!

What PSU are you running with? S7 needs a solid 12V, ideally 12.2V when under full load. If you have a multimeter check the voltage actually getting to the PCIE sockets.
Rich
I'm running a LEPA 1600W unit. Can't check the voltage right now but I'll check to see in the next day or so if it's getting at least a solid 12V. Just checked it after four hours of running, turns out is started at about 4.3 TH/s, and ended up at around 1.3 TH/s before I rebooted it. I'm really going to have to figure this out, seems like a serious issue.

Yeah it looks like your signature is way too tall for the signature space area. Try reducing the height and it should fit.

I've been having issues with my review copy S7 the last day or so, with it not getting even close to the advertised 4.86 TH/s.
I've tried the following:
-reset the miner to factory settings -physically turn off the miner and turn it on again -restart it in the software (tried this about 7 times) -downclock it to 575 MHz as well as 593 MHz
I'm getting fairly high HW error rates (at 593MHz I was getting 2% HW error rates, about 0.2% @ 575MHz) and low hashrates (between 2TH/s and 4TH/s) - I was reading through this thread a week or two ago and noticed others had similar issues, did anyone ever find a fix for these problems?
