Never in my life have I seen the vote counting suddenly stopped in the middle of it, then all of sudden, all of the Trump leads in the remaining states started diminishing at a rapid pace. That seems very fishy to me.

Why is the US election vote going so slowly?
Because of the covid-19 most people voted by mail. Some states have laws allowing them to count those votes in advance, other states have rules to start count them only after election ends. I guess opening those mail takes much more time than counting the regular ballots. Because the Democrats have to forge enough ballots to win. |

This doesn't sound so bad, given how close Georgia is turning out to be. But they did significantly overestimate Biden's chances in some other places. Wisconsin is way closer than predicted for example. In other news... In any case, tree planting is needed in New York, because in NY, namely in Manhattan, there is very little vegetation on the city streets, which spoils the impression of the city. ... because some punch cards or whatever got "scrambled", as the article in your OP explains. It's very unlikely that software just incorrectly counted the votes or that this would be a widespread issue. But if you want to waste your tax dollars on a recount - I won't stand in your way  Ok. I'll donate to help that recount. |
