the meat only eating dogman will ...

Dogman is somewhat omnivorous.  Catman is an obligate carnivore.

how is an african witch supposed to breed with a cat? whn then its a lion tiger or a leopard, but cats are not sexually obsessed with human females as dogs are,

so it will be dogman, like in ancient egypt

Does it get a standard dog leash?

....First of all, the report data ends at the end of May. It doesn't take into account anything that happened in June or July. Second of all, it only takes into account "terrorist attacks and plots by perpetrator organization" -- not ALL "left wing violence." ....
Redefining the terms to arrive at a pre determined conclusion is just more of the same propaganda.

But hey, I'll grant you that his report by chance could have been completed and posted in the standard dis-information channels four microseconds before the Antifa violence and destruction commenced. However by now, given what we've all experienced, CSIS should have updated it to align with reality. They have not.

Hence, they are not even in the real world with their report and it truly does not merit rebuttal with research. You're well past historical Pravda level of disinformation here...

Because there's absolutely no reason to go further. If the article contains patent nonsense, the discussion can stop right there. And I posted one of many such examples. The article raises the specter of far right violence, but every day, every one is seeing far left violence.

The problem here isn't mine. It's yours. I didn't make or contribute to the crazy far left violence being orchestrated and played out; I'm only commenting on it. And if your article is in fantasy-land, so be it. It is what it is.

Just one more example and I'm through, because there's really nothing to argue here. The article claims to survey incidents through May 2020. In 2020 it shows no incidents of left wing terrorism in a summary chart. Last I heard, there were 1800 policemen injured in the mayhem on the streets in the last several months of nonsense.

Again, you provided no qualitative counterargument and just dismissed a well-researched report as "patent nonsense" because you don't like what it had to say. Instead you basically blamed me for "crazy far left violence", LOL. You want to change longstanding definitions of terms and replace real data with what you "last heard", so that way you don't have to adjust anything about your mindset.  This is very lazy maneuvering.

I can't have blamed you for "crazy for left violence" because according to your article, there is none.

Please be consistent. Either explain why they consider there to have been no left wing violence in 2020, contrary to everything the media is showing up, simply contrary to the facts.

Or continue to believe your article, in which case there is no violence that you might be accused of.

Repeating. "The problem here isn't mine, it's yours."
884  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Stefan Molyneux Youtube Account and 2k Reddit Subs Terminated Today.. on: July 24, 2020, 02:57:29 AM
I think companies like Youtube and reddit and so on will just end up shooting themselves in the foot with these bannings as people will just flock to other competitor sites so all this is doing is bolstering them.

People say this but don't realize the type of monopoly that large social media companies have. Facebook and Twitter are the top two social media sites and there isn't a single other platform that's going to get close. Instagram maybe, but that isn't used often in political discourse, and it's owned by Facebook regardless so the policies are going to be identical. People can flock over where ever they want, their voices aren't going to be heard.

I realize it, but people trickling away can grow into a ravenous ravine gushing users away eventually, especially when more and more users are being censored and even banned which forces them to go elsewhere. These big companies can lose their dominance also. Remember myspace???....

Future operating systems likely will obsolesce the very ideal of a "portal" into a social network.

Remember AOL? Protegy? Compuserve?

I would say 'they' are doing actions much more similar to the first patriots in the 1750-60s:  Stealing, destroying property, knocking down monuments, inciting riots, etc.

If they start trying to kill as many innocent people as possible or uploading videos of people being beheaded we can put them in the same group as isis.

ISIS style is not the only form of terrorism. For example, there were numerous eco-terrorist groups in the USA in the 1980s and later.

Go ahead and defend them. They are remarkably similar to the Nazi brownshirts, or the instigators of riots who infiltrated "student protest" in the takeover of China by Mao.

We see them for exactly what they are, and your protection of them for exactly what it is.

besides here another proof,

according to judaism, jawhe the jewish monoteistic god put humans (jews) above all animals.

Sounds a lot more like a Kabbalahistic theme, and that is relatively recent in the evolution of Judaism.  Committed to paper a millennium after even the relatively recent existence if Jesus Christ.  Written by people who claim to be channeling ancient wisdom, but of course just about everyone who writes such tripe makes the same claim.  To be sure, the basic ethnic surpreamacist sentiment has been kicking around in Judaism (and nearly every other religion) forever.  It seems to be one of the things which pissed Jesus off so much about the Pharisee.

The statement with it's parentheses captures the foundational idea among many Jews that Jews are separate and above other humans (aka, 'goyim' or 'nations'), and in some sects it is taken to indicate a difference so profound as to warrant consideration as a separate species.  An example sect would be the Chabad-Lubavitch (Jared and Ivanka/Yael Kushner.)  This tenant is used to justify enslavement of non-Jews by Jews which is the state that is to exist in their 'end-times'.

The Christian bible says something to the effect that 'the violent among you will attempt to establish the vision but they will fail.'  I hope to God that the Christians are right about this.

Look, I got first dibs on butt kicking the first half dog half human thing that comes down the street. You'll have to get in line.

I'm bored with it all. I've got to wear my Darth Vader sanding and metal grinding mask to the cafe tomorrow. No way am I going to pay a couple of pounds for a tatty cloth monkey face mask.

Interesting idea. Welding helmets, anyone?

The problem with your reference is that it reads like, and is in fact, a cookbook answer provided to you and others to rebut anti-Antifa arguments, such as you are here doing it it.

That doesn't make it sensible, logical, true, or useful. It could be a pack of lies. In fact, that is the way it looks to me. For example, check this out -

"One of the most concerning is the 2020 U.S. presidential election, before and after which extremists may resort to violence, depending on the outcome of the election. Far-right and far-left networks have used violence against each other at protests, raising the possibility of escalating violence during the election period."

So after 59 days (I think) of left wing anarchist violence in multiple locations we should stop everything and start worrying about right wing violence.

Really?

You didn't actually rebut anything put forth in the report. It just wasn't immediately what you wanted to hear, so you dismissed it on a source-level. T...

To my knowledge the most recent one term Presidents of the USA were Jimmy Carter and George H W Bush because both lost their second elections and did not get re-elected.

Historically each president gets 2 terms but personally i do not like Trump much but there are high chances he will be elected again and we have to live with it.

After a really dismal 1st term, Carter ran against an extremely strong candidate, Ronald Reagan, and lost.

After a lukewarm 1st term, Bush Sr. ran against an extremely strong candidate, Bill Clinton, and lost.

Now after a very strong 1st term, Trump seems to be running against the weakest US presidential opponent, EVER.

At least they haven't sold your burner, yet. lol.

891  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 'Trump Designates Antifa "A Terrorist Organization"' on: July 23, 2020, 02:17:16 PM
So it's more of a technical/judicial issue, but you agree that they are doing actions similar to terrorist groups.

I would say its actually more of a "Trump rallying his base" issue and like most proclamations Trump has ever made, nothing will become of it.

If you want my opinion: Antifa isn't helping themselves by defacing and damaging property, throwing things at cops or lighting things on fire. And of course I think that's bad, if it really needs to be said. Certainly innocent people/businesses are getting caught up in their antics and they are discrediting their own movement.

I'd say its a little extreme to call them "terrorists" -- if they were conducting bombings, assassinations or kidnappings, then I would be more likely to agree with the label. One guy swinging a hammer at a federal agent isn't enough to sway my opinion.

As a whole, right wing extremists continue to kill more Americans each year than every other type of extremist group - foreign or domestic - combined. Yet for some reason there's not a single mention of them here in this thread (other than by me).

https://www.csis.org/analysis/escalating-terrorism-problem-united-states
Quote
First, far-right terrorism has significantly outpaced terrorism from other types of perpetrators, including from far-left networks and individuals inspired by the Islamic State and al-Qaeda. Right-wing attacks and plots account for the majority of all terrorist incidents in the United States since 1994, and the total number of right-wing attacks and plots has grown significantly during the past six years. Right-wing extremists perpetrated two thirds of the attacks and plots in the United States in 2019 and over 90 percent between January 1 and May 8, 2020.

BTW, incels are responsible for more deaths in just 1 attack than all Antifa "attacks" combined, ever. They should probably be designated a terrorist organization as well.

The problem with your reference is that it reads like, and is in fact, a cookbook answer provided to you and others to rebut anti-Antifa arguments, such as you are here doing it it.

Exact reason why Antifa was declared a terrorist organization.

Uh, except that didn't happen. Antifa has never been "declared a terrorist organization."

Trump can declare Antifa a terrorist organization like I can declare rare-cooked steak to be gross. Both have zero impact on any sort of legality or standing of anything. This whole thread is based on a non-event, but why let that get in the way of righteous reinforcement of manufactured indignation.

but that would be considered racist in ancient egypt that thing would run around with a BLM banner

a dogs head could have the advantages of an animal as it could hear like a dog and smell like a dog, but thats not decided.

ancient egyptians where sodomists they fucked with animals and they looked like animals

What?

Cool

Now let's take a look at the police shootings. Contrary to the myths, every year more number of whites are shot dead by the cops, when compared to the blacks.

The chart undermines your argument, surely?

African-Americans make up 13% of the population.
African-Americans make up 23% of fatal police shootings.
Therefore African-Americans are disproportionately likely to get fatally shot.

No, the chart does not undermine Bryant's argument, unless you would argue by omission.

One catastrophic condition in the lives of many African Americans today is the horrendously high murder rate that they experience. While, according to the U.S. Census (U.S. Census Quick Facts), African Americans made up 12.6% of the U.S. population in 2010, and  13.3% in 2015, they, according to the FBI were in 2013 victims of 45% of the murders, in 2018 victims of 52.4% of the murders in the U.S., more than three times the rate that might be expected by population.

Marcus lu wrote "Yet, as Visual Capitalist's Marcus Lu details below, when searching for facts, our own cognitive biases often get in the way."

It seems like one blogger discussing a blog written by a another blogger.

And then they added Visual Capitalist branding to the predictit.org infographic, and then had tons of other blogs, like zerohedge, post the same stuff with back links.

These sites all have the same mo:  clickbait headlines, low quality unoriginal content with little regard for the truth and tons of seo manipulation.  Don't be duped.

Duped by what exactly? Was any of the content of the article inaccurate? You know the ironic part is you are exhibiting at least a couple of the cognitive biases listed in the infographic you clearly didn't even read.
But ORANGEMANBAD.

Exact reason why Antifa was declared a terrorist organization. Like clock work, because Trump takes a stance against antifa and sends in federal troops to protect federal property, he's made Nancy Pelosi inadvertently defend antifa.

Not the whole story, though. People on this forum were more or less "defending" Antifa. At the least, they were arguing that it was untouchable due to being an amorphous blob.

And the Democratic Party is morphing into a very different thing. First it went authoritarian totalitarian, now it brings back the Brownshirts.

Script that's definitely been played out before.

saying to stay home and wait it out. might have helped more if they done contact tracing during lockdown aswell, to speed up the drop in cases.
places in asia did and they had great success. thus then controlling the low cases while relaxing restrictions was easier for them
they started in january. and done contact tracing and relaxed things in march/april

UK kinda implemented contact tracing but only a month after some relaxations of lockdown.
but by waiting till march to lockdown. and then not implement contact tracing until june.
which means its still handling about 600 cases a week. but keeping it down some what so UK's risk of a second large wave to need another lockdown is far far off.

but US. they seem to want to avoid any government involvement. let it spread and have people to blame. while then blaming government for stupid things it wasnt involved in.
EG saying the virus was created by government. but then not blaming government for underfunding hospitals/safety efforts of reduction/prevention.. instead blaming government for the small interventions it did do.

america seems backward. and will suffer because of it.

The area I live in, there was a lockdown and it was lifted. The shops and restaurants are open now, but you have to wear a mask going in. As I see it, what people should do locally is what their local/regional government says to do. And it's not to go back and hide in your home. It's to go out, and yes to go to places like the coffee shop.

Meanwhile, there's all these Net-Tards that think THEY KNOW BETTER.

Good for a laugh.

This seems so odd. A former candidate in the 2016 republican primaries is speaking on behalf of Joe Biden at the DNC convention?

This certainly does nothing to dispel the notion that Joe Biden is too old to be President when he isn't speaking at Democratic convention.

Kasich always was sort of a strange dude.
