It will be of course good that you are going to sell your coins. Because the value will be high later.
And than we can have some profit later in the future. I hope that more people will have some Bitcoin and that they are going to sell it.
the point is why you will never sell your coins? But I think that we should sell when the price is higher rather then waiting too long as if price falls in future then again we have to wait long for price rise. |

You should never do it because there is a good future a head for the bitcoin in my opinion.
I think the bitcoin will rise to a high amount soon or later.
I think in 10-20 years the price of bitcoin may triple by that time from the price now,right now selling is not an option but if you are in need of the money then you may sell some. Just holding for next 20 years without spending it is the worst thing to do with bitcoin, treat and play with bitcoin in short term, if price is higher just sell it and buy again when price falls. Yes I sold when price was $420 and make some profit from it as I don't like to hold it for too long, if I am getting some profits then I will surely sell it. If you are not interested in holding just try gambling with the part of your earned bitcoin. You may get some extra bitcoins which can be sold to meet your needs. |

If you are never gonna sell your coins then what's the purpose of earning it? What would you do if you hold for a longer time and price falls back to $100? Anything is possible.
I think the rate of bitcoin is up and down, then it will not matter if we sell our bitcoin when the price is high, then we can buy it again when the price lower. If i the price high, i think i will sell my bitcoin There will be of course a time that you must sell it. Otherwise you cant make some profit and that will be not good. I hope that there will be more people that can make some good profit and that they are going to use it much. |

I believe so that you should never sell your bitcoin most especially when you dont have much or you are waiting for the higher amount. This is a good part of negotiation and an investment. I am also not selling my btc this is due to the price increase or the value price that will be in the future..

agree with you because most bitcoin users are traders you know so they joined in bitocin due to profit. so when prices rise necessarily all users will sell their bitcoin. This of course will make the price to fall back on. This will continue over and keeps going |

Bitcoin will grow high than all other alt coins and the local currencies. So saving such a high valued currency can be made possible only by saving rather than selling at high price and buying at low price.

Bitcoin price as you told it will be somewhere around $700.....It is upto individual choice whether they want to sell btc or not. Generally we need money so when the price is high then the best option will be selling so you will get the better profit for what you invested. |

the reality of the fact is no matter how much you want bitcoin take over fiat currency it wont. At least not in anyone's lifetime that is posting on this thread. So yes i will sell my bitcoin when i feel it has reached a point i am willing to cash out. Remember bitcoin only has a value as long as there is a fiat currency to exchange it with.
look at it this way:
1 can of coke is $ .50
1 can of coke is .0012 btc at todays price per btc/usd
what does a can of coke sell for in the world where btc is the only currency?
you can hope and dream that btc will take over the world but as the saying goes you can hope in one hand and s**t in the other. see which one fills up first.
ps. all those of you that say you would never sell are only lying to yourselves. if tomorrow the price hit 20k per btc and you could cash out and never have to work ever again your telling me you wouldnt. LIE.
I do agree with you that if btc price hits a special price level then btc owners would sell their bitcoin, I say by 1k $ and if it be fixed in around 1k for some period many of btc owners will sell  . No, if bitcoin owner would sell their bitcoins. Bitcoin value will collapse. Do you even think of that? Would be better if you use it a form of payment rather than selling it. If that's the way it goes, systems will probably force theirself to put bitcoin as a form of payment in any thing you want to buy or sell. This will probably make the bitcoin more valuable and make it more in-demand. SO DON'T EVER SELL YOUR BITCOIN! I am not sure that is it good idea to not to sell our bitcoin but I like the idea of using bitcoin as a form of payment which is the thing that we expect from a currency. |

why would anyone think like that in the 1st place lol. bitcoin needs to way higher to show any form for any of these alt coins to show a decent price value. and not be like a pennystock. |

I doubt that bitcoin will fall to a 100$,as time goes by look at how many has been using bitcoin it only means that bitcoin is getting known and its price wont be the same as it was before on its early stage. I think the minimum price for bitcoin is around 180$ however it is a risky investment and I think many guys here sell their bitcoin if it becomes around 500$! |
