I think this will happen one day but 'soon' is unlikely, probably within a few generations time
Thats definitely not going to happen, The US Dollar is the strongest currency in the entire world because its value is based on the US economy, Bitcoin's value is not based on any country's economy and though it may become a very popular currency, it can never dethrone the US Dollar except the economy crashes and even with that am sure the Euro is replace it. Well yes but we can see the $ value slowly dropping over the years so in the next 15+ who knows, maybe it's not gonna be some crypto currency but something must be done in the next 10+ years.

No bitcoin cannot replace dollar as it is very powerful and the government will do anything to maintain its power.Bitcoin can come up as a competition to dollar but cannot replace it
Yeah it can't replace dollar or any other currency... yet. Dollar is much stronger than bitcoins right now, and will be stronger for many years, but i am sure than after 20 years bitcoins will be stronger or at least equally strong as dollar.

This will not happen reason being dollar exits from decades now and accepted worldwide. Bitcoin came few years ago and not accepted by all countries. Also in this fast changing technological world something new will come up which could give a competition to bitcoin and as a result then btc may slowly get reduced in usage. So its will not at all be easy rise in coming years for btc.

I believe that bitcoin can replace dollar when it's becoming more popular and that would be evidence by massive adoption.

Bitcoin can stronger than Dollar in field purchase, transfer money, trading online, but use for purchase in real-life is impossible with high fees like now of Bitcoin and the problem need much time for confirm transaction.

I don't consider so I have a whole lot of men and women nonetheless use fiat income and far more individuals don't use bitcoin. So I doubt the goverment will just replace it. If that at any time happens the goverment require to have a bitcoin expert or something. Since it will be hard for men and women to use if they don't know it.

Bitcoin makes people enter automatically in the digital currency era, it is not easy and will take hundreds of years. It will happen if the world opens their eyes to keep the non-accumulating natural resources being displaced by urban land evictions, or the level of civilizational need for the use of raw materials to replace fiat. But still this possibility is very difficult because it will destroy the sub-business of the product of a particular currency.

No I dont think that Bitcoin will replace the Dollar soon, because till now the most part of people worldwide still using fiat and also Bitcoin isn't yet supported everywhere online and offline, and not even legalized in some countries.
I also think it is impossible because Bitcoin needs the dollar and by extension other fiats in order to be exchanged and coexist but for it to outdo the dollar means it will be solo and risk being centralized. Bitcoin does not need the dollar, right now the most powerful currency is the dollar and that is why every currency is compared to it, when bitcoin takes that spot then every currency will be compared to bitcoin instead.

In the future will probably happen if the dollar is in crisis, I'm not so sure and never think about this. I just want no chaos due to bitcoin, I hope bitcoin will remain and so will the dollar, no one will replace any currency to keep everything safe.

I don't think so, how would you cash out your bitcoin if you do not need a dollar, let's discuss on the current situation now as the future is not sure yet. Bitcoin will be popular but not as popular as dollar, it's the currency of one of the most powerful nation and the government has all the right to ban bitcoin in their country in the event their own loses popularity because of bitcoin, that's the logic I arrived so I am still a believe that bitcoin is not superior than dollar.

Bitcoin has likely to dominate the globe financial system by turning out to be global currency.I feel we will need to have to wait for this going on in a 10 years or two with exception of surprising functions which can set off this method.

I do not think that this will happen so soon. 15 years is too little. Well you can’t say it that this will never going to happen. Anything can happen. No one have ever thought of this thing that Bitcoin will become this much valuable as it is now. So, you can expect this thing too but of course this will take time and probably a day will come when we see Bitcoin replacing Dollar.

No, bitcoin can not replace the dollar. The dollar can be used by all people in a poor country that does not have internet, and bitcoin is used only by those who have the opportunity to purchase it and access to the Internet.

No one has ever thought of this thing that there will come something like Crypto currency few years back. Anything can happen. And you never know what will happen tomorrow. This won’t surprise as much if a day comes when we see BTC replacing Dollar. So I think maybe we will see very soon that bitcoin replace dollar.

I reckon both currencies will coexist rather than Bitcoin replacing the US dollar. We will rather have a stronger economy if both are complementing each other and not outdoing each other.

I believe that is true. There are still places that lacks the technology that we have. Internet is missing and they are also not reached by the internet providers. This upgrades are needed for every city in one country. That is why Japan made it possible to allow bitcoin in their transactions. In a third world country it is not easy to be done. If it will replace USD then there might be an economic problem that could also lead to war.

If the government regulates bitcoin, then they will be well accommodated with the provision of massive bitcoin jobs, that is a strong point why we need government recognition, but on the other hand the country does not want to experience currency inflation because the country needs an identity that can not be equated by bitcoin. This is very ironic but still has the potential to be controlled by applicable tax laws.
