I dont understand how Milan won the league honestly. In europe they were really bad and didnt even pass the group but in serie a they were solid. I think if Juventus didnt lose so many points at the beginning of the league they would have won it.
For next year i dont think that Milan can win the league.

First of all, thanks to Juventus, which found themselves in a crisis with the departure of Ronaldo and the injuries of Dybala and Morata. In fact, all the Italian teams were bad last season, but someone had to become a champion. Milan, with a more difficult calendar, showed an impressive finish and was able to overtake Inter, which were considered the clear favourites. I heard some of fans doesn't too excited for the arrival of Lukaku this because they doubt he can reach to his top performance again after failed in Chelsea so he isn't special anymore for them and now Inter under Inzaghi which is have different scheme and strategies with Conte so this still questionable whether he can score a lot of goals again or Inter has just wasted their money by loan him but it is not good to judge the performance of him early because the league hasn't started yet but after several matches we can see he deserved return to Inter or not

yeah i agree with your statement, you can't be confidential on a player like ibrahimovic recently, perhaps we all knew him as a world class and well experience player, but with his recent age alot has change, he's no longer that young ibrahimovic we know. with his age he can no longer deliver as before, but he can assist the team sometimes with his experience, and also he will be of a good inspiration to many young players, cause playing till that age in a competing league like serie A is not a easy one, that's why he is more needed in the team.

You can simply offer zlatan a position in managerial instead a contract as a player indeed.

Not much benefit to take at his very peak career point , the salary might be way too much to take but yeah that's how you have to treat the 40 years old zlatan .. he doing much off the pitch for ac milan but still not enough , not cost effective.

No wonder Milan prefers to extend Ibrahimovic contract this season without buying a new striker, before signing Ibrahimovic from LA Galaxy for free, Milan had several times brought in other strikers, but none of them could live up to expectations. Ibrahimovic seems to have his own charm at the San Siro even though his game is no longer the same as he was when he was younger.

Are you serious Dzeko is still reliable? Dzeko is currently 36 and even though Dzeko has a good statistical record but still, old players will not be completely reliable. maybe true, we have to see his performance in the first few games when the 2022/2023 Serie A starts. assessing early can indeed trigger a discussion of the pros and cons. I don't think he played badly with Chelsea last season but I think his style of play doesn't suit him in the Premier League. although some fans may think that Lukaku is not the right purchase for Inter Milan this summer, I think Lukaku later performance will silence the criticism of some of these fans.

If you doubt his old age then you don't have to admit he still has good statistics on his goals per season. I wouldn't say Dzeko can be relied on for much longer considering his age, but last season he scored 13 league goals in 36 appearances and that's a very satisfying number of goals for an old player like him. So there are good expectations from Dzeko and the experience is still reliable.

And because of that, I refute the notion that Lukaku is not really needed at Inter this season. Dzeko and Martinez cannot be played throughout the season especially if this player is injured. So Lukaku will patch that position this season.

Remember that Inter have only spent around £10m in this deal to bring Lukaku back, so to be honest with you they have spent little or nothing to be too worried about a negative outcome. But the chances that Lukaku will perform poorly is pretty low. Even if he does not produce the sort of performances of two season ago when they won the league, i am certain he will still be a very important player for Inter in this new season. Lukaku loves Inter Milan, there is no doubt about that, he also seems to be very comfortable and happy playing in the Seria A, all of that contributes to why he performed so well for Inter, but not in Chelsea, Lukaku seemed unhappy from the get-go in Stamford Bridge, now he is back to his "comfort zone", i believe he will shine.

It depends on Inzaghi I think. Previously when Lukaku was shining it was under the direction of Conte. Conte was arguably the person who understood Lukaku the most at that time but now Inter are in Inzaghi's hands and it will obviously be a bit different.
Even though Lukaku has a great chance, this is still not a reference because the coach's role is also quite important.

Many Inter Milan fans were already annoyed and fed up with the player's behavior when he asked to be sold to Chelsea in the transfer market last summer. Lukaku must be clever to steal the hearts of Inter Milan fans and prove it on this second occasion. If not, then Lukaku's hopes of being able to exist again will disappear, even worse things will happen to him.

Inter might be the biggest contender for the title next time. Because they have made nice signings like Joaquín Correa (permanent deal) and Romelu Lukaku (on loan). In last season as they perform I was sure they are going to win this title but sadly in last rounds they fail to give their best and give few crucial points which help AC Milan for title after Napoli also give in plat because from start to middle of the season Napoli were giving their best and mostly people's feeling they are not going to give any chance to any team for challenging them, but sadly they were also chock badly and drop from top to fourth spot which was the worst end of the season for them.
But, now in coming season we have two giants are ready for their title fight and both are preparing very strongly which is going to be very interesting as AC Milan is having some issues, and it's difficult for them to defend their title.

The performance in the last season was good from Inter but the problem is as you mention they did not perform consistently, especially in the last stage of the season. That is a big reason why they did not win the title last season. Even till the last point, I did not believe Milan will be able to win the title. but in the end, Milan was playing quite well and I actually liked how they started attacking with coordination. I think this season these two teams will also fight it till the last.

In the last season, we did not see Juventus do very well which should not be the case this time because this time Juventus is going to have a better team compared to what they had in the last season. so I also expect Juventas to be up there battling it out.

However I am still believing that Ronaldo will stay at Manchester United at the end of the day. He is speculated to be unhappy currently but I guess that he hasn't made an official statement about this. Fabrizio Romano tweeted about this topic like he wanted to leave but I still want to hear it from Ronaldo to make sure. If he is really going then Napoli can try their luck with signing him. I would guess that Milan wasn't "that" bad to be fair. I mean yes they were not good playing in Europe, but the way they played in Europe and the way they played in league was fair bit different. This means that they definitely played badly, but we all know that it has been quite good for the regular season and they had like 20 games in the league where they played very dominantly clearly.

Yes, Juventus played badly but Inter played very decently and they gave Milan a good run for their money as well. Depend on the transfers all teams do, I believe that next season we could end up seeing something great again, it will be hard but not impossible.

I also started to think that Zlatan can still choose Milan instead of other teams now. He is a free agent but this doesn't change anything for his decision in the end. He had a wonderful year with Milan the last time and he would like to dance with them one last time.    But for now he might be focused on only recovering from his existing injury before contract talks. I don't think that Milan also would like to sign him while he is injured. Even if he comes in the middle of the season it would still be nice to see.

The main problem now is the injury he sustained, it takes time to recover. Of course that will make it a little difficult for him to talk about a contract, unless Milan can accept it in his current state. For an old player like him, it's common to hear rumors of wanting to retire, but I haven't heard that from Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Actually in this case whether it is official or not but Zlatan has been given a new contract even though it is only a short-term contract and he is in an injured condition.
His role is still very important in motivating young people at Milan and with Milan's current condition it is clear that the role of a senior player like Zlatan will be very helpful even though it is only for motivation, not performance.

you can't decide quickly where ronaldo will go because i read some posts above ronaldo will go to bundelsia or league 1. indeed there is possibility ronaldo will return to Serie A with juventus. but until now ronaldo still has not said where he will go which is clear he will leave manchester united.

Juventus after successfully getting their pogba continue to be active in the hunt for other players by releasing their mainstay defender De ligt. maybe the proceeds from the sale of de ligt will be used to find stickers this summer.
