last year was kinda bad for them, and I agree that they need "big" signings, Dybala is one of my favorite Serie A player and could for sure bring a lot to Roma's team, but not good for Juventus tho to keep letting their players go like that, I don't think they will be a good competitor for Serie A next season, they need to get some good players.

But with free transfer, anything change can happen when Roma didn't give the promise for him. We all know, Roma still have financial problem so they have to save. If they recruit Dybala, Of course I will ask for the same salary like in Juventus. Exeception, if Roma sell some player in the market which I thing can filling up the deficiency. Another problem is, AC Milan is also interesting, so is not impossible Dybala will choose the club who play in champions league.

AC Milan is a better club than Roma. They have qualified for the Champions League. And they are the Serie A champions of the last season. And so Dybala will definitely prefer AC Milan unless Roma offers him higher wages. Dybala is a talented player. Roma coach Jose Mourinho is well aware of Dybala's abilities. But if you take a good look at him he is already an injury player at Juventus.
Man utd has some good players upfront even Greenwood is yet to be back.

I think Juventus made a big mistake by not getting along with Dybala. They had to get him into the team. They failed to do so and replaced Dybala with the older Di Maria. Dybala still played very well at Juventus. I think these players should be evaluated better.
