I don't see Leverkusen as a team that will be a problem to bayern munich again come next season because with Alonso leaving for Madrid I will say that it's an end of era and Leverkusen under a New coach will really struggle so to win I see the days of a one horse race for the bundesliga back

I also agree with you that Bayern Leverkusen wouldn't be that much of a threat to Bayern Munich at least this coming season because they lost some players already and the coach that's about to take over is also a new one. I am not sure if Leverkuse will be doing better this coming season as there are a lot changes to the Team , new Coach , some key players left and so on.
Ten Hag has clearly got some nice good seasons in the past but also some terrible ones , i guess we should wait and see what will be coming in Leverkusen.

I see no solid reason to think of better performances of Bayer Leverkusen in a new season, after losing Xabi Alonso, Wirtz and hiring Ten Hag as their new head coach. Many big changes in the club this summer that are not their good preparation for an upcoming season. Logically their performances in Bundesliga will be affected negatively and with domination of Bayern Munich, it's almost impossible for Ten Hag and Bayer Leverkusen to win this league title.

The characters of the two clubs are very different and the leagues are also different, so don't judge Ten Hag when he coaches Man United because basically if you look at it again Ten Hag is a good coach, it's just that Man United has a lot of internal problems. Leverkusen with a new coach, it will change the situation, either for the better or otherwise. Unlike when they were still with Xabi Alonso, I think the trust in them increased last season, but now that trust has changed back into a question of whether they will be able to or not.

Actually the problem is when they appoint a new coach where in the previous team the coach did not show something very promising. That's what ultimately makes people not believe more like their trust in Xabi, although it is not certain that with Leverkusen he will fail like the previous team.

With the help of Kompany, Bayern Munich is quite strong. Despite performing a bit erratically  in the last season , munich was able to secure the title. Now Munich is trying to strengthen their performance even more. KOmpany is also very  hardworking. I am sure that Bayern Munich will be the champions of the Bundesliga next season as well.

Xabi Alonso has left Leverkusen . Leverkusen has lost a very experienced coach. At the same time, the team has sold several important players in the squad. So it is unlikely that Leverkusen will continue their strong performance next season. My guess is that munich and dortmund will fight for the title next season and Munich will be the  champions. At the moment , I do not see any squad in the bundesliga that can stop Munich.

What Xabi Alonso did in 2023-24 was exceptional. It was the best season in Leverkusen's history. It was a rare perod where everything clicked just right in the team, but they also had a lot of luck (famous last-minute winners or equalisers). In that season, Bayern was slightly underperforming, which made it even easier for Leverkusen to reach the top. But any realistic-thinking football fan knew it would be close to impossible to repeat that success in the next season, and the same will likely be true for the next season.

I think if Ten Hag manages to finish in a 2nd or 3rd place, he could call that a success. But I don't see them winning the league unless Bayern experiences some big dip in form, which is not impossible, as we don't know the level of fatigue of the squad (and a much-reduced holiday period for the players) caused by the participation in the FIFA Club World Cup.

I hope the Manchester United job doesn't end up messing things up for Ten Hag because some fans are still doubting his ability to make things get better at Bayer Leverkusen when he couldn't bring any positive changes in the Manchester United team. Ten Hag was supposed to meet a good squad left by Xabi Alonso but seeing how the team has sold out some players in the team means he will never to recruit and build his own players.

I don't think it will mess anything up because we should know that when it comes to coaching, there is a time that your coaching will no longer be useful to them, and they also listen to their fans because they are nothing without their fans, so there is a serious need for them to be very serious. Coaches need the club to be consistent because every club wants the success of their club, so there is always opportunity for them somewhere else, and that is why I don't see anything wrong with Ten Hag failing is because things will not always go as you want always.

And from the experience he has gotten i thing he will do everything in his power to actually help Leverkusen become a better club, even if they are already looking like a made club already so there is little work for him to do but i trust them, because the kind of way they are playing there football is just something else i so much trust them that they will do well with ten hag, he should make sure he does not dissapoint.
