The Bullshit & Lies as spouted by Paul Edward Vernon just one year ago - http://paulvernoncryptsy.tumblr.com/

1.
"Paul Vernon is a CEO of his company, Cryptsy, and he had no prior experience in the business. He is a veteran of the Army where he was an intelligence analyst. But here he honed the skills he needs to run his technology-heavy business." -More like where he honed his skills to cliam bieng hacked and how to steal

2.
"Paul Vernon Cryptsy, states that the company’s goal is to become the main platform where everyone winds up trading their crypto-currency." -Correction - Where everyone ends up losing thier money is much more closer to the truth

3.
"He works to provide a safe and secure website where customers can exchange their crypto-currency free of any worry or doubt. This platform creates a simple and secure exchange where both parties involved are guaranteed their rightful funds." -Free of any worry or doubt?? Oh really now Paul, pull the other one!, Secure & Guaranteed - really Paul? where was the security Paul? Oh and you Gurantee my funds?

4.
"Paul Vernon Cryptsy: Striving For Transparency

Paul Vernon says Cryptsy is a crypto-currency company that strives for transparency and doing what is right."
-Is hiding the fact that you so called "got robbed" for over a year - Transparancey? and running away to China and holding customer funds hostage - is that the right thing to do? Are those the skills and values you learnt in the Army Paul? You must be ever so proud right? I'm sure thats a great example for your kids to look up to right?

5.
“Our desire is to be the model of how to operate a crypto business,” says Paul Vernon of Cryptsy. -Humm Might want to rethink that one Paul

6.
"Paul Vernon says Cryptsy puts an enormous amount of effort into its customer service, and into ensuring that its systems are run optimally. “We strive to make things as simple and as secure as possible.” -Customer service you say? Nope, sorry Paul, Im drawing a blank on that one! & Secure you say? - sorry blank on that one as well i'm afraid.

6.
“We pride ourselves on being one of the most secure places to trade on the Internet,” he says. -Gotta give you that one! Secure, yes it sure was for you, not your customers though, right Paul?

7.
"Cryptsy, he says, is currently registered with FinCEN, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and is working toward obtaining state licensing as a money transmitter. The company is also working toward getting its accreditation by the Better Business Bureau."
- So FinCen all ok with you hiding the fact that the so called "Hack & Theft" goes unreported for over a Year?, Ah yes the BBB, well reports on there don't look too good now either do they Paul?

8.
"Paul Vernon says Cryptsy has long-term goals in mind and plans to be around for many years to come. “Our desire is to be the model of how to operate a crypto business.” - Long term you say? Many years to come you say? or should that be - it's gonna be long term and many years before you hand back what belongs to customers maybe? eh Paul

9.
Paul Vernon of Cryptsy says that as secure an environment that cryptsy.com is for trading crypto-currency, users must always be on their guard. And Internet security, he says, begins at home. “While we try to educate our users on how to secure their local environment, we ultimately have no control of a users’ computer system.” - Oh please do educate us Paul on how to be secure

10.
Never install mining software from unknown developers on the same system you use to access Cryptsy. He recommends running a virus scan regularly. And make sure that you are using a 2fa on your Cryptsy account. -There you go Paul fixed it for you, no need to send me any bonus Cryptsy points Paul - Just give me back my fuckin coins

As Gleb says - Never Forget

The Shiffty Eyed Paul Vernon Interview

http://www.moneyandtech.com/paul-vernon-inside-bitcoins-ny/

In essence, Cryptsy and VERNON are one-and-the-same.  Cryptsy is an “alter ego”
of VERNON, who dominates and controls the corporate entity to further a fraudulent scheme
and to further VERNON’s own personal financial interests

I don't think it's theft. With each passing day, this feels more like embezzlement.

The only good thing is that at least that JudgeDredd douchebag was wiped out by this.

agreed 100% on all that

Was it worth it Paul?  Is it really worth having to look over your shoulder for the rest of your life?

Yeah, I could use a dream or a genie or a wish
To go back to a place much simpler than this
Cause after all the partying and smashing and crashing
And all the glitz and glam and the fashion
And all the pandemonium and all the madness
There comes a time when you fade to the blackness
And when you're staring at the phone in your lap
And you hoping but them people never call you back
But that's just how the story unfolds
You get another hand soon after you fold
But when your plans unravel in the sand
What would you wish for if you had one chance?
So airplane, airplane sorry I'm late
I'm on my way so don't close that gate
If I don't make that then I'll switch my flight
And I'll be right back at it by the end of the night

Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shootin' stars?
I could really use a wish right now, wish right now, wish right now

I think we should pass the collection hat and raise some money to fund a small team of private bounty hunters to grab Paul and return him to the US. This happens everyday. It's called "extraordinary rendition". This could certainly be arranged privately.

Anybody interested in contributing? We can probably have him back in the US within a week if we mobilize quickly.

If I were Paul Vernon, that would be the least of my worries. Same true for having any concerns about authorities nailing my ass. Oh no, not of that would bother me.

What should, and probably does cause Paul to lose sleep every night is knowing that there are sickos out in the world who honestly believe that he did it and has access to over ten million dollars that wasn't reported to any authorities and they may feel that Paul may voluntarily offer up the keys once shown a Monty Python tickling feather, if you get my drift.

I'd say it sucks to be Paul Vernon right 'bout now. Hell, it wouldn't surprise me the least to learn in a day or two all the coins have been returned with no questions asked. Stranger things have happened in this space, albeit none come to mind as I stare at the sofa across the room. (and you guys honestly thought I didn't have a sofa - that's where I fuck the dog)

If Paul is smart he should turn himself in. He will be much safer once he is in custody.

Paul, just in case you don't know where to turn yourself in, try the US embassy in Beijing.

Safer?

I would love to see the Venn diagram of people with the resources to cause personal harm to him in China and the stupidity to lose money on his exchange.

That'd be like so Vennonomous!  Roll Eyes

I think BV was right to refute the pedophilia accusations. Clearly he can, has, and will fuck any and every thing he is able to.

Paul Vernon shows up on camera behind Mullick, and Horus, while broadcasting from Canada, was like glowing wishing he, too, were in the company of "Fearless Leader".

Here's the funny part: Of all the dudes depicted above, guess which one is definitely not the thief.

those guys will look so hot in their orange jumpsuits  poor horus is a patsy and is a good guy too bad.  these guy will understand what underground economies are all about when they are traded on c-block for newports.. -- dont drop the soap buddy

Last night, while you were sleeping. I fucked the system!

His mother must be so proud.

Since Leroy Fodor had nothing but kind words to say about Cryptsy after its demise, maybe Leroy can get his mother, Helen, in Ohio, to pray for his lost soul.

Not directly, but the lyin' piece of shit once adamantly stuck it up Cryptsy ass to at the end praised the endeavor: https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=1728623680694946&id=1627849564105692

Quote
In closing, as a long time client of Cryptsy we had a lot of trust in the team running it, we had a lot of faith in their exchange, and we were loyal in the agreements we made with them, and supported them until they closed. To avoid this issue in the future we will spread our trading across several exchanges.

But never fear! Leroy Fodor has Cryptsy's playbook and StakeMiners Ponzi's Fearless Leader is not afraid to incorporate what's within: https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=1728465740710740&id=1627849564105692

Quote
Principal Withdrawal Cap - Effective 25 January 2016

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the maximum Stakeminers will payout in principal withdrawal each week. The portion of principal withdrawal requests exceeding the maximum will be paid out in subsequent weeks until the full principal payment is made.

The maximum is 0.35 BTC per week. (This amount is dependent on the market value of the coins we stake at the time of withdrawal and could increase with favourable market conditions). <Reminds me of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8IFgEO6Np4&feature=youtu.be&t=4570>
Example: You request a withdrawal of 0.50 BTC, Stakeminers will payout the first 0.35 BTC in week 1 and pay the balance 0.15 BTC in week 2.

Why is this change being made now?

The collapse of Cryptsy has driven altcoin prices to new lows. As a result our redemptions of altcoins to meet principal withdrawal requests are simply driving prices lower. This change will reduce our need to sell altcoins into a depressed altcoin marketplace. We will modify the principal withdrawal cap as the market price for altcoins improves.

Translated: StakeMiners is NOT insolvent! Sometimes shit happens like a Force Majeure event, e.g. Winter Storm Jonas chilling our servers to a point where manipulating your moneys in the PoS altcoins we stake becomes problematic if too many Investards decide to exit our Ponzi en masse, thus us wanting to protect thier funds for as long as Fodorly possible. HAHAHA
