Hey Guys, i have some DASH in Cryptsy, but was not watching closely the story.
Can some one do a real fast recap or at least tell me - is there ANY chance to get the DASH out of cryptsy? Or its all gone for blow and hookers.

short answer: no

long answer: all gone

1:28:45 - https://blab.im/evangelos-taxiarchis-bitcoin-general-discussion - "If I could open up one of these windows <pointing behind him> I could show you one of TD's giant buildings." TD = Toronto-Dominion Bank <MORE: Paraphrased> "Four of the big banks are here in my neighborhood with one here inside my building."

Blue's Clues:

Horus is approximately equal distance between a Tim Hortons and Starbucks coffee shoppes, and out his window he could see TD Bank. Triangulating, John MacPherson is in Toronto, the one in Canada, not the town of Toronto, South Dakota, where the tallest structure is a grain silo.

Entrance to Canada Cryptsy's office at end of the big-ass building: https://www.google.com/maps/place/26+Telegram+Mews,+Toronto,+ON+M5V+3Z4,+Canada/@43.6410112,-79.3947598,3a,75y,248.2h,85.17t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sL5pT37IPOjJSOvOkb0cCQA!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo1.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3DL5pT37IPOjJSOvOkb0cCQA%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dsearch.TACTILE.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D86%26h%3D86%26yaw%3D274.12036%26pitch%3D0!7i13312!8i6656!4m2!3m1!1s0x882b34d883ab9e49:0xc48aeff6b2807fb4!6m1!1e1

Bank of Montreal entrance at the other end of the big-ass building:

Any questions?

I'd have no prob quoting Horus about him moving the same time that Cryptsy leased their office in Canada in February last year at ~$2,500/mo - all paid in advance for a year, and DIDN'T remain empty.

Towards the end, John MacPherson talks about mass shootings in the US after looking uncomfortable with the word "terrorists" was mentioned. WOW! When are the Canadian police gonna arrest and question this guy?

Paul and associates will most likely have their own wiki some day  Shocked

Sound familiar?

Arrest and prosecution

Karpelès was arrested on 1 August 2015 by Japanese police on suspicion of having accessed the exchange's computer system to falsify data on its outstanding balance, he was later released then re-arrested and allegedly charged with embezzlement

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Karpelès

and

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ross_Ulbricht

coming soon to a wiki near you

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Vernon

If I were Paul I think I would rather be in a U.S. prison than a Chinese prison

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_prisons_in_Liaoning

but then again anyone with a few bucks could have him offed in any prison...

At one time not too far back when Horus was playin' nice, he was asked pointblank at least twice if he occupied Cryptsy Canadian office, and avoided the question like the plague. But, here at the ~1:32:45 mark - https://blab.im/evangelos-taxiarchis-bitcoin-general-discussion - John MacPherson goes on record in stating that Cryptsy pays him handsomely for his security service and pays for his condo.

Horus further said that if cryptos were to go to the wayside, he'd have no prob getting employed at a bank to handle their security or in law enforcement unless he opts to come to the States and pursue his passion of being a gunsmith.

Here's what I predict: Horus will no longer be allowed to carry a gun, work at a bank, or work in law enforcement after the Canadian FEDs get done with lyin' thievin' ass. Oh, and his girlfriend be long gone fuckin' honest Masons in her hood.

Lower left: Horus shows the view outside his window of the condo paid for by Cryptsy's clients who'll never see their moneys again because John MacPherson helped spent over hundred thousand dollars of it.

If Horus got all that, you know damn well that his boss, Jim Shockney, received more in his compensation package after being fully trained by Horus to ban anybody on the chat box who simply inquired about their moneys.

I still recall Horus threatening to resign his position at Cryptsy when he knew full well its days were numbered and that the lease on the condo was about to expire.

Paul Vernon: Horus, we need an exit strategy.
John MacPherson: LK7.
BitJohn: I'll pretend to resign.
Jim Shockney: LK7 sounds good to me.
Ginny Shockney: I don't care what you guys do as long as I get to still fuck my horses.
DC Girl: I'll continue to code BiteBi9.com for the Chinese marks.
Lorie Nettles: You're all fucked!
Paul Vernon: No, everybody's fucked!

Horus, you wanna know how fucked you are? Mmmkay! All my posts are read by at least two FBI agents in Kansas. HAHAHA Just ask if you desire their number and names.

Hey, John MacPherson, since you have so much time on your hands now, why don't you go here https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=%40Horusisthesun&src=typd and get everybody on Twitter who has every mentioned Horusisthesun to delete their tweets?

Amazingly, Horus is playing by the scammers' rule book book oppose to the Good Book or, at the very least, his Freemason's handbook.

I'd say the dude knows how fucked he is, thus tryin' to delete as much of the evidence as possible, unbeknownst to him - because he's a fuckin' idiot - everything he deletes has already been archived, thus only making the case(s) against him that much stronger. Well played, John MacPherson. Well played!

^^^ And, don't forget the fish tank.

Who has the private keys to wallets holding the Cryptsy funds?   That's the question.

Paul Vernon has the keys, but John MacPherson aka Horus would have you believe that any funds moving from a cold wallet to a hot wallet required multi-sigs thwarting any thieving attacks unless, that is, stemming from LK7 on a Tuesday morning in 2014, the day the entire Cryptsy crew went brain dead as to who to contact when they noticed an event occurred. HAHAHA

Timeline:

Cryptsy's cold wallet requires multi-sig.
Cryptsy complies to all laws and regs, including SARs.
Event.
Cryptsy didn't know who to contact to report a thief of ~$13M USD.
Horus mention how he thwarted an attack from LK7.
Paul Vernon claimed that LK7 was responsible for the event.
John MacPherson monitors this thread.
John MacPherson aka Horus goes full-expunge-the-Internet mode, exactly what every innocent person who came before has done in the past to proclaim their innocence.
"Cooking With Horus" has lost his motherfuckin' mind.
Bruno pens Leroy Fodor's HAHAHA.
