I made a bitinstant order yesterday evening and I still have not received any type of coins. However I did receive the email that the transaction was completed successfully but not the coinpault email with my coins. I am not sure how to provide the order id like some of you have here but I do have the account number for the order that was placed. Account #753812007

I have created a support ticket as well and I still have not heard from anyone, last time I used this service I got my coins in minutes however now it seems there are some issues. I wish I would have checked here before I put down $300 on this service. Hopefully this company will keep their word and refund all fees associated with this service. There has been a huge failure with this service and if they wish to retain customers they better get their act together quickly.

On Tuesday, Feb 12 at about 1730EST, I placed an order (Order ID 6208dfee-f104-4c23-b556-c6ed244576e6) for a Cash to BTC Address transfer.  I received a confirmation email from ZipZap but not from BitInstant.  At about 1830, I chatted with customer service, and was told the transfer would be handled manually, and would take one day.  I waited a day, received no more communication, and this morning emailed support.  This time I asked for a refund of the processing fee, as well.  I heard nothing back.

I've had no problems using BitInstant in the past.  I don't like paying double fees (BitInstant and ZipZap), but the speed of the transfers makes it worth it.  But, if the transfer takes 2 days, I feel like a chump for paying AND waiting.

I made a cash via zipzap to btc address transaction for $500.00 around 5:30pm on 02/12/2013; I have yet to receive my bitcoins. The transaction does not appear on blockchain.info.
I was told that I would receive my coins last night the 13th by BitInstant customer service, and I have yet to receive coins as of 10:30am CST 02/14/2013.

This place needs to get their stuff together.

Thanks for calling our operation a joke. We process the most amount of money every day going in and out of Bitcoin.

We always take instantly, and when we have issues our customers know they are not getting scammed and have patience.

My order info has been sent AGAIN via PM.

And citing a lack of communication is not a stupid comment, your post had only mentioned problems within a 4 hr period previous to your posting.  As you can see my order was placed well before that and I had reported it immediately as well.  No response from Bitinstant until your post last night.  You also mentioned that most outstanding orders had been PMed.  I was not and my PM was not responded to either.

Update.  Finally received Bitcoins ordered Saturday received Thursday.  When I purchased the Bitcoins it was worth about $305.00 which on Saturday was $23.50 for one Bitcoin and i was going to receive 13 Bitcoins.  Today when the transaction went thru one Bitcoin was worth $26.40 and they refunded the fees so I had $316.05 but with the price going up $3.00 a Bitcoin in four days I am still only receiving 12 Bitcoins.  I am not going to even say what that leads me to believe they could be doing.  Oh well at least I got the majority of it back.  Not sure if ill use this service again.

I don't think that they are doing this maliciously, but it is a problem. Just overnight things changed significantly, I was supposed to receive 19.2 BTC for the transaction last night, but today I received 18.2 BTC, which actually leaves me 1 BTC short of what I need to complete a transaction, which is problematic.

I am having issues with a transaction which I made through BitInstant yesterday. However, I was not paying attention when filling out the BitInstant form and put my old Hotmail account down which I no longer have access to, so I cannot find my QuoteID.

I have all of the other information regarding the transaction. The Wal-Mart store number where I paid via MoneyGram, all of my personal information which I put onto the forms, the time that the transaction happened, my ZipZap payment slip, my receipts from Wal-Mart which can be scanned and the destination address for my BTC. I can provide all of this information and have already provided it to technical support via email, though I don't even think they have been read.

It has been a day now and my $500 still has not arrived in my InstaWallet. I have emailed BitInstant's technical support and contacted them through the contact form on their website and all I have received is a generic response stating that my issue was forwarded to technical support in order for a manual transaction to be performed. I have called their phone number and all I get is a voice mail. I left a message on the voice mail with my contact information and my issue and I still have not been contacted at all.

Yankee, if you could possibly help me with this issue then it would be much appreciated. I am a college student and I cannot afford to simply lose $500 due to someone else's error or a software bug.

yup me too  thanks RACHEL.. will use again.. I think this is an important page because alot of use (recently) lost our BTC or not lost but had them help up.Mine for almost 2 days.Anyway anyone with this problem must go to the   SUPPORT SITE FIRST..!! That is your first action...PM them and you will get a standard sorry pm but they get to you .Mine was a bit later but when i got ahold of YANKEE he mentioned that they where having a gliches so the almost 2 days later they are here.I think they should have refunded my fee but what are you gonna do.Im ready for some valium right now. lol take care guys..Glad to have some support rather than nothing..still sketch for sure.will try one more time with BITINSTNT.
