Still no coin here on my side either. Have just got the run around from support and it's 732 PM East coast time. I should just drive up to Buffalo and ask for a refund, I"m so disappointed. My zip zap 9 digit number is 157430828 .  Yankee if you can give me some info that would be great, but I won't be holding my breath.

Is anyone else having trouble trying to buy bitcoins using blockchain as their wallet?  If so do you know why it keeps on saying invalid exchange when I try to buy bitcoins?

I placed an order and paid for it on January 30, and still have not received the Bitcoins. I have sent several messages to support and live chat and they have told me they were going to process the order manually but I still haven't received them. Tomorrow marks the third week of waiting for the Bitcoins.

Order ID: 930f1529-b982-4d6e-9660-fe881d8077ce

Thanks in advance.

Is a refund an option?  I'd much rather just get my money back then deal with this.  Does ZipZap refund the money?  How does that work?

Tomorrow, it'll be an entire week and all I've got is two empty promises from Bitinstant that my coins will be in my wallet "next business day".  Angry

Made a payment one week ago and nothing yet.
I will PM Yankee my info and report back on customer support after my order is processed.

Edit: Never mind, I guess there's a post requirement to send messages.
I'll just submit a ticket on the bitinstant website since i'd rather not post my info on here.
Query topic: "My payment made one week ago"

Edit 2: Apparently the requirement was only one post? (lol).
So I guess I'll still PM Yankee my info to make sure it's seen.

Yankee,

I sent the following info to support and I got a copy of it sent to me from debug:

Support,

I received a message from support on February 15th saying that my transfer was not done and that it had to be manually done and that it would take one business day. That would mean that it would have to happen today and it has yet to happen. The account number is 356 863 423. I also checked blockchain.info and the funds have not been sent to the bitcoin address yet. I have also yet to receive any information about this. In the past I have received the following information:

OrderID: a0f4aabf-82ee-4ee0-99c9-80d72350acc3
EventID: 2d5d837c-2443-4327-80a0-0fe2232c22e2
DestAccount: 1F3L76mc1qCdcFwEF6pZR6d9f9DHgKkgMa
QuoteID: 70a23190-b962-4170-9cb5-9d2c716c6fce
User: SYSTEM
DestExchange: btc
eventtype: Order executed
EventSentAt: 1358629599.59
APIResponse: {'BTC': 1.22357}
FundsSent: $19.202 USD

I did not receive any information like this. I need to know what is going on. Please give me a status update and I need the details of this transfer when it is done.

Thank You,

Vinicio

Why did they send a copy of my message to me? What is going on with my transfer? I would like to send more money but until this gets resolved I cannot do that.

Luckily I got my funds last week even though it took 5 days.  I came back on here because I need to get some more Bitcoins but it looks like Bitinstant is still not a viable option.  Does anybody know any other reputable companies where I can pay cash at a location and receive Bitcoins within a day.

Bitfloor.com lets you do cash deposits at Bank of America branches.

How long does it usually take for BTC-E reserves to be replenished? My order didn't go through yesterday, it says "Order execution failed" and I suspect this is why.

Still waiting on my order to btc-e.com from yesterday and I see other people have been waiting even longer. Yankee it would be nice if you came on here and at least explained the situation to everyone. This is already costing me money as I could have bought my BTC below $28 yesterday and now it is $29.

Also I can't seem to locate the link for the live chat it is supposed to be located at the bottom of the contact us page. If someone could point it out to me I would appreciate it.

Learn another service, it'll save you a lot of aggravation in the long run! Especially if you plan on investing a lot of cash. This whole fiasco is going to cost Bitinstant a large chunk of their loyal followers and it's not because we don't have our coins. It is because we've been getting the run around bull crap for a week now. I'm just glad I didn't drop the 1k I was going to for investing and only did a hundo....   11:20 pm 02/20/13 East coast time, NO COINS
