Why do people keep asking me if my coupon code works??? I've said it doesn't about 10 times!!! Can you please look int my issues? I posted here on the 9th and sometime later was told I was added to the support queue but never heard anything after that.
I emailed you, like you asked, and you emailed me back saying I was in the support queue but never heard anything after that.
I then went to the contact page on the bitinstant page and filled out those forms, got a automated reply saying it would be looked into, and never heard anything back.
Can you please look into these?
I tried to send $250.00 directly to Bitstamp. (ZipZap already took its 3.95 and confirmed it sent you the rest)

Ok so my order from 4/12 was pushed through. However, I only recieved 3.70151298 Bitcoins on a cash amount of $476.257605 including fees. Without fees I paide 496.05.
Regardless, that is obv not the proper amount of bitcoins. Wondering if there is way to look up the specific price from when I made my order, at 2:21 Eastern Standard Time.
Anway, I went to bitinstant.com/contact to fill out the form again but it won't let me, saying that my quoteID has already been used. It was indeed used for the initial report to push through the transaction.
So, how do I request the proper amount of bitcoins?
Order ID # ? f2275a92-c99a-4be1-a106-3db4ddd1717f also, I do not want the bitcoins to go to the initial bitcoin address. I'm showing a transaction hit your address for 3.70151298 BTC. I ordered mine on Wednesday and nothing yet. Submitted a ticket on Thursday after I got payment confirmation emails from ZipZap but then my ticket only got a reply Friday evening asking for ZZ transaction ID. I promptly replied but so far no extra replies or deposits have been made.
If I knew it would take all these ages to be credited I'd have gone through the direct wire transfer instead, that would be cheaper and even faster, bypassing BitInstant and ZipZap and Ebanx and a bad/artificially inflated exchange rate that takes almost 10% comission altogether with all the fees.
