where did you get that order I.D.? I am 100% sure that  the payment hasnt gone through. and that that is the correct gox account.

I retrieved the order ID # from the previous posts included in all of your and my thread responses.  It does not list the same Gox # that you have given me.

I still have not received a reply from Quote ID# 838e5efb-d66f-4425-8c99-266eb0e5eee6. However, no funds have been removed from Dwolla for that transaction so I won't sweat it. I'll assume my 04/19/13 order has been cancelled by now.

However, my last transaction (Order ID# cae140dd-5bd1-46e2-b392-51c5acbcac7a) on 04/20/13 resulted in Dwolla debiting my account $2500 for deposit to BitInstant for direct Bitcoin purchase. Yet I haven't heard a word from your contact support explaining why I haven't received my bitcoins. Will someone at Bitinstant please explain why I've received nothing in return for my $2500?

count the number of deposits.  on one account you see 1, then a group of four. ont he other you see one, then a group of three. It should be a group of four.  We wired 8 transfers that day. one never went through.


I looked through the dollar amount and then found the moneygram receipt of the transaction that does NOT show on mt gox. Then i called moneygram, and they confirmed the transfer went through.

The zipzap account that does NOT show in my mt gox, is 754 049 468.
You say this one went through. butI don't have my money.

It has been 11 days ( Order -7777f1b5-98b7-4218-84c9-6456cc6707b2) , 7 days (Order - 71e41a1e-c998-42cc-9995-37d0fd084616and) and 7 days (never got order id only have zipzap payment confirmation/ acct- 722443728 ) since i have submitted trouble tickets for these orders and still no correction to my orders.

The amount in BTC provided to me was grossly inaccurate and even with fee's and %15 difference wasn't even close to what the market price was. I have attempted to contact via Facebook and email with no success.

i don't see how to fund btc-e with bitinstant though i find many references to the fact that this is possible.  is this something that will happen eventually, or, is it a matter of funds not being available on btc-e or what?

i don't see how to fund btc-e with bitinstant though i find many references to the fact that this is possible.  is this something that will happen eventually, or, is it a matter of funds not being available on btc-e or what?

I received .4 more BTC.  That gives me a price of $476.257605/(.4 + 3.70151298) = $116.117541825 per bitcoin.

I made this purchase on the april 12 2013.  04/12/2013.  at 1:35 PM Eastern Standard Time.  The MtGox chart uses UTC, which is 4 hours ahead, so it correlates with 18:35 MtGox time.  The purchase was processed by ZipZap at 2:21 EST, which is 19.21 UTC.  

Over this time, it was never near $116 per bitcoin.

The high for the 18:00 UTC hour was 89.7.  The high for the 19:00 hour was 95.89.

So, I am clearly still owed money.  You said earlier that the price was based on when the order was placed which would make the MAX price for me at $89.7 per BTC.  

$476.257605 / 89.7= 5.30944933 BTC
I have been paid 4.10151298 BTC.
So I am still owed, AT LEAST, 5.30944933 - 4.10151298 = 1.20793635 BTC

I really have no idea how the research team came up with the price it did.
