They are not even offering to help me anymore. Was I too abusive? What about when I was being nice and complacent? You offered to help but did nothing but ask me for more information. How much fucking information do you need? My ss#, bank account, passwords etc etc. Would that be getting close to being aenough info? Fuck! I gave you and order id,, I gave you copies of the several emails exchanged between me and bitinstant, I've pointed out that my issue was discussed in this very forum 200 pages ago and that a simple search would clearly show you that Charlie said he was going to fic my issue and then decided not too. It's been 6 fucking months of bullshit. 6 MoNTHS!!!!

I ordered mine on Wednesday and nothing yet. Submitted a ticket on Thursday after I got payment confirmation emails from ZipZap but then my ticket only got a reply Friday evening asking for ZZ transaction ID. I promptly replied but so far no extra replies or deposits have been made.
If I knew it would take all these ages to be credited I'd have gone through the direct wire transfer instead, that would be cheaper and even faster, bypassing BitInstant and ZipZap and Ebanx and a bad/artificially inflated exchange rate that takes almost 10% comission altogether with all the fees.

I am not BitInstant support but let me help Brazilians having troubles here:
1. The day you order the transaction you get 2 emails, one from ZipZap (A confirmação de Ordem CashPayment) and one from EBanx (Seu boleto para ZipZap Inc) your ZipZap 9 digit account # is on this first email from ZipZap.
2. The day they confirm payment (usually the following business day if you paid at Itaú itself, or one more business day if you paid from another bank) you get two other emails, one from ZipZap (Confirmação de pagamento CashPayment) and another from EBanx (Seu recibo de ZipZap Inc). This second email from EBanx has a 6 digit payment confirmation/receipt number which is NOT the ZipZap account # that they want.
They say that usually it can take 4-12h to get notified by ZipZap. Since ZipZap usually mails out the confirmations around 8-9AM Brazilian time, I'd suggest opening a ticket with BitInstant around 8PM of that payment confirmation day if your funds have not arrived. Mention all the required info on the contact form and DO NOT FORGET to add the ZipZap account # or they will delay another day or two the reply to ask you for that #. Only if they cannot locate the payment is that they will ask you for the Ebanx 6 digit confirmation #.

Are you seriously expecting me to make up the difference from my own pocket? I need the exact amount I gave your service, you are wasting my time and money.
I'm beyond livid right now, I cannot believe this.

Can you please look int my issues? I posted here on the 9th and sometime later was told I was added to the support queue but never heard anything after that.
I emailed you, like you asked, and you emailed me back saying I was in the support queue but never heard anything after that.
I then went to the contact page on the bitinstant page and filled out those forms, got a automated reply saying it would be looked into, and never heard anything back.
Can you please look into these?
