I won a 2.03btc progressive and didn't withdraw it immediately (my mistake).  When i go to login a couple of days later it says wrong password.  I didn't change it.  Something fishy is going on because 1. nobody but me & admins could have had my full length account key 2. nobody could have brute forced an 89 bit random password. There's no sign that I got hacked so the problem must be on their end.

As you can see from previous posts, the account of the person representing the casino (presumably the owner) has been permanently banned:

Since then, no one has come forward to speak on behalf of the casino. I'm afraid Bitcointalk isn't the best way to clarify this matter.

Of course, thanks for reporting this strange situation. I hope you can clarify this matter, because the amount is huge. However, you probably won't get any help here, as no one from this casino visits this place anymore.

That's a huge amount to keep lying in a casino. Casinos are not wallets  Otherwise I hope they are able to sort you out and you gain access to your account plus withdrawing your funds

My question is, did you try to secure it using 2FA? It's literally part of the welcome message.

I have a concern from a good friend about that comment about a possible scam.

It refers to that comment that he had won 2 btc and his account was blocked but in the end the administrator was responded to by the casino's telegram channel where the bet that he had won 2 btc but did not have enough funds to pay was verified and legalized, so he agreed to pay 0.17 btc every month for a year but until now he had not even canceled August and September

A bit of background on the jackpot, since you'd already spotted that the number didn't fit the current credit economics. You were right on that. This was a legacy jackpot: it accumulated under the previous operator, under the older (larger) credit denomination. When the casino changed hands and credits were rebased, that legacy pool wasn't recalculated to the new denomination, and because Craps sees very little play the discrepancy went unnoticed. "Legacy" here just means the prize predates the current operation and was carried over from the prior one rather than built up under today's credit sizes.

Because of that history, this payout is being funded separately from general casino funds - it's being handled as its own obligation rather than out of day-to-day operating balances or prize pools.

Having just checked your account I can see you have made four withdrawals already totalling 0.1705 BTC for August. Two of those (0.05 BTC each) were made to the previous address you had set, and the two remaining (0.05 BTC and 0.0205 BTC) to the alternate monthly address that you requested it be changed to.

I accept and understand that the timing around this should have been handled a lot better, but given the extensive communication with support via email it is a little disingenuous to portray the situation as something it is not. 1. Admin never replied to any of my emails or direct messages on telegram, contrary to his claims on the telegram channel.
2. Admin never unrestricted my account, contrary to his claims on the telegram channel.  It's still impossible to login, and it's still impossible for anybody but me or admin to have my full account ID so it didn't get hacked.
3. Admin claimed I requested to change the periodic withdrawal address, but I didn't.  The original address from the first 2 0.05 BTC withdrawals is the only address i've ever withdrawn to and it's still valid.   I have only received 0.1BTC (most of my deposit back) not the 0.1705 BTC that admin claimed.
4. Admin blocked me from posting to his telegram channel at the same time as he posted that long post explaining away my complaints, so I couldn't rebut his false claims there.  If his post were true there would be no need for him to block me.

As you said, you had successfully withdrawn your deposit of 0.1 BTC and which is the most important thing. Admin will not reply you again because the amount is big but you can move on since you were able to get back your deposit. And I don't think anyone here can help you because the representative is banned and no contact to him. I don't know how.much you have lost. If you are interested to pursue the case, you can sue them if you can get their addresses and contact information.
