i don't think now there is a time to fully dedicate your time to work for bitcoin i think the beset way is to have like side jobs with bitcoin and that way you will have extra income without risking your full time job the good thing is unemployed people could make some money doing jobs for bitcoin

Unless you have a service with pays you enough you can't just work in bitcoin. Most good jobs are taken or even more pay less. Meaning not enough to make a living.
It will ony change when bitcoin goes mainstream.

But bitcoin is in a mainstream today, if you have skills that you can sell or services then you can make it for a living but yeah youre right it is true that is not enough to make a living , you must have a lot of knowledge, skills and time to earn for a living in btc

LOl it is far from mainstream. How many people are in your mainstream 2?
There is no mainstream. Bitcoin is far from it. And to make it we as a community should do it.

Yes we as a community should make bitcoin grow and become mainstream. I also think there is a people that earn a lot on bitcoin, with knowledge and skill there is a way to make nice amount for a living.
I make on gambling nice amount every month. But it's not enough for living and it's risky.

Personally I've been doing a bit of everything with bitcoin to try to make a living. Trading/altcoin projects/local computer and bitcoin services/mining, all of that. In the long run, all of the tools I've acquired just from being a part of the cryptocurrency community have and will help me when my life is more stable.

If you live in a third world country( or china ) then it's possible to earn a living with btc since everything is cheaper.

You can earn a living in a first world country, but it's harder. You'll need a lot of effort to do that.

If you do alt coin mining at home I think you could make enough or near enough money to pay your bills or food for the month at least and use the rest of your salary for entertainment or vacations and such. I don't need Bitcoin to be my main job to enjoy life more  Wink

It's true.
In fact, if you live in USA or W. Europe, you have 2 options to Earn a living with bitcoin.
Either, you hold your bitcoin funds in the wallet and wait for price increase or you start some business with bitcoin.

A good hero member account could provide a poor family with a few dollars a day with hig signature campaign. It's a good idea for a third world country. China? not everything is cheaper. Of course you would have to factor in how good the poster's posts are and the signature campaign payout, but it could become a sustainable source of money for a poor person.

what do you mean by third world country, why in asia also the people can do living with the Bitcoin through earning Signature Campaign, take India fiat currency conversion if you are earning by signature payment monthly approximately 0.6 btc then you can leave your life smoothly normal man life.

If you're posting just for the sake of posting and your post quality is not good, you and all your accounts can easily get banned. He likely means that 1st world users have a lower chance of doing so

I earn a small amount for living with bitcoin from trading. Bigger volumes can play with in Bitcoin the bigger the rewards can be when trading is active. Right now am focusing on doing Bitcoin full time. Just got a few more things to pay off and get settled and then to quit my full time job. Take enough money from my work to put into Bitcoin and live off it working my own hours and being my own boss. Work life is crap and had enough of being bossed around time to change things for 2016 to get all things settled up and paid off and get back on track for early retirement and plenty of trips round the world.

What are you trading specificlly?

Earning a living with bitcoin is really possible but you must not rely here alone.

There are lots of financial opportunity you can do while at the same time doing your usual method in bitcoin.

Multiple financial earnings options are better than relying on one alone.

Totally agree with this. If you can have multiple source of income, why not do it? I cannot live on bitcoin alone but it is a great supplement on my income from my day job. And just a reminder, if you want to do multiple jobs, be sure you do it without sacrificing your health. Health is still more important than money.

That's exactly what i'm saying.... People living in Asia have a greater chance to earn a living with bitcoin.

Since everything is more expensive in a first world country, it's hard to live only with bitcoin (not impossible, but harder than asian / 3rd world countries )

You are right for earning a life one must have knowledge, skill and time to earn.
But sometimes we also need some money to start earning a living like if we have to start a business. but the intelligence is of high importance for earning.
So it does not matter that what the currency, either bitcoin or any other, you can earn your living.

There are plenty of jobs that don't require a specific skill set. If you contact support staff of some bitcoin related site you will see they got really not knowledge at all of what they are doing.
Most of the time we have to explain them what bicoin is.

Having a service which would give you enough coins to live on would be great.
However suppose the project fails then you need to find a job again. For me it's still to risky to depend solely on bitcoin,

A bitcoin service you mean? Like when your bitcoin carburetor fails and you need to readjust it and you take it to the service?

That's true, we can't rely on bitcoin as a way to earn for our daily living, and we never really know til when bitcoin will be alive,  and if something happen to bitcoin and we are all in, then it would be harder to find a job again, except if you are into business and you are the boss..

Well if you have a service which is successful and if for some reason Bitcoin project fails in future (although, I don't see it happening) then you can simply switch to other payment processors. The key is having a business which is not for bitcoiners only.

Exactly said. When we try to have a living with Bitcoin initially the long lasting of Bitcoin needs to be calculated, which makes further living prosperous.

you are right. earning a living with bitcoin for people whom belongs to third nation is more easy then US, UK and Canada.. people can live only for 30$ a month in those countries so making 30$ per month is very easy job. every one can make that much money.
