was wondering wen we retrace, lol

if your tempted to short, do not sell in the teens , even selling under 21k is  dangerous,
hodlin is safest option...unless u know what your doing

The price keep on moving up and what is the reason for it while rest of the coins are going down. Most of the time in the troll box i am hearing bad things about the coin and since i do not like to take much risks i exited from the coin when it crossed 10k sat,but it has increased 100% from where i left and i am not sure what makes them rally with really high volumes.

I have just bought some XRP again. I want to store it on the gatehub.net, Can we trust this wallet?  I find it hard to install a wallet for now as i'm on my phone and I don't want to install iOS.
tbh im not 100% sure now...
i have some XRP  there...havent tried to move it
lots say gd stuff...but recently others have said they have various issues...check reddit or some others here may tell you what they think if they have used it.

I'am using the Desktop Ripple Wallet 1.4.1 for OS X, you know how this wallet is ? For selling in the future or to transfer it to gate hub or kraken ?!

yup its heading back up again. From what I can see there is someone that's always trading with around 150k xrp buys and sells. he sells with it, buys with it, sells with it.... etc. He (or she) obviously wants to get back all those sells on the way up to a new high and then, Bang! one final dump to drop it and buy again, then they start the process again. Not sure if you can see that on Polo but has been the same person for months now.

I thought we normally see a massive drop if it was a DDOS. Interesting though as BTC hasn't changed on Bitstamp, still around 1700. Although ive noticed that Polo seems to have it around 70c more than bitstamps price.

It's funny, years ago people criticized Ripple being centralized and gave hands away from it, then we had marketcap 200M USD for ages and almost no-one invested in it and now when it's over 10B USD, everyone is buying like crazy to have some Ripples. Is there any wisdom around or people are just buying and selling in panic?

It's the herd mentality and the fear of missing out on good trades.  Sometimes you think that you know better and won't fall for the same tricks and market manipulation tactics the whales use, but in reality it's either you follow and make a little bit of profit if you're wise or reject it altogether but miss out on that opportunity.

You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't.  Grin

How is it faster? There is no confirmations?

Fee is lower because of all the chaos in bitcoin protocol now but that will be fixed within time.

Ripple governance is better because it's centralized.

From what I understand ripple doesn't have a decentralized ledger which an economic system can be built upon.

And also ripple hasn't even mined half of the total supply yet. To me it seems like ripple is being irrationally being pumped like crazy right now.

Could you tell me why banks have more acceptance for ripple than BTC?
