So Ferrari definitely doesn't want to win the world championship, at least that's what it looks like. For Verstappen it can't go any better, the world championship title will be handed to him on a silver platter, unlike last year. I can't imagine that Perez (who is currently performing rather poorly) or LecLerc will be able to close the considerable gap.

Currently the WSBK race is much fiercer than MotoGP although there is a slight difference in the number of points in the temporary standings after the WSBK race in the Czech Republic yesterday.
I see that Toprak has started to reduce the points gap with Rea and Bautista after winning the SP Race and Race 2, while at the time of Superpole and Race 1, Toprak was only able to finish second and now Toprak is only 38 points away from Bautista as the leader of the standings and 7 points from Rea is in second place in the standings. Max Verstappen = Pure Speed, Always in attack mode and very talented in passing, strategy, aggression, tire protection, extreme speed in the rain and tremendous vehicle control (You can watch 2016 brazil), he is also a leader. Ambitious and aggressive, dominant. He will always play for the 1st pilot and the championship. Being a dominant driver, retreating to the pit crew when necessary. We are watching the new Schumacher, you know. I would love to see him with Ferrari. I am sure that the majority of those who support Ferrari will want to see Max in Ferrari.

That would not be a bad idea to see him with Ferrari especially now that he has developed a huge experience in F1 despite him being only 24 years of age.He needs to win this title and another one and I am sure he will then be ready for any major team like Mercedes or Ferrari or McLaren if they come back to their glorious times.

The fact is though that when he won last Championship he said a clear message to the Redbull team let's do this for another 10 years to come so I think it will be difficult for him to move from Redbull if Redbull keeps offering him a winning car.

That would not be a bad idea to see him with Ferrari especially now that he has developed a huge experience in F1 despite him being only 24 years of age.He needs to win this title and another one and I am sure he will then be ready for any major team like Mercedes or Ferrari or McLaren if they come back to their glorious times.

The fact is though that when he won last Championship he said a clear message to the Redbull team let's do this for another 10 years to come so I think it will be difficult for him to move from Redbull if Redbull keeps offering him a winning car.

I don't see a single reason for Verstappen to switch at the moment, Mercedes already have their Hamilton successor, McLaren haven't had a car that could dominate for years and Ferrari is a separate issue, remember Kimi was the last world champion there, all the other big ones including double and quadruple world champions have failed miserably at Ferrari, why would Verstappen even begin to do that to himself?

Now that Porsche is also joining Red Bull, you have a traditional name on the car again. Maybe every great driver wants to become world champion with Ferrari, but only a few have really made it, which might also be a reason why Hamilton never switched to Ferrari.

It's not Binotto imho.  He's the brilliant guy in the team who made them a good, competitive car that can win races.  He was a chief technical officer before he was the team pricipal after all.  And I think he was part of the engineering team of Schumacher's days at Ferrari...  Not sure.

The guy who should be given the sack is their head of race strategy, whoever he is.  He's been making lots of bad calls for their team.  Maybe he's really working for Red Bull.  Lol.

Just found out that the KymiRing Moto Gp failed to beenforceable. I'm just saying that masala Homoglogation and conflict are the reasons why Dorna is racing there. In addition, after failing, I heard that KymiRing was also rumored to be bankrupt because it could not afford to pay debts that amounted to 9 billion.
The next series returns to The Inggris silverstone, after a long holiday of course the drivers are ready to show their best.  Next week, I can't wait to see it.

I don't know if Binotto had a role in this but one thing is certain that the team in general make really bad decisions this season. Leclerc is very frustrated about being in this much bad condition in the standings already now.

We watched it thinking that Ferrari would learn from its mistakes and make up for it in every new race. But most of the season is over. 80 points difference. It doesn't suit a team like Ferrari. Even other mid-level teams haven't been able to turn those opportunities into mistakes over the past years. If Ferrari's going to do anything, they have to either get rid of that pit wall or tweak it first. Leclerc has lost something like 32 points this year from his own mistakes. Ferrari cost him over 100 points (2 engine blast - 3 strategy crap).

Inaki Rueda - Red Bull fans should know names of their heroe's. He is responsible for all that bad calls Ferrari made. But Binotto is responsible too - he is team principal after all and he is responsible for everything what happens in his team.

A ton of stuff happened in the last 24 hours and I cant believe it. We knew that Vettel would be retiring and that was already a brand new thing, it wasn't a news for too long before we learn that Alonso is now taking his place. Vettel is younger than Alonso, but I guess they have different views about life, plus some may want more, and some may say enough and I get it.

On top of that Vettel was literally in the "retirement car" for a while now, if he was offered a chance at a big team then he wouldn't retire, Alonso is already in retirement car for sure, and I guess he will be just switching retirement plans and nothing more. Ferrari sure does a trick on people they can't let go even after a while.

There is only one real track that historically has favored Ducati and that is Catalunya where the straight is huge and the Ducati moto has the absolute top speed or at least used to have the top speed in MotoGP because it is some time that I don't follow MotoGP closely due to the lack of riders like Rossi,Biaggi,Lorenzo,Marquez which hopefully will be back and other legends that a couple of years ago made this sport really enjoyable to watch.

There are three very long straights in my opinion, the first is the Mugello Italia, the second is the Losail Qatar circuit and the third is the Finnish Kymiring (but unfortunately the Kymiring circuit has been canceled by Dorna due to certain problems) and Ducati always shows a lot of power in the two circuits I mentioned (Mugello and Losail) with a very extraordinary top speed. The racers who have become legends will not return to MotoGP unless Marquez has started to recover and seems to be ready to race again.

The fact that Ducati has won at a track like Assen which is not a favorite to Ducati having a lot of narrow turns and not that much speed either shows something,shows that Ducati is improving further.

Ducati has indeed been getting better over the last four years so that Ducati is always in the front row of competition to win the championship even though it always runs aground during the determination of the world champion. This week there will be another race at Silverstone England because the summer break is over, MotoGP is Back.

It has already decreased and quite a lot I would say.The fact that Verstappen is going with 80 points distance to his main rival for holidays says a lot.There are only 9 races to go to end this F1 season and Verstappen has the luxury of being DNF-meaning to crash or have power failures for three races and still be ahead of Leclerc even if Leclerc manages to win all these three races.This scenario though based on the performance of both drivers so far looks highly unlikely.

We can bet on Leclerc little money to win the Championship as his odd is really high now but most likely this would be lost money,so not worthy.I think betting on Verstappen to win this season makes a lot of sense despite him having a much lower odd.

Can't understand this move by Alonso at all, Renault (Alpine) has established itself as the fourth force in F1 and is taking a huge step backwards with the move to Aston Martin, is Stroll paying so well that Alonso wants to make another big splash? I'm curious but this change could make him regret the last years in Formula 1 and frustrate him, Alonso didn't exactly have a good hand with his 7 changes.

Yeah for me it is almost certain now that Verstappen will be the champion in this season too. Ferrari is just making way to many mistakes. You can not win a championship that way. Even though Mercedes made some impressive progress in the last few weeks, Ferrari is still a way ahead of them but they just don't manage to make that count in the race somehow.
I don't want to bash Ferrari to hard though. I mean just compare their performance this season with the one from last year. Now they have a competitive car again finally. Of course if you are risking a lot during the development of a new car you can not have such a high reliability. They really should try to stop doing those tactical mistakes though.

I think Alonso will get paid really well considering his age now.Of course he is one of the best drivers available,give him a well performing car and I am sure he can win races for example with Mercedes of this year,I am sure he would have won Hungary if he started first with Mercedes at the actual level.

The other reason I believe he choose Aston Martin is because the car can't be worse than this year for the next one,this year they missed completely as they tried to find a loophole in order to be the Brawn of 2009 but failed completely,for next year car I believe they will do much better and most probably this is the reason Alonso joined,he knows that Alpine cannot do much better than this so why not try something new for next year.

Yes, much fiercer but not popular as MotoGP. I don't see Also WBSK results on top google which means they need hard work to promote. About the race on Ceko, I just saw it at a glance on my local tv, maybe because I don't know much about the racer, so I ignore it. I just hear Toprak from you, and I a bit know about Alvaro Bautista where was on MotoGP with the Ducati team in 2018. In WBSK Bautista is a bit have achievement than Motogp, but still didn't yet a champion between 2019-2021. so, will he get in 2022?
