Personally, I don't think Vettel will resign from the resign, why would he do that so quickly? At Williams I think after the excellent performance at Monza N. de Vries will get a cockpit, as N. de Vries was mainly at Mercedes I don't think he will come to Alpine or a non Mercedes team, but there is probably only one cockpit left at Williams. But some seats are still available for 2023, here is a small overview.

Mick should find himself a place one way or another. I know that he hasn't been good on his first year, and that constant being last is a big deal, but he never really got a car that was half decent and that was his problem. Ferrari may not give him a chance, but removing him from Haas means that dude probably won't be in F1 and getting back into it is very tough, so he should be getting a place.

If Ferrari gave up on him, then he could move to Williams to race with Albon and I am sure he will be great there. Haas also hired back Giovanazzi, the Italian Jesus back. Which contradicts my point of coming back but dude didn't deserve it and this rarely happens for sure.

Not a big surprise, they already have the best car and a huge advantage, there is no point to spend much money.

I think that even if they do not do any upgrades they have still the best car,we saw that in the last race at Monza where Redbull was faster than Ferrari even with used medium tires so yes there is no point in spending more money for the development of the actual car.Most probably they are already working on next year car as I think compared to other teams they are behind because other teams like McLaren have started really early the development of the next year car and I believe also Mercedes to have done so,so in this aspect Redbull needs to catch up.

Right now both Hamilton and Russell are equivalent because compared to last time Russell got an upgrade to his car and Hamilton got somewhat of a downgrade to his car.
Thus, I believe that this year's races are going to be quite intense as Mercedes has been the best amongst the lot for a long time, so it was quite hard for others to compete with Hamilton's speed due to the fact that he had the fastest car in the field in the past. However, right now as he got some out of a down way to his car the playing field is going to be level.

I just think Mercedes has pretty much finished with this season (Wolf once said that this year's car is not going into the museum but into the basement) and i think they now trying different things on this year's car for the development of next year's car, so there is a lot of different testing on both cars. It is also quite certain that Mercedes will finish 3rd in the Constructors' World Championship this year, so they can already work at full speed on next year's car.

I think this could be a viable option for both of them because I think that it's OK to test out different things so that they can make the right changes in the long run. As both companies are trying out different things I think they should be let to do as they wish. Moreover, you are also correct that Mercedes will finish third and as it's quite obvious for them I think them trying out new things is the best they can do right now.

Yes, you are right RBR had the best car by a far shot, and it doesn't make sense if they spent on their car.  I think their car is quite balanced and I believe that as long as something works it should not be changed because spending extra right now would be a waste of money for them in my opinion.  let's see what the future holds for them.

Marc Marquez will be racing again in MotoGP this week in Aragon where he had a fierce fight with Pecco Bagnaia last season despite not winning, but it looks like a really great fight because if only Marc Marquez didn't make a mistake, maybe he can fight for win to the finish line. But for this year I still have doubts about the Marc Marquez fight in Aragon because he has just returned after the official test at Misano and two days ago he had the green light to return to the race track in the AragonGP series.

Teams deciding on the next season already is a good decision and probably the updates they have this year were all decided long time ago, which is why I am not shocked to learn that they are going to end up working on the next years car.

It's normal because we are seeing these clubs seeing the difference RBR has and that means we are going to see Max win and RBR win at the end of the season and clubs know about it and racers known about it and it's much more important to focus on the next years car going into half way into the season already. If they can make something work and have a better car then we are going to be see them much better and maybe a competition to Max next year, because they can't be this year.

Max Verstappen is in fact already champion. Even in theory it couldn't go wrong, unless he crashed and couldn't drive for the rest of the season. Something to think about for next season. Do we want another season just like this? It all started nice and nice when Leclerc won a few races in the beginning, but after that it was over. I don't think it's because of Leclerc, but that Ferrari's car wasn't good enough. If Leclerc had driven the RedBull it would have been a lot more fun. This is a memorable season in particular for Hamilton, he has not yet won a grand prix and he has not even been allowed to dream about the world title.

None of us would like to watch a season that ends very early of course. We all have favourite drivers in this sport but honestly I don't want to see any pure dominance by my favourite one. I just love to watch a high competition until the end of a season. This makes F1 more interesting and attracting for even people who had no relation to this sport before.

For example, I also enjoyed the previous season very much because Hamilton didn't let Verstappen get a very comfortable championship. The champion was determined after the last race which was the kind of competition we missed so much. There won't be such thing happening this season maybe but I hope next season will be different. Because Mercedes are improving already now and their main focus is to be the champion next season. Ferrari will hopefully be back with a better crew or they will solve their issues to prevent silly mistakes. Therefore we might be likely to watch a wonderful competition among even more than two drivers for the championship. 

It would be enough for me not to see a single driver dominating that season though.

There are still some rumours linking Vettel with Alpine for 2023 season. It would be lovely to watch him driving a faster car after struggling with Aston Martin most of the time. However I don't think that Vettel is thinking of changing his mind seriously about retiring at the end of the season. Besides I believe that he should be a part of a team that are fighting for the championship even if he continues in F1. Maybe he can't be the main driver of such team now but he would still do a good job as the second driver.

Mercedes were linked with him some time ago to fill Hamilton's place when Hamilton decides to quit F1. Maybe this could happen in the future even if Vettel retires. But they would need to make a big effort to convince him to return to this sport again.    I wonder if they would make a good duo with Russell also.

So yeah, I hope he gets his drive at some F1 team next season.  And if he does well, he could replace Hamilton when he retires.  Now Toto Wolff has his own flying Dutchman.

Williams are doing the right thing by getting rid of Latifi as soon as possible.    He is really the worst driver on the grid at the moment. I don't have any idea about how much he's cost to the team so far after all those accidents. He doesn't deserve to be a part of F1 but money talks of course.

Anyway, Nyck De Vries should be taken into account indeed. He is a talented driver who can do a pretty good job in F1 and his performance in Monza GP was like a sneak peek for this. However he is a part of Alpine's test at the same time as they are targeting to determine their new driver. I assume that De Vries would be more eager to drive a faster car next season. But his responsibilities will be bigger at the same time which he should already be aware of.

^  But isn't De Vries really a Mercedes reserve driver who's allowed to work with other teams and where his services are wanted?  I'm not sure how drivers and teams work that out in F1.  If there are signed contracts behind these or do they have clauses behind them or if it's just an agreement between teams but the drivers are free to take a better gig if it's available.  Maybe coinlocket$ could enlighten us.

But yeah, the Williams team has recently given us a preview for another driver who could possibly racing for podiums one day.

I don't remember the odds being so low to win a race like Verstappen has with 1.40
It seems to be the man to beat, but his winning streak will also come to an end. It also doesn't always have to be his own fault if he crashes or falls out. 1.40 seems very low to me, maybe you can bet on that Verstappen will not win the race. Lots of crazy things can happen. Saturday FP3 and FP4 and qualifying will start for all the riders who will compete on Sunday, let's see how Marc Marquez is after that, whether he will get a good position or just complete the top ten for the starting position.

Verstappen has a really low odd indeed after starting to win like in every race. I would rather bet on Leclerc and try my lucky with a 5.00 odd.    Hamilton's insane lap in Singapore GP qualifying session is like everywhere and it is really hard not to admire. I wonder if we will see even a better work by Verstappen with this very quick car. It's obvious that this GP is another easy one for Verstappen unless he has some problems with the car. It's too hard for Leclerc to keep up with him with his current car. But maybe he might have an opportunity somehow to benefit from this time. This would increase the competition level a little also as things have been really boring lately.

He also looks crazy only left 0.3 seconds from Jorge Martin on the first day, this shows us he still has spirit and is not stiff on shift handle even long time on the track. So we don't have a surprise if have the podium next.

To get on the podium seems to be a bit difficult for Marc Marquez even though he really likes and masters the layout of the Aragon circuit, but considering he has just returned after being absent from racing for three months makes it a little difficult to get on the podium because this season no podium has been achieved by Marc Marquez.
And it will certainly be a great surprise if Marc Marquez is able to grab his first podium of the season at Aragon on Sunday.

There are new rumours regarding Nyck de Vries and Pierre Gasly.

After being in talks with a couple of teams it looks like Nyck de Vries is close to sign for AlphaTauri now. He is expected to replace Gasly in this case which is even more interesting. Because I wasn't expecting Gasly to be out of Red Bull programme completely. I thought that he would fight for a seat at Red Bull again. In addition, Gasly is the biggest candidate to have the available seat at Alpine in case AlphaTauri announce Nyck de Vries officially. Honestly I would rather replace Tsunoda instead of Gasly. Because I don't think that he has a bigger talent than Gasly. Gasly has been more successful than him in this season also.
