Is there a way to determine the number of people who are actually using Bitcoin till date? Who would have access to such information? Meaning a way to find out, how many new people have used Bitcoin in 2016 , so that we can say exponential growth is natural not artificially created by hoarders.

I think it will never detec the number of people using Bitcoin but one thing for sure is that the users are rapidly increase.Like in my country I can't determine who use bitcoins and how many use it.Bitcoin in my country is not very popular and there is no store accept Bitcoin as mode of payment.But the important is we know that the demand of Bitcoin is increasing.

This is like asking a question similar to on asking you how many water are there in the world. For me what only I can say is that there are more and more people that are now encourage to use bitcoin which only means that in each every day the numbers are increasing. But we should also admit that in each every day the users also decrease due to their different reasons. I can say that their reasons can be, they loss their interest in bitcoin, they get loss their money instead of getting profit and maybe the shift to other coins or crypt currencies.

we can not count the bitcoin users in the world because today's bitcoin is pretty much known in the world here that people are paying bitcoin because it's easy to earn it so I can say the countless bitcoiners

No one here have that idea, no one on this forum can tell you the exact number of people who are using bitcoin one reason is that the number of people are increasing each day and that adoption rate is much faster,But I'm sure that the number of Bitcoin users is growing nowadays.

I think it is hard for us to determine the number of users of bitcoine using our current technology. It is very hard for the reason of decentralisation of bitcoin and it is very hard to track the number of users and it will take a lot of time. In addition,  there are many users who have multiple accounts, and the only way to count is tracking of IP address and again, it will take q lot of time and effort to do this.

Interesting question. I'm pretty sure that there are various crypto "scanners" around the internet, but no one knows for sure how accurate they are. People use different services to purchase and trade with BTC, and this makes the whole process of calculating the actual number of BTC users - very hard to determine. Also let's not forget that many users get into Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because of privacy/anonymity reasons.

We cant tell how many actual numbers of bitcoins users are, but just imagine in a world where there is only bitcoin currency and no other currency like Fiat or alt coins.So there are many out there who are using bitcoin just want to benefit only, so they do not seek out other things in order to be closer to and more about bitcoin bitcoin

It is impossible to accurately count the number of people using bitcoin because there is no system that manages the number of participants in the bitcoin world if there is a clear declaration that if someone is involved in bitcoin then we will have children. more accurate

Yes, we can not currently know exactly who uses the bitcoin, but the reality is that many people nowadays use it and see it as the most stable source of financing and economic resources. In future I believe bitcoin will flourish and spread stronger.

There is no control over this with the number of actual people who buy or invest in bitcoin. But i guess it could be good also if there are numbers of people noted so that we could possibly trace or speculate more on the following bitcoin market price movement. Anyway i know it is possible as what other members said in their comment but how i wish also that there could be another way somehow. If only there are admins here that would like to make a study and post it here in the forum. I hope they will get an idea like this.

We can't determine how many people who are using bitcoin.Many New people who start joining Bitcoin. But its hard to compute how many we are all because theres a people who use many account to we cant determine it but hopefully we see how many people who start using and believing bitcoin.Bitcoin users is unpredictable

The actual number of bitcoin users cant be known becasue the limit of the bitcoins is not reached yet you know if we reach the bitcoin limit

I think we can never know how many people are using bitcoin. Because many people connect with Bitcoin every day and use Bitcoin. So how many people are using Bitcoin. It is very difficult to tell.

one just can know the number of the address which holding btc,but cannot know the number of actual users because one person may own many btc addresses.

It is very hard to predict that as there are lots of people using more than one wallet and bitcoin provides anonymity to it's users making it hard to trace back to the user. Governments around the world has realized that bitcoin and block chain has a part to play for the future and this is why we see Russia turning back from it's anti bitcoin view and China declaring bitcoin is people's right!

IMHO, bitcoin is here to stay and will enjoy the support of it's loyal followers. There is no doubt about that.

there are many people in the world that using bitcoin, we know that there are people that use bitcoin for investing and half for trading to get some profit, i dont know how many people that using bitcoin, in my country there are small amount of people that use bitcoin, because of my country is not update with new tech i think the people in here is not know about bitcoin

The actual number of bitcoin users are very huge , actually the actual number of it is the same number of users in crypto , why did I say that? , Bitcoin is the mother of all crypto token , it is their foundation , so if bitcoin's price goes down , the other crypto will go down too because they are all based on bitcoin . So with that statement I think all crypto users can be count as  people who uses bitcoin because all cryptos are under the bitcoin.

Use it? I don't think Bitcoin is used to use it.. I think his value is preservation or appreciation. Except for some illegal purposes.
