Who knows, maybe an average of 100 new users, appear every day, but that's just a guess. The number may be lower or higher but it would be very difficult to specify.
Even we can't predict any numbers because bitcoin is global currency, even many under developed countries are also using bitcoin for their countries growth. But it cannot be traceable who is buying and who is selling. Daily millions and millions are transaction are being happened, so it is impossible to find actual number. Yup we can just one number, but we are not sure it is correct or not. But we can give one just Avg numbers based on some sources. And if we get all source also it is hard to find how many people are using bitcoin. If we get a chance to track all bitcoin transaction, then it may be possible to find how many people are using bitcoin per day.

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I think we have to forget about this since it's clear that we will never be able to find out how many people are really using Bitcoin. Great thing about the current transaction volume is that it shows growth and that for me is the most important bit of information I get from it.

That's impossible to know the right number or the actual number of people who use bitcoin around the world. Because the number of bitcoin community increase day by day. Maybe we can do some statistics in 2016, but i think It's not accurate. Maybe china have a lot of bitcoin members around the world due to the large community there.

I agree with you. Yes, there may be some statistics in our around, there a way to determine but that's not guaranteed that it's accurate. It's quite impossible to tell the accurate number of people using bitcoins right now.

Is there a way to determine the number of people who are actually using Bitcoin till date? Who would have access to such information? Meaning a way to find out, how many new people have used Bitcoin in 2016 , so that we can say exponential growth is natural not artificially created by hoarders.
I think there is no way to determine this. there is nothing that can determine the actual growth accurately but i bet you there is increasing growth of people because of rising price. That's right dude, it is impossible to trace the actual number of bitcoin users, although bitcoin is pseudo anonymous but still untraceable. And its hard to calculate the actual numbers of the user, especially everyday there is new comer signing up in the forum just to try to invest bitcoin together with the some whale investor in this field of industry.

Great thing about the current transaction volume is that it shows growth and that for me is the most important bit of information I get from it Even this is not certain Many transactions nowadays are made in-house, i.e. offchain and thus we will never see them appearing on the blockchain. There are quite a few ways how it can be done (and likely a lot more than I know about). Sending bitcoins from one web wallet client to another of the same wallet is the most obvious example of this kind but offchain transactions are certainly not limited to these. Another option, for example, is using exchange codes which allow to quickly and effortlessly move bitcoins between different exchanges by either using special services (called exchangers) or directly between two users. If Lightning Network gets introduced eventually we may see even less transactions hitting the blockchain

It is very hard to find the actual number of people using bitcoin because many people are using different types of wallets, even myself had more than 10 wallets where i am doing daily transactions with those address. Like me many people are doing their daily transactions with their multiple wallsts,so it is very hard to find actual number of people using bitcoins.

Theres no accurate answer for this one since we dont know how many people do use bitcoin all transaction and wallet address doesnt belong in each person since there are people do have many wallet addresses which means its really hard to determine.
of course there is no accurate method to calculate the actual total bitcoin users. because it has been explained that the anonymous bitcoin and decentralization. so users must understand that there is no method to calculate the number users of bitcoin

I think is way more than that. Bitcoins price are now over $1000 which are being the attraction of many people these days. I think it is In 5 to 6 million. Bitcoin is pretty popular in America, it is even used to buy waffles, which is really.great.

I don't think you can really measure the number of people using bitcoin accurately at any time because bitcoin is free to sign up and doesn't need any ID, and is mostly anonymous. You can measure the number of used addresses, but a person or organization can have multiple addresses.

I think that in order to determine the number of people who actually use Bitcoin until now was not possible. Bitcoin is freedom, no one controls it, so I also think that no one has access to such information. You can track the number of daily transactions Bitcoin or account to estimate the number of people using Bitcoin, but this way is also not feasible. One day there may be hundreds of Bitcoin transactions, and each person can have many different accounts. I do not know for sure how many people use Bitcoin calculated at the moment but I can estimate that there are approximately 1/5 of the population of my country know to Bitcoin. Bitcoin is still growing strongly, I believe that someday everyone in the world will know Bitcoin and use it.

yes that is difficult to find out the actual number of bitcoin users and i think we do not need to find it, i think that is enough to know that the number of bitcoin users are increasing continuously. because he demand of bitcoin is also increasing too much and people are entering in the world of bitcoin.

I'm sorry but this can't be quantified as it isn't possible to determine the number of wallets and the number of duplicate wallets opened so all we can do is to give a guess and that is no way close to "actual number of people using Bitcoin" what you're looking for (actual).

I think I can agree that bitcoin price is increasing because many people that are using bitcoin is increasing ,actually we cant know if how many people is using bitcoin even on a percentage. Even here in the forum we cant say that one account per one peron , We know that most of us here in the forum have alt accounts. Si we cant count the actual numbers of using bitcoin here in this forum.

At the beginning of 2016 most of people were teenagers who were earning bitcoins. But now the big whales have come into picture when they saw a lot of potential in bitcoins and world is running on bitcoins in most of the countries. Its no wonder that one day will come when there will be only currency and that will be BITCOINS.

Bitcoin is pretty popular in America, it is even used to buy waffles, which is really.great. It cannot be a lot more than half a million active Bitcoin users Bitcoin is rising so fast not because its user base expands exponentially (though it does certainly expand) but mainly because people are hoarding bitcoins and waiting for higher prices (or just waiting). People who have money that they want to invest in something profitable had learned about Bitcoin long ago, so it is highly unlikely that the number of Bitcoin users has started to quickly grow right now. The price hike looks more like purely a game of supply and demand, with the skew on the supply side shrinking (i.e. not so much about demand expanding)

Is there a way to determine the number of people who are actually using Bitcoin till date? Who would have access to such information? Meaning a way to find out, how many new people have used Bitcoin in 2016 , so that we can say exponential growth is natural not artificially created by hoarders.
Even up to now, I am wondered why many of here are getting curious of how many number of members that we had it now. It is very obvious that we are almost all around the world I think we are estimated more than 1 million I think, but not sure it can be more than that count. For daily coming in here.
