If you receive a salary in bitcoin, for what then live? In today's world still go paper money.
If i can receive bitcoin as a salary then i would mind to accept it, it is much important to accept bitcoin than paper wallet i can use it to manage some business in internet like trading , investing and many more activities that we can use to grow that money im willing to take the risk to grow that bitcoin and money for future.

If the work you did is something related to bitcoin, then it is easy to accept bitcoin as payment for what you did. But if it as salary for your day job, it might be hard because of the nature of bitcoin to fluctuate every now and then. Plus if you have to convert it to fiat, there are charges and the rates for buying and selling is different. For me, it is still better to receive my salary in fiat and just use that to buy or trade bitcoins.

Since we are going to the new technology era and this is going to be a yes for me and I will going to accept my salary as bitcoin. Even though there are only few stores here in my country that accepts bitcoin. But this is going to be an investment for the future already. And it is not a problem to me if ever I need cash, I will just withdraw it.

I wouldn't either. Because I would then have to convert it into fiat if I wanted to buy anything and to pay my bills. It wouldn't be practical for a lot of people in the world as not many companies accept Bitcoin.

I think there is no problem if we will receive our salary in bitcoin and we are not worry about the conversion rate because it is easy for us to convert that amount in any bank when supported by our local exchange.

Yes Part is a really good option and if i am getting 25% of my salary in bitcoins and rest in fiat then that would be excellent for me because i dont have to pay exchange fee to buy bitcoins or rather sell bitcoins because i am directly getting those in the salary. But whole income in bitcoin cannot be accepted.

Conversion from bitcoin to fiat is not a problem, the problem is sometimes the price drops and when that time you need to buy something with fiat, then the value of your money is lower. Compared to when you accept your money as fiat you can maximize the use of it and you can make your own perfect timing to buy bitcoin with it.

That is not a problem at all. Suppose that you get paid 100$ every Sunday. Right before you receive your money, go to your wallet and keep an eye until it says "Receiving". When you finally received the money, convert it into fiat. Your company will send you 100$ worth of Bitcoin so when you convert it right after receiving it, you'll get ~100$ as well.

To be honest, I don't understand why a lot of people has a problem with the inflation and deflation of Bitcoin when in fact they could play with it and make extra money out of it.

It can be given as an option. I think smart employees would opt for it.

WHY?
Bitcoin is so volatile so calculated risks can be taken and it will give profit. And there's not tax to hold btc; not yet. Though US has announced bitcoins as an asset, in many countries, btc is not being regulated yet. So you will have benefit of saving btc. Convert what you need to spend will save you lot.

if he's really an economic man then a transaction fee + exchanging fee really matter, exchanging bitcoin to money is sure an easy thing but when it comes to fee, even only a dollar of bunch of money, people will turn out to be stingy

And if you lived in my country, you would see that there is no way to exchange your cash to bitcoin neither bitcoin to cash because no bank support bitcoin here. I do want to receive my salary but as you see, due to that problem, i have to change my mind. I hope that in the future, Bank will support bitcoin

To be honest I would never accept Bitcoin as an salary because the Bitcoin is not stable so that means that the price changes and if the value of the Bitcoin changes then your salary is also going to change.
I think that it is not handy in that way.

You might be right only if you do not have any plan of buying bitcoins.
Instead of getting your salary and then buying some bitcoins with your money, getting some portion of your salary in bitcoin must be right idea as it will save some time and transaction fees too. But I'm not sure getting partial salary in bitcoin will be the option available with all employers.

No company will prefer to pay their employees in two different ways, it will surely waste lot of time and even not all companies will prefer to pay in bitcoins as even they need to be aware about bitcoins first.

I would not accept bitcoin as my salary cause bitcoin does not have such a stable price yet so if I would receive my salary and bitcoin would drop in value then my monthly salary could potentially drop by 10% after just receiving it and that's just too big of a risk for me to take.

Not only that, but from the many employees that they have, there will only be 1 person willing to accept a part of his salary in Bitcoin. Do people seriously think companies will waste their time on just one person? Surely not.

Exactly and I am sure not all employees would be aware about bitcoins, very few of them would be aware about it and may be even they will not accept salary in bitcoins due to the fact that price is too volatile.

i would... you just need to learn a little about trading to make more of your salary, so if you have received 1 bitcoin as payment, wait a little pump and sell above the price when you were paid.
As i dont have much experience in the trading to i will not gonna recieve and accept my salary in bitcoins because that would make managing the money very difficult because every time i recieve my salary the bitcoin price will be different.
Ya never do that if you don't have experience in the trade. because I've experienced it and I thus losing a lot of money. but after all of that experience, I finally was able to get a lot of money from the trade. but still will not accept a salary with bitcoin, if real job better receive salary with fiat and if you want in salary with bitcoin I must work from bitcoin.

Trading is a harsh world. One tick it is going good and another tick it is going south. If you do not have the guts to trade you will be panic selling and you will be at loss all the time.

that's what I experienced while still a newbie in trading. but of course everyone will turn for the better when it's been getting a lot of experience. so the longer the people doing the trading, they will be experts and when the experts you need not worry, at least you can get better results from trade.
