Can someone help me???  I'm trying to purchase ETC.  I have gone into Poloniex and tried to buy ETH it will not give me an address...It just shows Generating...I never get my address.  It's just stuck...I can click on others and they pop right up.  Please be kind..I'm an old lady...and have only been in this world for about 6 months! Thank you for any help!

Sometimes happens to me too, but when i resfresh the page with F5 it usually fixes it for me.

Yes...I have to move it from Coinbase (ETH) over to Poloniex ETH and then from ETH to ETC...
When trying to move from Coinbase ETH to Poloniex... I click on "deposit" ETH in poloniex and that's when I get Generating.  I have clicked refresh but doesn't do anything.  I will try with the F5 key.  Thank you!

So we don't have any hard reason at this moment for the price to go up or

There must be multiple factors moving ETC's price.
It lost quite a lot of value compared to ETH in the last few months, time to recover. ETC summit coming monday, EthereumCommonwealth projects are also in progress, there was the parity stuff on ETH this week... BCH rise as a fork can also help ETC which is a fork as well. oh okay, hope that resolves your issue, maybe clearing browser cache or cookies could help, but usually f5 does the trick, i just tested and everything works fine for me

Happened with most altcoins... Bitcoin jumped from $5000 to $6000. Ethereum down from 0.055 BTC to 0.045 BTC.

But we'll see the new ATH's soon!

I was surprised with the rise of ETC, although almost other all altcoin price now down, because people buy BCH but ETC can rise significant. I hope sooner or later ETC price can reach at least a half of ETH price

BCH has updated its maximum, then and ETC will update too, wait 25-30 soon

Right now the new information about ethereum classic are just it, maybe you can takes it  they are pleased to share that Tom Lee (fundstrat) will be moderating the ETC Summit Panel: 'Minting Money with Megawatts: ETC Mining'! Exactly people are kept waiting for that price many days, I think it will take some more time to recover ATH. Till now nobody what news makes Bitcoin price dropping. Still, many people don't understand BCC pumps to buy cheap Bitcoins.

BCH returned to the 10% of the price of BTC therefore ETC needs to return to 10% of the price ETH
