Are you talking about https://www.expanse.tech/ tell to developers team the website is slow respond  i don't find the great developers of team on there and the capitalization of marketcap is not too high be compared with ethereum classic ETC https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/expanse/ it is like another alternative coins i am not sure will many community support this blockchain because of the hard fork Byzantium ethereum, so please give us more reasons why EXP is better than ethereum classic ETC, if you want EXP to be sucessfull first must be done pump it until top 10 on coinmarketcap.
