Hi everyone. I'm Eric, but you can call me trainhappy. I run a web host(yes, we accept bitcoins). Besides for running a web host, I am also a php programmer, and am a big fan of open source.

Hello all together,

I'm from Berlin and 19. I have been following this forum for a couple of months and now for the first time I think I need to to post something instead of just reading. Originally I planned to post in the altchain's section regarding ppcoin, which I'm more interested in than in Bitcoin. Sadly I'm stuck in the newbie section for now Tongue

With best regards,

Hi,

I'm Nilquader and i've just started playing around with bitcoin and mining. As I don't have one of these great ATI graphics card I'm trying to get some code running on my FPGA board. I know that it won't reach the performance of these high-end graphics boards but it should be enough to play around and learn

Hey everyone,

I go by the name Lucifer because I like to look in the dark places to find the hidden truth behind things. Just found out about bitcoin a few weeks ago. I put $100 CAD into the Canadian VirtEx system yesterday so I could start playing around with it. I'm not into mining at this point and probably won't be getting involved in that aspect.

Glad to be here!

I really want to buy some coin, as in bitcoin.  I have 1000$ ready to throw into this awesome new currency.  I do though HATE the runaround it takes to buy any.  I haven't found a site yet that is easy to use at all.  Pain in the arse if I do say so myself.  I need a couple hints to make it easier so I can get started.  Any pointers?    Huh

Hi Everyone,

I'm JAddy. Just started learning about bitcoins. Got my wallet today and thought I'd sign up to the forum while I'm waiting to synchronise with the network.
