There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I am completely obsessed by this whole bit coin thing!
Me too. I'm supposed to be running a fishing company, but the last few days events with bitcoin have had me riveted to my computer. I think my circulation has stopped from sitting here so long.
I might start an exchange web site for Australians

I just started to play with bitcoin recently. I would like to learn more about its usage a protocols and especially the mining process.

I was little surprised to find that I could not reply to any of the posts or create new threads. What is the requirement to be able to post to the rest of the forum?

Thanks!

I love bitcoins with a passion, and am currently doing my due diligence on validating a business centered around the things.

Hi I've just started using the bitcoin client, i'm a fan of max kieser and am starting to get interested in bitcoin, appreciate any info on the following questions
1 - is their any way to get a daily email with spot rate on bitcoin
2 - for semi-large purchases, what do the experienced bitcoiners recommend?
3 - Are there companies that are rated over others?

Hi, im new too.
i researched bitcoin a while back, then the price was 4.50 a piece. should have bought in but had trouble understanding the ease of use, how to buy them, etc.
now im picking back up and trying to find more practical applications, and how to integrate bitcoin payment processing into my own/my clients ecommerce sites and wondering if this would be a good idea.
my main question , is i see an option to pay via redeemable code.. how do you get a redeemable code, can i buy one from a credit card and then use it towards the purchase of bitcoin?
im still a lil shakey and slow to catch on.
