I'm Lorna. I'm a model and photographer. I live in South Wales UK and run a website, two businesses and a family. My programmer introduced me to this new currency. I'm game so I added a "join with bitcoin" option to my site. If anyone has a comment about the way the button works or if there's something I can improve love to know I do not know how much you care or not, but one of your affiliates had a forced window take me to Webring.org If you want to get Bitcoin customers, I highly suggest having a visible Bitcoin logo somewhere on that front page. I would argue a good time right now is to put things next to the Twitter, Facebook, other social sites (not just you, but all non e-commerce sites). Seeing as how you are kind of e-commerce, you really should have that icon/logo in at least two spots. I understand you would think "eh.. I want to take Bitcoin, but I do not want to support it".. but I would go the route of having that as a focal point for a couple of weeks or a month. Have it in the site prominent, I almost guarantee if you give it a little bit of time, the right people who are into Bitcoin will take notice and support. Good luck, you look amazing

I think this is post # 3?
I dislike Newbie status.
I really dislike the spammers/trolls who made it necessary.

My turn-
I've got a couple of rigs hooked up on BTCGuild and have been enjoying bitcoins for a while.
Whole MTgox thing outrages me. My password didn't get hacked, but the hash and salt are floating around out there. Not cool. I hate spam, and want to personally tell everyone that sent me their tradehill link to go fuck themselves. <3
Any questions?

I guess I'll take a stab at this.
Hey all,
Friend introduced me to the concept of BitCoin and after reading through the forums a bit, decided to give it a try. I've got a pair of rigs hooked up to BTCGuild and Slush's pool. I may not be getting a huge return in coins but I'm having fun with the concept and looking to experiment more with it.

Hi, I'm CJP(*), and my personal mission is to develop an anonymous electronic POS payment system.
I initially rejected Bitcoin (about a year ago) because I didn't consider its pseudonymity good enough, but it turned out that the system designed by me had the same problem, and I now consider it inevitable in electronic payment systems. The work-around anonymizing service I invented for my own system also applies to Bitcoin, and I've seen it is already being offered for Bitcoin.
I believe the number of users is essential for the health of any payment system, and when I saw Bitcoin pop up in the semi-mainstream media, I knew I had to embrace this technology. So, here I am!
(*) No that's not how my parents named me, but who cares?

HI Ive been lurking here for a week now. I heard Bitcoins being mentioned on the radio and they sparked my interest.
I like the idea and I have a very good feeling about investing in them.
I do not like how hard it is to purchase them though.
I found someone on here willing to sell some for a CAD e-interact transfer, which is exactly what I want to do.
Unfortunately I can not PM him or respond to his thread because of these newbie rules....
Any help would be appreciated...
Thanks

Hi all. This is my #1 post in the forum. I have learned about bitcoin about a week ago and found the whole concept of P2P currency fascinating. I would be happy if people can donate small amounts so that i can get started. My address is 1DnDsZKNPL3VumSMCxxVPYjGt5Trkbchdz . Thanks in advance. I have got 0.001 BTC from freebitcoin.appspot.com faucet. But that didnt help me much.

I'm getting into bitcoins for purely selfish reasons.
I'm hoping I can jump on this wagon early enough that maybe one day i can afford to retire and send my kids to college.
The way things are looking for me right now I don't see it happening.
Maybe this will be the ticket!

Hey all well second post for me \o/ .
Just got into bitcoins cos an eve-online mate suggested looking into it.
Love the whole idea of bitcoin mainly because I hate the banks and anyone else really who treats me a slave and thinks its ok to do so ...UK Gov yea im looking at you.
Sadly my eyes had been closed for such a long time I was even one of the oppresors im ashamed to say.
Well its not to late for me I recon so will do my part to help bitcoin in my own little way.
Started a company in blighty that might beable to help some of you hardcore miners ( PV installer, Just fitting 3.1kwp to my roof next month mahaha let the mining comence) once im stable I'm considering accepting payment in bitcoins for the smaller systems but anyway thats for another thread.
Well thats me and from my epic bad posting you prob guessed that im dyslexic as hell. DOnt like my spelling mistakes well soz I dont have the same kinda brain as you and so busy dont have time for spellcheckin.
Anway Cool to be here and I shall do my part.

Not too much about myself except I have had a pretty bad experience with bitcoinexchange.cc I would like to post under his topic as I understand it is the only way to get responses. Alas, as a newb I can not yet post. I wonder how many others would leave bad feedback for him only to be discouraged by the difficulty in registering on the forums.
ExchangeNothing, I have been in contact with you via e-mail and via PM. Your WU got reversed and I am sending it again.

Hey Guys, I was introduced to bitcoin just recently - I am a graphic designer so I tought people would like to have stuff with bitcoin designs on it. So I just started a website, where I'm selling T-Shirts and Mugs directly for bitcoins. You don't need to e-mail me or use skype etc to make a transaction, so it's really easy and fun, check it out: http://www.bitdenari.comThe site is new and I don't have too much up yet, but I'm open to suggestions and I can make custom products too if you contact me Cheers, Youdith
