I loathe newbie restrictions, but I suppose I loathe spam more. I'm whitslack, Free Stater, computer programmer, Bitcoin hobbyist. Just discovered Bitmit today and made a listing on it. No idea how I'm going to come up with five useful things to say in this rather meaningless newbies board so I can reply where I really want to reply on this forum. Hey whitslack, I'm Rothgar, are you in New Hampshire yet. I love it here. Hey board. I'm Rothgar, I've dabbled in bitcoin for just about a year now and I love coinworker.com

Hello
I'm Alex. I've been trading on MtGox for a few weeks now. I've also been selling bitcoins on eBay. I thought I'd come along here to chat to fellow bitcoin enthusiasts.

Hi, new to bitcoins in Aus. Had luck with one exchanger but at the moment have 30 BTC locked up in https://www.worldbitcoinexchange.com/ which is a bummer. Still, not going let that sour what a concept that has great potential.

Unless you have permission from your employer to do this, this is considered theft by deception around here.

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."
- Carroll Quigley, CFR member, mentor to Bill Clinton, from 'Tragedy And Hope'

Hello everyone! My name is Michael, but I tend to go by Cecil Niosaki when I do business online. I currently run a brokerage in Second Life that is publicly traded on the Capital Exchange, and we are looking to offer our financial services to the BTC community in the future. I've been following BTC for awhile now, and I look forward to a bright future for it. I think that the concept is wonderful, and with this community we can work to build a trusting marketplace and environment.

Hello, my name is James and I'm new to the Bitcoin system. I'm enjoying reading about its nuances and potential for replacing the worthless FRN currency we're stuck with right now!
